Well, guys, it was FUN being sane for 72 hours! Enjoy this visual garbage I vomited while having an extremely intense psychosis episode. 👌

[[My "LoveLetter" AU interpretation of Spamton's situation shortly after making "the deal" with the "phone entity."]]

It was 1992.

Spamton, still a White Addison, was shown proof of the phone entity's "Absolute Certainty," a power he claimed to possess that accurately predicted the future 100% of the time. He showed proof of this by telling Spamton to call a specific number to pitch an item to, and after following his exact instructions, the sale closed without a hitch. He chalked it up to coincidence, but after a similar success with an e-mail sale, Spamton could no longer deny that there was merit to this man's power... And so, Spamton signed the deal to have the phone entity work as a permanent advisor and business partner for absolutely no commission fee and with the promise of transforming him into a BIG SHOT, one the likes of which Cyber World had never seen before.

But fear consumed his SOUL. His coworkers congratulated him on his two big and successful sales and planned to celebrate at the local bar. However, as they made their way there, a massive wave of anxiety consumed Spamton. Thoughts swirled and blended into garbage noise, making it difficult for him to pay attention to whatever any of his friends were saying. Only the chill sting of hard liquor could completely pull him out of this anxious trance and snap him back to reality, allowing him, for at least this short time, to relish in his unexpected success.

Made a fanart for Second_Sol's web novel in RR!

Set in an alternate Earth with much much more water, humanity believed they were the only ones existing in their lone island until their recently launched satellite revealed two different islands on the other side of the planet. It's a 'first contact' premise, and I can't recommend you this enough 👹! Lots of science involved in the writing so go check it out

Welcome to the Pokemon Gym leader Smash or Pass. Let's lay down some ground rules.

"Obviously a kid" characters such as Tate and Liza will not be included. Characters who went through an in-universe time skip such as Brock or Misty and appear to have physically aged will be assumed to have grown into an adult and only feature the time-skip design. Iris still looks like a kid and will not be included

Edit: Please note I will make a disclaimer on characters whose age is debated such as Whitney. BTW do not use the term "child coded" when describing characters. Adults with mild mental disabilities, interests in 'childish' things, and babyface exist. It is me. I am the 28 year old who gets mistaken for 16 because of my face, interests, and mild autism. Thus I despise the term "child coded"

We will be starting with Kanto, and ending with Paldea

Spin off games are currently not counted

Multiple designs for each character will be shown. Anime characters and outfits will not be counted.

Giovanni and Rainbow Rocket Giovanni are counted as the same guy.

The results of the polls do not reflect my personal views.

Color theory - Pryce alert!!

Pryce's problem is that he's too obvious. Successful criminal have to have some discretion, but Pryce can't help it. He's too excited about all the money he's making and what a badass criminal he is. So of course his car is bright yellow - a color you can't ignore even if you want to. The red flames of deception are also not subtle.

And his shoes match the car, even though the rest of his outfit is drab. This is a role he's trying out, not who he really is. Even his criminal alias screams his intentions - Pryce, like price. He wants money and is not shy about it.

In contrast, during this scene Nacho is wearing mostly black and a very subtle red. His car is old and beat up. He's being discreet...except for his bright gold chain and watch. Because while Nacho is a career criminal and not a poser, he was drawn to crime for the same reason Pryce was - greed.

And of course, this is the car Nacho ends up driving - Nacho's hurling some stones from inside his glass house, is all I'm saying. The problem with being a criminal is that it's very difficult to truly enjoy your wealth without drawing attention to yourself. The people who do it best, like Lalo and Gus, don't flaunt it.

Johto Division: Match 2

Another strong collection of challengers in our second Johto match!

Morty is the first gym leader to use the winning type from our last tournament, ghost, and he does it very well! Bugsy shows the world that bug type is nothing to scoff at, and their androgynous look made an impression on many trainers back when he was introduced. Jasmine got to be the first gym leader of a new type, and having more importance to the story than most other gym leaders at the time really makes her stand out! And finally Pryce may be our oldest competitor so far, but he's one of the more challenging ice users you'll meet!

Remember- the top two competitors will move on to round 1, not just the winner!
