Planning my kiddo's birthday party and the age old hiccup has happened again. Somehow every year my dear, sweet, very numbers savvy husband briefly forgets just how many relatives we have between the two of us and starts suggesting we invite everyone. And then I remind him our house cannot withstand that many people and we say let's do multiple parties and call it a day.

Not all that sure the spatial relations -- the opposing football players have not backed off enough in the second cover. And why isn't Jughead or whoever rushing in with first aid? I don't really know what an "Archie Blimp" is doing -- the stadium is huge and it is packed and this is all very extravagant and I guess Archie is a big enough football star to be given a blimp, but why is it so generic as to just have his name and nothing else? Maybe it is the fickle nature of athletic stardom -- a good chance he will fall off or as seen here suffer injury, and now it will be easier to just replace the name on the blimp to some other student athlete for this promotional purpose.

#like in the ''oh shit bro thanks'' way not in the ''oh shit i'm fucked'' way #actually idk if medieval. i tend to gravitate toward the renaissance or the 17th century #arghwrites #i generally don't bother with historically rigorous dialogue but there are different levels #one is the like... semi-trying with occasional historical words in it #one is as neutral as possible #and one is just full-ass modern 21st century dialogue #also i'm realizing suddenly that i don't think i've ever read a comic where peter and ben interact... except the fight in shea stadium
