I think one thing yandere's love more than anything is watching whatever relationship you are in fall to ruin.

It gives them nearly everything. A blatant display of what makes you happy versus what makes you sad in a relationship, what you consider to be important, and while seeing you upset isn't ideal, it's a necessary evil.

It gives them the perfect opportunity to swoop on and "save" you from anymore pain that would've been caused by staying with your previous partner.

Whether or not the divide between you and your now ex was caused by them, however, is an entirely different matter.

Hunter x Hunter 101 is PEAK anime to me. Like, this is what it is all about baby. Two characters we've never seen before or will see again with a power that could have been generated by pulling words out of a hat come the closest anyone has to killing one of our protagonists and he's only saved because he spared the life of an octopus who has a gun that shoots fleas as bullets and dreams of becoming a squid. Our protagonist being an expert dart player saves his life. This is all treated with deadly seriousness. This is the aspiring squid, by the way.

I. I think in my dream I had the Zoldyck family stay over or something. Or at least Zeno was there and Illumi, but I was aware others were there too. They were sleeping.

Illumi was sleeping with his eyes wide open. Which… sounds very in canon. And I was staring at him with heart eyes of course. Just like “aww he looks so cute sleeping”.

I wanted to give him a kiss on the cheek or head, but I was scared I would wake him up.
