please dont use cucumber for icecream- here’s some low cal or protein icecream recipe options:
types of icecream base (just blend and serve)
frozen banana
frozen light yogurt cubes +proteinpowder +sweetner

New FS plans.
Recently I've done a lot of Water FASTING.. and now I am ready for some lifestyle changes to STAY thinner.
So my thoughts are
1 hour walks everyday!!!
Drinking more Green tea
Black tea
and herbal tea's aaaaaand
KOMBUCHA!!!
less coffee and more water
eating garlic raw with lemon honey and cayenne and ginger when hungry. KILLS HUNGER!!! boosts immune system. plus is small as a meal. and raw.
adding a tbsp of Nut butter to my diet I chose sunflower hemp + coconut oil MTC's for a quick fat to use in my workouts.
cereal is okay only extremely healthy brands and 1/2 cup w soymilk
raw Organic blueberries or mushrooms spinach or spinach powder
banana's and avocado's
fermented foods like pickled beets or pickles and sourcrout are good..
Raw nuts macadamia's or walnuts. or sunflowers are safe (yet oddly only those) ~~~?? IDK ED rules.. almonds make me want chips so...
hummus w/dried banana's or a veg
Bitchin sauce w/dried banana's or a veg
peppers/carrot/cucumber sliced smaaaaaaaaaalllllll
drink 8oz/16oz w each meal or snack. always..
eat like you are SKINNY
other vices
cocoa powder in hot water w stevia + cinnamon
turmeric and ginger in tea
2 tbsp. milk w black tea
also beet wearing a sauna vest while walking/running.

Lunch:same thing as dinner, rice with corn peas potatoes chili and chicken tossed in hot sauce and chili sauce
I feel so bad for eating because my stomach Looks huge :(

kale pancakes
~ did not take a picture of these but will make again, so. ya know. someday. ~
ingredients
4 - 5 kale leaves, shredded
small purple onion, finely chopped
handful of blueberries, chopped
nutritional yeast
garlic powder
salt
2 tbsp hot water
1.5 cups AP flour, spooned + sifted
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp sugar
1 cup unsweetened soymilk
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
coconut oil
maple syrup
mustard
instructions
in a blender, combine soymilk, apple cider vinegar, and 3/4ths of the kale shreds. blend. mine was the consistency of a spread, or maybe a thick smoothie when i was done.
* combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl (flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar). mix well with a fork or whisk.
put 2 tbsp coconut oil in a little bowl with 1/3 cup hot water to melt it.
in a different bowl, combine onion, blueberries, 2 tbsp hot water, and the rest of the kale. season with salt, garlic powder, and some generous shakes of nutritional yeast. mix well until all veggies are coated.
pour blender mix and coconut oil/water combo into dry ingredients and mix well with a spoon. lumps are fine.
heat up a spoonful of coconut oil in a pan on medium-high heat. spoon some of the veggie mix in and sautee it for a sec, scoot it together into a circle, then plop ~1/4 cup of batter on top and spread it over until it covers the veggie mix.
flip after like... 3 minutes??? idk. onions will fly, it can't be helped.
let the new side cook for another 3 min. repeat flips as you see fit, until the pancake seems done, and **plate it.
repeat steps 6-8 until veggie mix and batter is all gone :3
mix 4 parts maple syrup with 1 part mustard, warm it up (microwave, pan, doesn't matter), pour it over your pancakes, and eeeat ***.
* i like to put the baking powder, baking soda, salt, and flour thru the sifter all together, to avoid any icky salty lumps.
** this whole process takes like an hour, so i turn the oven to 150F (lower if your oven goes lower, mine does not) and put a plate in there, and when the pancakes are done i put them on the plate in the oven, so that they all stay warm until i'm done making the other pancakes.
*** i also spread some vegan butter on my pancakes before eating them, but i'm not super sure it was necessary.

