This year I don't have a fridge for school so I'll be missing out on all of my favorite foods. 馃槱
I'm probably going to be struggling to live off shelf stable snacks and the occasional salad run.
Let me know of any good ideas you have for cabinet snacks if you think of any, pls!

This tea is super delicious and zero calorie! You can mix flavors in a big water bottle to increase your water intake (my favorites are blackberry/peach, blackberry/mint, and Raspberry/Half&Half). They're perfect for summer and even have seasonal flavors!

I love the Dannon Light + Fit yogurts, and my store just got the zero sugar ones (obviously I bought them). I have to say that if you were as excited about them as I was, you may be disappointed in these.
They're 50 cal, and seem like the "Halo Top" of Light + Fit yogurts. The ones I got were just over halfway full and had a watery consistency. Most Light + Fit yogurts have a nice flavor, but these were more like an impression of a flavor. I could tell what it was supposed to taste like, but the texture was overpowering that.
The texture was absolutely awful. Think yogurt flavored Pepto-Bismol. These might be good for some people, but they're not worth the calories (or money) for me.

Grapefruit is low in calories and it aids in weightloss. I've tried it multiple times a year, and I just struggle with it. I want to be able to sit down and enjoy it, but I just don't have the right palate for it.
If you are anything like me, try papaya. Papaya and grapefruit are nearly identical in their nutritional profiles and really only have a difference in sugar, vitamins/minerals, and carbs. Papaya is more filling and won't cause the same digestive issues that the fiber in grapefruit can cause.

Holiday Sweets!
"Sugared" Cranberries: Roll freshly washed Cranberries in a zero calorie sweetener of your choice. Make sure to not eat too many at once, Cranberries can cause digestive upset.
Dark Chocolate Mint: Melt dark chocolate with a zero calorie sweetener of your choice. Paint the chocolate on fresh mint leaves (I prefer to freeze mine) and let dry before eating.
Baked Apples: These can be done in the oven or microwave. Cut up some apples and dust with cinnamon. I like to add Alpine Sugar Free Apple Cider for more flavor.

ED/DEPRE$$ION PSA!!!
This is a reminder/notification that tinned fish is shelf stable and has a pretty long shelf life. It's relatively low in calories and is a good source of Omega-3s and Vitamin D! It's ready to eat and you can stash it in your bag!
Nesquick Chocolate Powder (No Sugar Added) is only 40 calories per serving and contains 15% DV of Iron for you anemic kings and queens! Add it to your coffee for a low calorie mocha or your yogurt, etc to supplement other Iron rich foods.

125 Calorie Starbucks Iced Coffee
Tumblr media
I honestly feel uncomfortable wasting calories on milks and this drink doesn't really need any once you get a few sips in. It tastes familiar, but I can't place it...definitely worth a try on a late night!
UPDATE: If you are willing to spare 10 cal, an iced americano in place of the iced coffee is a bit less bitter.
When irish cream syrup is out of season, toasted vanilla and regular vanilla syrups are good replacements.
