I am sorry but ı can't understand asmo fans like how can you like him? I love him to some degree but no. Firstly amd most important he is a narcissist and his actions doesn't come of sincere (in nb sometimes he was sweet but thats it) and in beginning of game he was saying things like "You are not dead yet? And after what happened with Belphegor coming out of attic and beel taking us to purgatory hall and when we come back HOL he says weird shit like "if you lie me ı will take out your hear and look inside." Yeah.

It's not to say I'm comfortable with shipping incest or pedophilia in general, but like. What the fuck am I going to do about it?

If anything, I'm more frustrated by the fact that it's frequently coming across my dash completely untagged, so there's no way to avoid it. True, I can block proshippers. But then more just show up, because they don't use any tags that I can block or avoid after recognizing.

My deal with proshipping isn't a matter of censorship as much as it is genuine frustration with the fact that this content DOES affect people. There's people in the fandom who very much are harmed by it because they have relevant trauma. And when you post it without giving any way to avoid seeing it, you're actively and knowingly exposing other people to it without any kind of warning.

It's a different case when you DO give a warning and make ways for people not to automatically see it (ie tagging with the nature of the content and putting it under a readmore) and they complain after they choose to read it. But when you don't give them a choice and they start your work with the expectation that it's not going to feature something that causes them harm or distress, it's just cruel.

Fun fact!

You can play a game with incestuous and pedophilic themes and not like that aspect of the game while still liking other parts of that very same game!

Also, I think proship vs antiship discourse is soooo fucking stupid. No one needs to justify why they ship a ship, and no one needs to justify why they don't ship a ship. That includes the taboo and amoral ships. I don't like those kinds of ships either (I hate them, actually), but instead of attacking the people who ship them, I use this very cool feature called the block button. Then, I continue to live life as I've always had. (You can still judge people for shipping weird ass ships. You, however, cannot force people to stop shipping those ships.)

God. I'm still seething about that Asmo confession I reblogged. Lord fucking forbid people have headcanons.

I didn't even mention the fact that their take on hcing strong female characters is also weird.

Because obviously, people wanting to relate to a character is going to kill us all violently and everyone who does so hates women. Duh.

It would be different if those who hc Asmo as genderfluid or transfem were acting like it was the only valid headcanon, but they're really not. They're not going to go telling others in the fandom that, I don't know, they're stupid for thinking what they do.

This is the same kind of shit that people are saying about Dylan Mulvaney's song, that she's not valid as a woman because her gender presentation and her discussion of it supposedly reduces All Women Ever just because she happens to be more feminine herself.

I don't even know how to fully articulate this, but I hope someone, anyone gets my point here.

It's not a "stereotype" to imagine that someone might present fem and also identify as something other than a man, especially when it's coming from personal experience. No one is acting like that applies to every single case of feminine male characters.

This is transphobic. You are transphobic. Not because you don't think being feminine = being female, but because you're using that to be a dickhead to the transfems in this fandom, the genderfluids in this fandom, the demigirls in this fandom.

People headcanoning Asmo or anyone to be any gender is not hurting you. It does not affect you. He's canonically referred to with he/him pronouns and he's still a feminine man in canon. No one is going to see you any worse for preferring that (you know, like you do for anyone who doesn't).

What does hurt people is intentionally and knowingly treating them like shit for wanting to headcanon a fictional character with traits they can relate to. What does hurt people is acting as if those people are inherently less worthy of respect or expressing their opinions just because you don't happen to agree with them.

My question for you (along with whether you took even a second to think about the other trans people in this fandom when you typed this) is how you treat the feminine trans people in your life.

How do you treat the genderqueer and demigirl and transfem people around you who dress and present more feminine? Do you treat them with the same level of contempt? Do you undermine their identity just because they happen to align with more traditional stereotypes?

Because you can yap all you want about how you treat feminine trans people fine, but your actions don't show it with this post.

As Asmodeus hardcore fan and a giant lover of feminine guys, i really think that transfem or demigirl Asmo is really stupid. In my eyes he is fully Cis man, in fact, even more cis than cis men. OMG, if you like makeup it doesn't make you a girl. OMG, if you are a guy who calls himself princess, it doesn't immediately turn you into a transfem. Falling asleep in one of the House of Lamentation's common rooms can be a gamble. At best, somebody kindly carries you back to your room and tucks you in. Or maybe they leave you where you were, but drape a jacket or blanket over you.

