kinda hate that 'too sweet' is hozier's most successful song since 'take me to church'. something about that doesn't sit right like it really speaks to the shallow (horny) public perception of him and how it's grown. also, unpopular opinion maybe but too sweet isn't that great. it sounds exactly like a rejected track. empire now is way better, but i guess harder to market hornily on tiktok :/

But even better they gave her a sharp tongue and the power of revolution. They made the “dragon” a depressed cyborg father with asthma who doesn’t understand his own emotions and does murders because of it. And they made the knight a blond Barbie boy who attempts to solve problems with the power of love like he’s Sailor Moon or something.
