our favourite ineffable husbands are excited for the 1989 tv release, especially all the breakup tracks :D

The swiftie in me needs to share that I think “hoax” is Crowley coded- specially after s2

“When they pulled me apart” could be referring to heaven casting him out, “this was just as dark” referring to Aziraphale choosing heaven at the end of s2.

I also think the whole vibe of the song like- the “you’re the only person I care about but it hurts” is very real for these two.

“You’re faithless loves the only hoax I believe in” also sounds like how Crowley would feel about Aziraphale- like he doesn’t have faith in god anymore so it’s like all his faith is in Aziraphale-
