Also stay healthy and don't get sick, and I understand if you don't want to leave coffee completely through any healing process. But find your middle grounds, and way arounds, and ways to balance things out, and do what it takes to take care of yourself. Physically, mentally, emotionally. Take care of yourself. Take care of yourself.
You can only save yourself by creating boundaries with narcissist people nd get strict on that. Emotional abuse can be life threatening if you try to cope up with an abuser. Love yourself much to avoid anybody abuse You
Narcissistic abuse is all pervasive, across all areas, affects all involved with a narcissist. It involves a wide variety of manipulative tactics,it's longstanding, highly abusive, coercive, sophisticated, subtle, of long duration and highly controlling.
A narcissist attack your independence, autonomy, to control you, to break you down because it makes them feel better, period! Gaslighting works under the guise of caring about you. Many other manipulative tactics are involved. They are also not loving or kind.
The victims families, friends, colleagues, associations, hobbies, social media, organisations all somehow get involved as the narcissist manipulate and infiltrated them all. They will use personal or intimate information against you stab later stage. They gossip deceive and lie.
Narcissists are dream wreckers and joy stealers. They can't stand it when you are happy. The victims gradually are more depressed, more anxious, more disoriented, suffer C-PTSD, felt trapped and hopeless, acquired learned helplessness.
Detox urself. Set urself to break those patterns & heal for good. No more narcissists. Learn the Red flags, set boundaries, tell everyone in ur life bout it,teach that to ur children. Stay safe out there as we deal with the narcissism pandemic for many years to come ✨🙏
