designer!suguru who gets tasked with showing you the ropes, who’s always so patient and kind despite your inexperience. diligent with his teaching but also so laidback, so easy to talk to… he looks intimidating, but he’s so polite that you can’t help but swoon a little. and he admires your enthusiasm so much…… grows fond of you soooo quickly bc you’re just such a breath of fresh air compared to the divas he’s forced to work with all the time. he thinks you’ve got real potential and he wants to nurture it.

and ofc you end up running into model!satoru eventually…. bc he’s always hanging around suguru whenever he gets the chance. and he’s maybe a little jealous that you’re hogging so much of his personal designer’s attention, but… he also thinks you’re so cute . T_T like a little puppy following suguru around… so excited to be apart of something you’ve dreamed of for so many years……… he looks into your eyes and sees the same sparkle he had before he made it big, and it makes his heart race.

yeah . i’m just thinking abt the peaceful coffee breaks with suguru….. how he’d insist on paying for your drink, ”since he’s your senior” (he wants to be your favorite </3)…… and how he’d just be so protective over his little intern. don’t get me started on the close proximity with satoru when you’re taking his measurements, the glance and smile he sends your way during an impromptu shoot… the way he always calls for you with a sweet coo of ”how’s my favorite intern doing today?”

Character relations/opinions!

Alright before I post any more Battle Addict stuff I should probably explain what a League Council is. Here's a summarized diagram:

A Pokemon League is a region's network of specialized skilled trainers. It is run by the League Council, which includes finance, HR, marketing, PR, and other managing departments which are divided into different branches depending on who they work with.

This is all to say that everything gets messy very quickly when news of the diagnosis spreads through the network. Originally the diagnosis was supposed to be private information for only the Battle and League departments, however certain higher ups felt it was a safety risk and notified gym leaders as well in the event of future collaborations.

The network is mostly divided into people who are positive/neutral about the news, and people who feel negatively about the twins as a result. Coworkers who were already familiar/close with the two tend to be positive, or at least supportive, whereas those who didn't know them got another reason to avoid them. Some people think they should go on leave for "recovery", but some are more forward and want them terminated.

If you're wondering where Cynthia falls in this, she's a foreign top league worker (Sinnoh Champion) who is hosted in Unova. Basically she has dept. employees assigned to help her connect to people around the region and get different services if requested. She's basically watching everything unfold from the sidelines, with every interview about her opinion boiling down to "lol if you're scared of people stronger than you then get good". She does also bring up historic accounts of CM/HCCM though, mostly to clarify that CM is not a new or scary thing. She's not for or against the twins, rather just hoping to use this as an opportunity to teach others.

I didn't end up drawing her because I got tired but Elesa got the news too!! She actually got it before everyone else since the twins decided to go tell her beforehand. The general scene basically had Ingo and Emmet deliberating in the car, Ingo telling Emmet it's not too late to turn around and go home while Emmet was hesitant but adamant that they needed to tell her first. She probably took it the worst out of everyone but that's mostly just cause it caught her off guard that her friends would just randomly drop in to deliver the news. She's still rooting for them though, mostly trying to support the Subway with more collaborative events to make the twins look better after the hit from the media. She also tries to rework Emmet's restraints where possible, usually trying to make them look more cohesive with the rest of an outfit or trying to make them less visible (cause as much as Emmet says it's not a big deal it's still the first thing he looks at in his reflection).

Love your blog and art! Do you hv any werewolf Louis opinions?

Thanks so much! I'm gonna be a bit vague bc I do have plans to actually drop a werewolf au fic/art concept thing for AU day for the @iwtvfanevents louis month event but here's some rough stuff in preparation for it... The way I'm planning on portraying on werewolf Louis isn't gonna be too far removed from canon vampire Louis (especially since his maker is like the most werewolf ass vampire in popular western vampire lit) but there will be more explicit (dis)connections with "monstrosity" and the body in a trans black context. What does it meant to be black and inherently considered as less than human normally, to have a body that you can't live the way you wish to live in even in your most familiar spaces, and then you can turn into a body that is Literally inhuman? One that might provide you some bodily peace in some aspects but reflects the inhumanity you're accused of having from white people in other aspects?

