At the end of Rift apart Ratchet, Rivet and friends go to finally look for the lombax even though it was this desire's fault if existence almost collapsed but luckily it's not the 1st time this happens because of the good guys at some point. Remember that Ratchet & clank were technically inspired by Spyro 2? The 2 protagonists are took from the design of 2 similar enemies and their space probably from 2 levels of spyro: robotic farms & a metropolis populated by robots.
