All the players were kidnapped and it is actually on air but only to some weird nightmare dimension and some select places on the other planes and is posted somewhere else for more people on the material plane to watch. Shit. I just realized why Callalily Clerickiller's actions against Buddy weren't on the fly.

They always needed a cleric for their plans.

This is a God-summoning we're talking about. Having someone with powers based on worship is REQUIRED for shit like this. OP, I understand your confusion but that was very much a real event! Turns out that tabaxi was the Shadow Cat, the familiar of the Nightmare King who was actually an ancient goddess of Sylvaire who was transubstantiated into a disease. She could only be seen by people who had her disease, which was transmitted through various bodily fluids. The Court of Stars has also been putting out statements lately saying that they and other members of the Fallinel government worked with the Shadow Cat, but had nothing to do with her plot of trying to bring back the Nightmare King, since she apparently worked with them as well.

Getting really annoyed by all the posts going around joking about Kalvaxus and the Nightmare King. Both of them were EXTREMELY serious and REAL entities that caused SO much destruction in the very real world, and unless you were harmed by them you should NOT be joking about them like that, that is SO gross. Has Aguefort collectively forgotten about the fact that a giant spider appeared on campus a few months ago and started terrorizing people? Urban Fantasy is the BEST! I honestly feel like the best world to live in would be a solar punk urban fantasy, because then you'd have a green/renewable lifestyle on top of all these amazing urban fantasy concepts. 💖💚💝

I’m thinkin about DnD homebrews and just-

It’s an Urban Fantasy setting, comforts of modern life made 10x easier with magic and 10x harder with the constraints of being magical / non-humanoid, coffee shops that sell potions and lattes with magical infusions, hospitals having separate wings for creatures like vampires / werewolves who need magical treatment and in between wings for creatures like halflings who have different insurance but can still benefit from non-magical treatment, druids and wood elves running incredible florist shops and flower arrangement services, rangers leading hiking tours through deep and difficult canyons, changelings who work in modeling because they can change themselves so effortlessly that barely any photoshop is needed, after school clubs focusing on cantrips / potion brewing / magic items, scouts troops are essentially tiny adventuring parties studying under rangers or druids, magical colleges having the sickest rivalries, traveling magical sports events, incredibly elaborate pranks pulled off by members of the two opposing teams, magic tattoos that give you +wisdom or +strength, having fantasy iPhones or crystals or snail mail (literal snails) or magic pocket mirrors.

Just, urban fantasy guys.
