Some Pics from My Recent Trip

These are all from Madame Tussauds Hollywood. There are more, but I'm having trouble uploading them. (Mostly because they're ones my mom took and she sent me thumbnails at first). BTW, I strung the flapper pearls myself the night before.

Mr. DeMille, I'm ready for my close-up. I prefer Pola Negri, but Gloria Swanson will do.

Bite me! The hotness of Bela Lugosi survives the grave. If only they had Christopher Lee as well...

I will always be sick of that song. They used to play it at least once an hour, and that was just on MTV. Thirty years later and I still hear it. Ugh! Dolly's original doesn't bother me, though.

The Rocky Horror lips? Yes, that's my cane.

Things Feel Off

Recently I'd just been feeling uncomfortable in my own skin, my anxiety tended to bleed into every part of my life. So I wasn't too surprised when about a month ago, the wariness never went away. I ended up having to drop classes I was attending in college. I really thought I'd be fine. While I had struggled in the past with attendance due to my health I could always manage atleast 3 courses.

October 1st, 2023:

My head had started hurting more. I think I'm coming down with the flu being back in school. I had woken up that morning with my body tingling almost like it was reading itself for the incoherent singing my alarm blared every morning. I had always been a light sleeper my partner always waking me when he'd turn over.

He had left for work, so it just left me in the middle of the bed hoping my cat would join me.
