THE FAR HORIZONS GUIDE TO DEATH
Roleplaying games can deal with death in strange ways. Whilst the death of a beloved character at the end of a long campaign might be emotional for us at the table, that's a rare occurrence. In the story games tradition, we might talk about death as being relevant to a character only when the story finds it interesting. We might deal with death glibly or for comic effect.
But what if we made games that dealt explicitly with death – games that leverage the emotional power that roleplaying games give us – so we might through play explore and discuss one of the biggest subjects of all?
Afterwords will feature four short games based around the themes and topics discussed in an essay.

DRAGONS DOMAIN
A tribute to this classic 'Space 1999' episode for the upcoming issue of PHASER by Alisdair Wood
the crackle and distortion on old tv stock made this episode extra scary, so I had to include it in my tribute :-D Really cool monster design and effects, well worth a watch.
