Spoilers Wakfu season 4

This animation sequence is probably one of the best I've ever seen lately and in the Wakfu series ♥♥

And in the background the theme of the Eliatropes, it's just perfect, this is exactly the type of animation and art I'd love to be able to create someday

For those who don't know Wakfu, it's a french animated series made by the Ankama studios and a lot of people here grew up with it and watched it on TV It's really good and really amazing and the season 4 is currently airing !

The first 2 minutes of Reveries Apart is out now!

This is the premiere for the first 2 minutes of Reveries Apart. The final storyboard is around 20 mins long, so this is just the opening act. There are a lot more completed segments beyond this but I won’t show them in case I decide to continue working on this.

That being said, the project started in 2019 has been in a holding pattern for the past year. Motivation has been on and off so I’m honestly not really sure how much more of this I’ll finish, or when that will be. The first two minutes here were finished a while back, and I figured I may as well release it on its own.

Reveries Apart is nothing grand. Instead, it just represents a huge chunk of my artist journey over the past years that I feel like sharing now. I feel like this has become a big weight on my shoulders over the years, yet I also feel a bit anxious about what happens after that weight has been lifted. But, I think that is something I need to discover for myself.

Inktober Works [Part 2]

It was very cool working on smaller cards, especially on a daily basis. These are all made on french artisanal paper, which texture was very nice to draw on.
