Update: I made the patties, but I can't make the buttermilk onions for the Ultimate Burger. I tried heating up the oil to fry the onions and it exploded everywhere.

I just made a very simple burger with sauce and ate it. To be honest, I wasn't exact with the patty recipe because... I made a few unfortunate decisions. What I got, however, was a pretty decent burger.

I'm wondering if I should try again at making more patties, and follow the recipe to be more exact in order to see the difference in taste.

I also need to figure out how to deep-fry things SAFELY.

I want to tackle another recipe from the FNAF cookbook. The one I have my eye on currently is Bonnie's Ultimate Burger with crispy buttermilk onions. I definitely need to improve my burger-cooking skills, so we'll see how that turns out. I have ground chuck for the patties, I just need the other ingredients.
