Sengoku Night Blood/Sengoku Naito Buraddo (Anime) Critic, opinion, whatever
As usual, I will omit the videogame, is just the anime.
Is one of this series that I end to see mostly because they are only 12 chapters.
1 Girl, 2 Pets and 12 or more dudes (i didn’t count them) who will end liking this lady even if her personality is more bland than a soup without salt and which only is useful because have cool blood.
Like, I get it, is a reverse harem anime, what else you expect, but for the love of god, SOMEONE MAKE THE MAIN LADY AT LEAST WITH A BASIC CHARISM! She is so stupid that I end hating her omg girl grow some balls, do something before BLEED, like gurl, everyone with a uterus do it for free each month, you are not that special.
Way too many dudes with way too complex names. I end lost and not knowing to which group they belong, even when some have fucking dog ears, like, should be easier, no? WELL NO. Only half have the catch, the rest is just to fill space.
Animation? MEH could be better for 2017...
The only point is that they do make efforts to the costume and hair design, like, yo, each costume is a entire trip on drugs, i bet animate that will cost a ton.
Score: 3/5 and 5/10 Edible mostly because is short, and no wonder why the season 2 was cancelled. The plot could be epic if they put the effort and make her at least interesting.

Husband and I anime hunting, tried RADIANT tonight...would be way better if she
Was the main character instead of this idiot.
Seriously not only is his dubbing so cringe, but I can't stand this character type. Sorry Alma, queen, I can't handle this whiny moron 😂

Shangri-La Frontier seems kind of just well-animated whatever, but the opening is pretty rad.

A list of anime I don't like + why
My dress up darling - the fanservice turned me off from it
Blend S - the weird age gap between the mc and the love interest, the fact one of the characters uses the UNDERAGE characters as inspo for her h3ntai, the fact the mc was put into a bdsm dominatrix outfit and the mc is like 16-17
No game no life - Loli fanservice
RWBY - I think the 3D animation style is ugly
Wotakoi - the pink haired mc was insufferable
Fairy gone - literally confusing af
Naruto - I'm not sitting through the 90% filler anime
Chainsaw Man - I literally couldn't get past ep 1 it was so boring and so unimpressive
Kodomo No Jikan - creepy loli fanservice anime where the mc (an elementary school student who looks 6-9 years old) who's in love with her teacher and apparently the manga ending involves them hooking up so

Dear black readers,
Don’t be afraid to write that fanfic . Regardless of the film, celebrity, book, show, character, sexuality, genre, or whether you think it's good or not write it! There isn't nearly enough fan fiction for us to appreciate or relate to as it is. We’re just as important as any other reader and if the fandom claims that the character would never be interested in a black person, and?! How the hell they know? There's a reason it’s called fan fiction... Don't be ashamed to write it because you fear nobody will read it, they will. It's important, in my opinion, that black readers be able to visualize themselves in the book. So write the story! 🫶🏾

Okay so I've been wanting to tell you that you're literally my favourite twst artist 😭🩷
So my question is, how do you manage to come up with these funny comics? CUZ I LOVE THEM SO MUCH
(P.s: Lovin' the art style ✨)
oh geeze, thanks! 💚💚💚 I'm really glad people enjoy my stupid sense of humor; mostly I just draw things to make myself laugh, and if it makes other people laugh too, then bonus points! usually it's just one joke or mental image that gets stuck in my head (every time I saw Fellow spin his cane, all I could think about was him go-go-gadgeting away on it...) and in my quest to justify it, it picks up other jokes and bits along the way and usually doesn't even end up as the main focus anymore. entire narrative arcs have spun out just so I could use a single bad pun in a throwaway line. this is a terrible way to explain it but I'm not sure how else to put it into words!
and sometimes it's just "weird things my sister has said that I make fun of her for"

I feel like my favourite thing about spy x family is that they're all at least a bit morally ambiguous.
They all do things that are considered wrong; both Yor and Loid have killed, they're all dishonest, Loid has been ready to return Anya, both Yor and Loid agreed to be married to help keep their jobs a secret, also that time Anya planted a bomb and threatened that guy lol.
And yet, they're all very likeable. It's difficult to hate any of them because they have the honourable motive of wanting to make the world a better place, and so we forgive the actions even if we don't condone them.
An ability to present the characters in a positive way whilst the audience actively disagrees with some of their actions or choices makes it a very interesting read/watch.

Dragon, Ie wo Kau/ Dragon Goes House-Hunting (Anime) Critic, opinion, no spoilers
Resume: A short serie, easy to enjoy, adorable and somehow interesting.
The Plot (scared dragon looking for a home) is not the holy apple but have enough “wtf?” and “i wonder how this shit will work” to make it catchy in the first chapter alone. Which is great because the lore and plot start to get deeper as the chapters happen, so what catch you at first, end being one of the many reasons to keep watching it.
Great +point for the lore, it include supernatural/ not human creatures from different cultures without making it look weird or falling into racial stereotypes.
It have some subtle hints of social justice, anti capitalism, peace, etc.
Very good scene designs, even when the design of Letty (the dragon) is a little potato (specially in the first chapters because the people who draw him maybe never saw a dragon in their lifes HAHAHAH pun) but I think it was maybe on purpose (It make him look a little extra silly as an emphasis of how clumsy he is). Some others, in change, are extremely detailed, which confirm that the story play with the level of design as a way to give importance to the scene.
Dearia, my lord, you are fine as fuck (kink for magical long hair dudes activated). Badass as hell, lovely voice, caring and serious, a nerd introvert, but also hotter than my old pc after 4 hours of minecraft. Also... THEY USE A MINECRAFT REFERENCE!
The comic side is good, is not the “dumb basic humor” but it have a few things that make it extra funny (like the fact that Letty have skills as if it was a videogame, no spoilers because it happen in chapter 1). Also, dude, it use MEMES? +2 points just because memes.
They are just 12 chapters which is nice to binge in a day.
Score: 4.5/5 and 7.9/10, a must to watch, if you like supernatural stuffs, fantasy and comedy.

I've been making the transition these past few months, but I think I'm gonna just move back to Tumblr. My Twitter's follower-base has reached a point where I can't tweet anything casually opinion-related without it overflowing like a toilet. I post a short thread on my gripes with color design in anime and I'm getting QRT'd with "kill this guy with hammers" reaction gifs. Like, damn, this isn't fun anymore. It's not fun to talk about stuff on Twitter in general anymore. I wanted to post some ship dynamic doodles sometime there, but I know I'm gonna get weirdly aggressive takes and reactions. Monkey's paw curls, but I don't particularly like having that many followers.
