Trans flag texture painting!
[image description: a photo of an abstract acrylic painting. It consists of thickly textured paint applied with a variety of techniques, creating interesting shapes that stick up from the canvas. The art is in the colors of the trans flag, five stripes that are, from top to bottom: light blue, pink, white, pink, and light blue. There is value in variation in the colors, and some purples where the blue and pink have been mixed. /end image description]
I did not quite know how to describe this one, but I did my best!

Recently painted a cape sundew for my visually impaired friend, I made it super textured and high contrast. My hands hurt so bad while piping the spikes on the bee, but it was worth it.
[Image ID: a painting of the cape sundew, (a carnivorous plant with multiple long green stems attached at the base, with red tendrils along the top of each stem, the tendrils are covered in small drops of sugary nectar, which look like water droplets.) The sundew is painted in greens and reds, along with a pale lilac-white for the droplets. In the top left corner is a large bumble bee with shimmery blue wings, the yellow and black stripes on the bee are textured in a way that the paint sticks up is small spikes, mimicking fluff. The bees stinger is a metallic black, and the stinger and wings are raised. The bee stands half an inch off the page and the sundew stands a quarter inch at its highest point. The picture is painted on a black canvas pad. End ID]