This poor man always struggling trying to keep that conk cuz I'd assume in canon his hair goes back natural after day sleep and now after shifts it grows out a bit so he's gotta restyle it and account for length and stuff

Naruto breathed in deeply, his fingers squeezing Sasuke’s.

“Are you okay?” His boyfriend inquired softly, his thumb stroking the skin of his palm in small circles.

The blonde nodded, his free hand rising to loosen the red tie slightly — he was about to fucking choke on that shit.

Sasuke pecked his cheek gently, “If you want, we can wait until-”

“I’m sure.” Naruto’s eyes locked with the dark depths of Sasuke's ones.

He was so tired of waiting. So tired of people speculating about their personal life, of acting for fanservice’s sake. He was so done with girls, and boys and everyone in between in the fucking world looking at Sasuke as if he was an available hot piece of ass-

His jaw clenched.

Ok, admittedly Sasuke was hot — and he got a really kind piece of ass too — but that was Naruto’s property!

So, it was high time to state his claim. Publicly.

“Let’s do it, bastard.” He declared.

Sasuke’s smirk widened and he kissed Naruto’s lips one more time before opening the door and striding out of their limo. The crowd erupted in excited yells and disperate shouts of Sasuke’s name — Naruto took in one last steadying breath.

Squinting to make his eyes adjust to the flash of cameras, the blonde neared Sasuke — their fingers interlacing immediately.

Naruto opened his eyes again, side-glancing him. Skin burning, he took the Uchiha’s hand to his mouth, grazing his lips on the pale wrist.

The people's chaotic enthusiasm skyrocketed and Naruto wondered briefly if Kakashi and Jiraya would kill them that very night or would have to wait until next month’s premier.

But, truthfully, he really didn’t care.

The whole world would have finally understood Naruto and Sasuke only belonged to each other.

I know the best parts of other people are beautiful and exciting and just so cool, but you don’t need to be everything. it’s okay not to be as good at watercolor as your sister or not give good advice like your mom does and it’s okay to love qualities in other people. sometimes other people’s words or their idiosyncrasies or the way they part their hair is so wonderful that you want to join, you want to feel the way about yourself, about the not-as-great parts of yourself that you do about the best parts of them. and it’s okay if you start listening to The Killers because it’s your brother’s favorite band or if you decide you want to get red converse like the ones your best friend has. but it’s okay if you can’t “keep up” with their grades or will never be able to do eyeliner as well as they can or maybe it seems like they just love life more than you do. I just want you to know that there are unattainable parts of you too. you can like things about other people that you don’t have, and you don’t have to give a compliment thinking god I wish I was like that. you don’t have to be like that. it’s okay to just be the things you are. you don’t have to be everything.

Finally reached the Anime Arc in my rewatch and I've got a couple details in mind for the Squid Memes version;

First off, I'm including Bowser in the rescue operation because...well, you know how Lemmy was part of the Anime Cartel? Well, for this I'm having it so he feels that the Anime Island plot is taking things too far, especially since they were supposed to have already won because they managed to re-legalize anime, and he tries to turn on Francis by freeing Marie only for them to get caught at the same time that Meggy and Desti do during their own escape attempt. And even if this is still before the episode where Bowser stopped neglecting his kids he does still love them and would want to protect them from a madman like Francis.

(this will also have the consequence of Bowser being included in SMG3's Youtube scheme due to him now being involved in all three Arcs. I'm having that one King Koopa actor from Super Mario Stupid Show be his anti-cast counterpart since the dude is already an actor and would probably be interested in the initial play.)

Second, if I'm remembering correctly the standard Ink Zuccers use the same model as the Kamabo Co. blenders, and my explanation for that is that some of the wreckage from Pearl destroying the NILS statue landed near him and he repurposed the tech. Just because he could, since he's a tech wiz in his original source material (dem goddamn Kitty Lasers...). It was just good fortune that the improvements he made in his tinkering happened to be exactly what he needed to power up Inkweaver and create his Waifu Army.