Age- 8 (immortal)
Location- Kos, Olympius
Personality- She's a shy sweet observant girl who likes making new discoveries.
She has the standard abilities of a goddess except shapeshifting. As the goddess of healing, her other abilities include having an innate knowledge of medicines & illnesses, limited vitakinesis (can heal minor cuts & wounds), being able to cure a person of the common cold and flu, and can induce a high fever in someone if she feels threatened or as an offensive attack.
She gives off the faint scent of a mixture of eucalyptus oil & menthol.
Aceso lives with her mom Epione (goddess of soothing pain) and older brother Telesphorus (Rusty) (god of rehabilitation) in the state of Kos. In addition to the many pets they own, Aceso has a few of her own- several goldfish named Splash, Bubbles, Sushi, Guppy, Clementine, Swimmy, & Copper. There's also two salamanders named Flippy and Lucy.
Go-to drinks for her include water, lemonade, coconut water, orange juice, and homemade cold brew cucumber-watermelon iced tea that her mom makes. She also likes the apple‐lychee splash from The Roasted Bean.
She's currently on break from school. She's a third grader at an esteemed school in New Olympus. Other godly kids that are in the same school include Xenia (goddess of hospitality), Hebe (goddess of youth), Caerus (god of opportunity & luck), Paidia (goddess of play & amusement), Myrízei (god of smell & gases), and Prophasis (goddess of excuses). Her two best friends are Physis (goddess of nature) & Mneme (goddess of remembrance). The three of them love hanging out during and after school. They always look forward to sleepovers at each other's houses.
Her favorite subject at school is definitely science. She handled the dissection of a frog with ease & is looking forward to the class trip to the Athens Botanical Gardens when school's back in session.
Aceso will start off her mornings with a cold glass of soy milk, a few pretzel sticks, a cup of homemade blueberry applesauce, & a sandwich made with wheat bread, banana slices, and extra crunchy almond butter. She'll also go for a bowl of Earthly Harvest's Fruitful O's cereal.
In the pantheon (aside from her mom), she admires Eudaimonia (goddess of happiness), Demeter (goddess of the harvest & agriculture), and Elpis (goddess of hope). Aceso finds Gaia (goddess of the earth) intimidating. Aceso has also gotten close with one of her mom's friends Paean (goddess of physicians) and a great medical goddess on par with her father. There are talks for Aceso to be potentially mentored by Nymphe (goddess of self-care), another good friend of her mother's.
Her favorite sandwich from The Bread Box is the avocado grilled cheese (on sourdough bread).
Aceso loves her family. She doesn't fully understand the state of her parents' marriage, but she does spend time with her father Asclepius (god of medicine) during the weekend. They stay inside his rented cottage mostly except during the early morning where they'll ride their bikes through the neighborhood. She likes snuggling up to her mom in her bed where Epione will massage her scalp. She plays video games with Rusty & appreciates him for helping out with her homework and teaching her how to swim. Aceso adores her older sister Panacea (goddess of universal remedy). When she visits her in Arcadia, the two of them will go canoeing and camp out in the backyard. They'll also make homemade oatmeal face masks & give each other mani-pedis! Aceso also has a good relationship with her aunt Aegle (goddess of good health). When she visits, she'll help her aunt make her famous homemade peanut butter banana soymilk ice cream and they'll also check out the science museum!Unfortunately, she's not as close with her other older sisters Iaso (goddess of cures & remedies) and Hygieia (goddess of hygiene & cleanliness) despite them having picked her up from school many times.
Some of her favorite treats include Panacea's homemade garlic cauliflower chips, her mom's frozen vanilla yogurt pops, pineapple flavored gummy bears, & the banana nut muffins from Hollyhock's Bakery.
Aceso also likes Panacea's boyfriend Podalirius. She likes when he places her on her shoulders! And she's also been enjoying learning how to surf from him.
Some of her favorite meals include her mom's chicken noodle soup, loaded baked sweet potatoes (added with tofu, black beans, & shredded mozzarella cheese), soft shell chicken lime tacos, oven fried fish n' chips, and broccoli cheddar soup.
In her free time Aceso loves being outdoors. Whether it's jumping in puddles after a rainstorm, swimming, riding her bike or scooter, jump rope, football (soccer), and flying her kite. She also enjoys sewing, drawing, & making paper figurines.

I also overheard my dietician say I’ve gained weight but we don’t know my true weight because of my constipation, and that made me wanna die even though I KNOW I gained weight bc I can see it, but knowing someone else sees from the scale it makes me sad:/
