I am sitting in my workout clothes staring at my phone.
My now broken phone.

Because my mom is watching a Bible show where the elliptical is.
Doh! Sounds like she just turned it off.
Well, alright then.
I worked my 4 hours today but have been tired. Tried to nap but the Bible show interfered.
Plan for today is to clean out the leftovers, & clean the kitchen. Do taxes and school work.

But some people think the longer they work out, the better. Not so fast! Exercise is great, but too much can backfire. You gotta do what's right for your body. Everyone's different, so don't overdo it if you aren't used to intense workouts. That'll just wear you down instead of helping you meet your goals. Pace yourself!</p> <h2>How Much Exercise is Best?</h2> <p>It depends on the person. We're all built differently, so results vary too. Know what you wanna achieve before lacing up your sneakers. Wanna lose weight? Aim for at least 30 minutes of cardio per day like jogging or cycling. Wanna build muscle? Strength train for around the same time.
