Exercise is the key to Fitness
Introduction:
Exercise is very helpful for us. We all know that every morning at 5 O'clock wake up and do some exercise is part of our healthy and fit life. we can't follow this routine. we did follow this routine one-two times but one day we lost our energy. we all know why we lost our energy. we can't get motivated and lost our patience because our mindset wants fast results. So, my article tells you how to keep motivated, keep patience, the right way for doing exercise, etc. You read this article and want some interesting stuff in it. I reckon that you enjoy it. Let's begin.

How to motivate ourselves:
Motivation in our mind. It depends on what we think. If, we think results are the way to keep ourselves motivated but first what we do just continue the path which one has to choose and work on it, not for work. We will enjoy the path whatever we want to choose. Then, we keep motivated and get results. Exercise gives us a pleasurable experience us. We listen so many times wake up early in the morning around 5 o'clock and do yoga like Pranayama, Adho Mukha Svanasana, Virabhadrasana I, e.t.c. It helps us to improve our health and live a healthy life but we can't follow this routine because we like to do rest and the most interesting stuff is our mind gets lazy stuff (we called rest ) and easily accept it. We told ourselves today is not a time we will do later. Everyone knows that later means never we will do. So, we do get motivated ourselves and do regular stuff like follow our routine. Then, we get results and change ourselves. Let us follow some steps and make a routine on our own. what type of steps and routine now we know. So, start to take out a notepad and write the steps.
Steps:
1. Yes we can and we will
We write this sentence on our page in bold letters. When we see our page and read this sentence then our motivation level is up when we feel we get nothing then it helps us because our mind wants time to time some motivational quotes, some attractive stuff. why our mind wants this stuff because we remember this why we started. when we realize then we feel some change in our thinking point suddenly we feel our energy level up and we will do better when we started.

2. Schedule your workout
We make a schedule and it helps us to know that we set our time for a particular workout. Once we set our schedule on our own and follow it. It helps us to set in our daily life and someday we realize don't want to need this schedule. Yes, one more stuff is important when someday or sometimes hit in our mind not today, later on, that time we don't want to skip because we are habitual all of the stuff. We reckon that we skipped our exercise for a day and spent our whole day without following our schedule. Then some stuff ping or hit in our mind. We missed the stuff and don't enjoy our day as our regular day that time click in our mind. we skipped our schedule that's why we don't enjoy our day energetically. It's set an example in our minds. When we want to skip our schedule someday. Then this example helps us to not break our schedule in our future and we stop ourselves easily.

3. Set a learning goal
Two types of Goals. The goal helps us to learn something and do it in the right way.
1. Outcome: when we start something. After someday we want an outcome but we can't want that much outcome at that time. A goal helps us to decide how we do in the right way and get a better result. The outcome goal focuses on the end of the results and it depends on our performance in our task.
2. Learning:  Focus on the process or steps required to achieve an outcome. Learning tells us to do in a better way and get a better result. It helps us to gain experience. It is a process to learn a new exercise technique and teach us how to apply them.
If we do these goals then our dopamine release in a positive way and our brain takes a pleasurable signal and gives more energy and benefits.

4. Change our mindset
Mindset is very important stuff. whatever we think to do.
Example: If, we think to go to GYM and do some exercise. After someday we will see our body structure and our mindset is different. we want to do better and better day by day and our mindset help to changes us. We never think about why our mind gets these signals. I'll tell you why, because we think our body wants some extra exercise and some extra weight. We enjoyed it and Our mind get motivation. Then, We do exercise correctly and it helps us change
'how we look' and improve our health and enhance our quality of life’.

5. Practice:
Practice is the main ingredient to get a wonderful experience. Daily practice is the key to achieve our goal. It helps us to maintain a life with some important exercises with correct techniques. If we lost or do something wrong then practice is the only stuff that tells us where we wrong. It teaches us more new techniques. We do one more stuff when we practice. If, we make daily notes. We prepare our daily notes 'what we feel write in it such as positive and negative point of view. It helps us improve and take a positive attitude in our daily lives and get good motivation.

6. Find a workout buddy: 
When you start your Goal and see some changes in you. Then, so many people complimented you like You look to fit what you're doing in your daily life at that time your attitude was boosted up and feel like nine clouds. Day by day you look smarter than anyone and your perception was change about you. When you stand in front of the mirror and saw yourself in it and gave a compliment like yeah, I look great, I look to change something in me e.t.c. Then, you'll do one thing give a proposal to those people who asked you about your fitness and curiosity also to know. It works as motivation and gives extra energy. The proposal is why do not you join me? Then, you know who is taking interest or not to know about your fitness. Those people join you and you'll make a group. It's very helpful for you. We don't break our routine.
Conclusion: 
We understand this Fitness is a very important part of our health and daily life. If we will do it regularly then we'll see in the coming days our attitude convert in a positive way. I reckon that this article helps us to know ‘How we make our life healthy and happy’. Don't read this article just work on our health and follow these steps. I reckon that we will get benefits and get some changes in us in under a month. On behalf of our exercise, We will prepare a diet chart also like avoid sweet items, avoid oily kinds of stuff, e.t.c. What we eat in the diet. We eat salad, oats, dry fruits, fruits, the liquid item is more beneficial and help us to grow our lives healthily. Exercise becomes a regular habit then we will gain experience long-lasting and get long-term results from our efforts.
 "Fitness is the way of living not as a goal. We don't grab ourselves around some negative words like tomorrow, later on, e.t.c. We saw so many times when we do something better or different to change our life our mind get some negative thoughts like to stop, it's not for us e.t.c. on that time we ignore these stuff just follow our routine regularly".
