Since many of us started working remotely and got flexible working hours, the question became whether we can really work from home and be flexible in planning our time. ⠀ Some companies say that working remotely is NOT effective, and I agree with them. Remote work is suitable for freelancers with a small amount of work. ⠀ When several tens or hundreds of people develop a handheld cardiograph in the form of a clock, then the whole team's road is only to the office. ⠀ As my friend from the office said - I spend more time on calls in the zoom than a quick decision when your colleague is next to you. ⠀ You can disagree with me; everyone should have their own opinion. ⠀ I like working from home, but even my personal work I consider ineffective. I am constantly distracted by household chores, children, wife, TV. Today I want to share my Notion Dashboard with you. This is it after rebuilding my Notion system. I've found that when I anticipate "foreign" systems, there are often too many pages I don't really use or that I have to force myself to use. And that shouldn't be the purpose of a personalized workspace, should it? Rather, it should support me and make my everyday life easier. As I'm sure you can see, Notion is just an organizational rather than a planning environment for me. At the moment I prefer to use other apps for planning. But that's the beauty of planning, right? You can always see which system suits your own life situation best and supports you the most. What about you? How do you use your Notion workspace?

Hallo ihr Lieben!

Heute möchte ich mit euch mein Notion Dashboard mit euch teilen. Das ist es, nach dem Umbau meines Notion Systems. Ich habe festgestellt, dass, wenn ich “fremde” Systeme antizipiere, es oft zu viele Seiten gibt, die ich nicht wirklich nutze bzw. bei denen ich mich zur Nutzung derselben zwingen muss. Und das sollte nicht der Zweck eines personalisierten Workspaces sein. Sondern er sollte mich unterstützen und meinen Alltag erleichtern. Wie ihr sicherlich erkennen könnt, ist Notion für mich lediglich eine Organisations- anstatt eine Planungsumgebung. Für die Planung benutze ich zurzeit lieber andere Apps. Aber das ist ja gerade das Schöne am Planen. Man kann immer schauen welches System gerade am Besten in die eigene Lebenssituation passt und einen am meisten unterstützt. Wie sieht es bei euch aus? Wie nutzt ihr euren Notion Workspace?
