but fr tho my cervical issues are so fucking annoying. they got better after i started wearing braces and fixing my overbite. at least, the nerve area around my ear doesn't get pinched in a way my whole arm gets numb anymore, that's a major progress finally i can play vidya whole day again but other than that, i can literally show this screenshot when asked "how are you doing?" in regards to my neck pain. literally shows every area on my face that is numb, inflamed, tickles, itches, contracts, and hurts all the time. it's so annoying and what i hate about it the most is how it affects my hearing and probably also contributes to the brain fog in one way or another idk high chances that my arteries got pinched too and my brain literally doesn't get enough oxygen, but i still haven't done tests to confirm that

on top of that, a dumb habit that i should cease for good is sitting on my legs up to 10 hours a day because it got to the point that i fucked them up so bad, i ended up constantly pulling them in my sleep and waking up from the pain worse than when i had my bone tissue drilled through with minimal anesthesia. like holy shit i used to be scared of dentists because i considered pain from getting my teeth drilled through the worst, but nope it's not, it's so fucking far from what a stiff body with a lifestyle like mine can go through

on the brighter side, daily yoga seems to be cancelling two decades of my dumbfuckery pretty quickly. more so, i manage to reach spots that i couldn't reach ever in my life before. this actually really excites me, because it shatters the concept of being "too late" for changing things that one was supposed to take care of earlier. i also have been approaching my whole life from a different, more philosophical perspective for last few years and every hardship i go through seems like a challenge these days.

i don't think i'm truly suffering like i used to anymore, at all. i may seem like i do, every time i rant or vent, because on a surface level it looks the same as before. but to me, a really thick, miserable layer of suffering that used to make me feel like i'm poisoned, imprisoned in this existence, locked in my body, forsaken and ultimately defeated, for long years and decades, is gone. venting doesn't make me feel worse, quite the other way round; it makes me feel like i'm embracing hardships, processing them, rather than avoiding, denying, and running away from them. funny how therapy and psychiatry was taking healing away from me this whole time, heh. instead i found it in places that psych-simps told will ruin me. but that's a story for some other day i guess.

Honestly I love the dynamic, I don't care if they're husbands or good pals, these four have my heart‼️‼️

I love them all together or separated. Although I may have a preference over Byron x Mortis (I remember the first time I was in this fandom like 2020-21, these two were my parents) and Gray x Chuck. BUTTT I'd like any combination or them just kissing together lol.

Okay, now I'll give some HCS about this poly-relationship:

-Byron calls all of them "twats"

-Mortis, Gray and Chuck are latin European while Byron stands there with his English-Germanic accent lmao (he's very bullied lmao)

-Chuck and Mortis are the most extroverted in that relationship. (They're so chaotic)

-Meanwhile, Gray and Byron are very calm and quiet. They usually drink tea together.

-They all have rings with a gemstone. (Byron has an emerald, Mortis has an amethyst, Gray has a ruby and Chuck has a yellow zircon)

-I don't care, I know they all smoke. Especially Nobel, Winston or Virginia.

I wanted to share another OC tidbit. This one is a small exploration about the relationship between the captain and Grim, and also fleshing out Grim's characterization.

Price x FTM!OC Grim  ↪ 603 words — WIP

Grim’s eyes were shut, facing toward the showerhead as the cool water ran down his sore and battered body. It trickled across his stinging cuts and aching bruises, soothing his roaring thoughts to a white static, as all pain did.

He hadn’t realized he was shivering until he could feel heat emanating a few inches behind him, the shift of an arm reaching past him to fidget with the shower controls.

“You’ll give yourself hypothermia,” Price’s gruff voice murmurs, hot breath fanning across Grim’s neck, making him flinch.

The man’s voice is honey soft but never smooth—comforting in ways Grim desires and equally fears.

It’s nostalgia, memories buried past years of suffering—of a small frame in a too big jumper, little hands clasped around a steaming mug of apple tea, honeyed and with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Flushed nose and cheeks and blue fingertips, warming by the fire after a long day of shoveling snow off the drive.

The water slowly warms until the captain deems fit enough to step fully into the spray along with the shorter man. He places large, calloused hands on Grim’s hips, his thumbs rubbing in little circles against the pale skin.

It’s not intimate, never is, but it’s familiar. It’s not romantic, and it’s not love—love is always just outside the door, looking for a way in—it began as an arrangement, not a proposition, and became a burning habit.

Price had been clear when he’d offered.

Holding the highest rank of a non-commissioned soldier had its perks, but a private washroom with his quarters wasn’t one of them. The captain didn’t see the black ink like the others, and so he knew, and he offered his own private shower Grim’s first day on base.

“Don’t mistake this for what it isn’t,” he’d said, voice low, leaned up against the front of his desk as Grim stood in a loose parade rest before him, “first of all, the boys wouldn’t give two shits what bits you’re packing, but 141 isn’t the only team on base, and I can’t speak for everyone. Secondly, this isn’t a proposition. There’s no give and take here. You get my shower if you want it and I get my peace of mind. Understood?”

It took four months for those rules to change. The captain was a stubborn bastard, but equally so was Grim.

The shorter man released a shaky exhale, turning in Price’s hold, the warm water tickling his spine as he blocked the spray. Price’s hands remained steadfast on his hips, and Grim’s own spanned up the plane of Price’s stomach, palms flat against the furry, tanned skin as he smoothed up and down the muscular torso, feeling not too dissimilar from petting a horse, he thought for a brief moment. 

His ever-present dead expression shifted minutely, the corner of his lips twitching up for a mere second, and Price smiled softly in return, staring down at those big, blank gray-green eyes that refused to meet his own.

Price wasn’t hard, and Grim wasn’t aroused, despite the attention they gave each other’s bodies, smoothing hands over scarred skin, digging calloused fingertips into tense muscles, pressing kisses to collarbones and shoulders.

They’d had sex before, of course, only quick and dirty in the sense of its context, no matter how thoroughly and deeply Price worshiped Theodore's body, always taking his sweet time.

This, however, was a practice in contact, an exchange of warmth. Under all the pain, Grim yearned to touch a body that wasn’t bleeding or cold and stiff with rigor mortis, and Price, despite the consequences, was something of a romantic.

don't be scared to send in a request, regardless of what it is, but just bear in mind i will only be able to take the ones i feel i can confidently complete in a timely manner. i also will not be completing requests in the order that i receive them, because i feel that fudges with my creative process.

Irene (what kind of name was Irene anyway? Was it Irish? I wouldn’t know; look it up yourself) has always been haunted by distasteful visions of murder. They would hit her at the most random of times. 

Irene (seriously, Irene, that’s what we’re naming her?) sits in the doctor’s office. She listens and nods as this medical professional (professional my ass, he barely passes for a nurse) victim-blamed her instead of diagnoses her. Her fingers tap impatiently against her thigh (of course the doctor was a man, it was always a male doctor that’d make her uncomfortable) as she waits for him to finish telling her off,  

“There are no side effects. You’re making it up. You should be a writer; you’d make a really good one. My meds didn’t affect you. It’s your personality, Miss.” 

Scream at him; a primal, guttural scream that would shake his desk and make the dandy receptionist outside jump in her swivel chair. You can do it, Irene. Grab his snazzy tie – oh, look, there’s a black ink stain on it – and slam his head onto the X-rays laid in front of him. Do it.  

The doctor goes on. Irene looks up, fingers still tapping away, and notices the plaque this man (who could pass as her father for heaven’s sake, why was he being so rude?) flaunts on the wall behind him. Snatch it away and smash his brains in. Watch him spew blood onto your clothes and laugh. Release your anger with him on him. He deserves it. 

“And could you stick to what I tell you next time? Don’t go asking for blood tests I didn’t request, simply because you’re worried. Stop worrying, Miss.” 

Have you ever tried to relax? It’s a paradox. Isn’t that a quote from Rick & Morty? Does Irene watch that? The disturbing images on that show fit the ones that run through her head daily.  

What about Happy Tree Friends? Now that's a show Irene would love. How she’d cherish taking a chainsaw to the doctor’s gray hairs – or maybe stuff it in his big, round belly, make a mess of his intestines.  

Fun. 

She smiles as he reminds her that she should come in next week for a follow-up. Eat more of my money, you rude, fat fuck. That’s capitalism for ya. Or was this sexism? The dismissal of everything Irene complained about certainly felt like it.  

The receptionist meets Irene with dazzling white teeth. Is she trying to blind the patients? Is she flirting or something? Why the big, air-head smile? Supposed to make people want to kill you less? 

Irene hands her too much money (do I have the right change? Do I need some for gas later?) and thinks that maybe this is capitalism after all. The receptionist’s tight bun would look nice wrapped around that gazelle neck. Crush her. Drop her body onto the shiny tiles (did they just mop this?) and sit on her ribs. Punch those white teeth out. Step on and break them. Oh, she can practically hear the splendid sound tickle her ears. 

Irene – sigh, I regret that name – tucks her purse away to leave.  

The floor is too clean, it’d be hard to get the blood out of it, but it would look so much more beautiful with that wet, red color staining it.

Down the stairs, we go, out into the world, and as for those visions; mom’s the word.