Sometimes they go overboard, and you wake up with too many blankets. It's sweltering hot and excessively heavy. You thought the brothers were just being supportive in a weird way until Mammon accidentally revealed everyone is trying to break the record of 23 blankets and three duvets.

Sometimes you wake up with a full manicure and facial in progress. Asmo likes the practice.

Sometimes you wake up wearing Lucifer's reading glasses or Mammon's sunglasses. The Anti-Lucifer League must have thought you make a good hiding spot.

Sometimes you wake up with fresh food next to you. Particularly if you fell asleep near mealtime. The strong smell of Devildom cuisine rouses you awake, and you catch Beel trying to tip-toe away.

Sometimes you find... offerings. Bottled tea, or sticker sheets, or a coin placed on your cheek. Levi started taking pictures and in thanks decided to make a shrine dedicated to his idol (you).

Sometimes they draw on your face. The first person to do so will leave a marker for anyone else who happens to feel creative. You've woken up with whiskers, a mustache, fake eyes drawn over your eyelids, money signs drawn on your eyelids, swirls and hearts, a goatee, a big unibrow, and you're pretty sure the twins are the culprits behind a game of tic-tac-toe.

Sometimes you get notes. Simple reminders, or a notice that Lucifer's left the house so please make sure to check that everyone's behaving when you wake up. Occasionally you wake up completely covered in post-its with silly messages.

Sometimes you get kisses. They leave no trace, unless their sender gets carried away and sticks around.

I hope you don't mind multiple requests about prompts you've done before, but I'm making my way through these and they've been so enjoyable to read, they've given me several ideas. Please don't feel pressured to rush in replying, or to complete them at all!

I was thinking- Half dragon MC whose body is always pleasantly warm to the touch because of their internal fire, so the demon brothers use them as a heated/weighted blanket? MC sleeps in their bed and they wake up with it all cozy. Especially good in winter. Lucifer won't admit it but it's one of the best ways to get him tired enough to stop working.

Belphegor is the number 1. MC snuggler. Like deadass. And he straight up uses them being a heater as an excuse as to why he keeps falling asleep. "Sorry Lucifer, I didn't do my chores because MC laid on me and they were too warm and comfy." He will sneak into MCs bed at random hours of the night because he wants to be next to his personal heater.

Mammon uses MC's heating capabilities to hide him being down bad. "No I'm not sleepin' with MC because I'm like 'em it's because it's always cold in my room!" When there's talks of getting someone in to install extra heating in his room, he is caught in his lie. He also sleeps pretty warm so the pair are just this warm cocoon of blanket and people.

"MC I'm coooold, come heat me up." Asmodeus is snuggling at every convenience - but unlike Mammon, he's not even hiding the fact that it isn't just about MC being a personal heater and how he just wants an excuse to curl up with them under the covers. Absolutely called them his favourite little heater.

Satan has a vision. Him. MC. And 37 cats that also enjoy MC being a personal heater and loafing everywhere. Lucifer, will not allow this vision to come into fruition, so he just settle for having MC to napping on top of him while he reads, or while he's watching the latest episodes of his detective show.

Leviathan is part snake. He looks at MC and subconsciously is drawn to lounging on them like a snake under a heat lamp. The worst thing is he doesn't even realise how much he likes their warmth until one morning he wakes up after an anime marathon and he is clinging to them tail and all. He comes to term with how comfortable he is after mentally screaming.

Beelzebub is another person who runs hot when he sleeps regardless, so he doesn't notice the cold as much when he's sleeping. But I just had this thought of him using MC like a heat pack when he has sore muscles. "MC can you lie on my lower back? My muscles are sore." The brothers had so many questions when the walked into the lounge and saw Beel lying face first on the floor and you sprawled on his back.

You are so right. Lucifer will be doing paperwork and then consider how warm and cozy the bed must be while MC is lying in it keeping it warm. He'll be tempted to finish up early but continue through, only for his will power to dwindle when the breathing heater in question is lingering at his back. Lucifer doesn't surrender. But he also doesn't pick fights he knows he won't win. He's following MC into bed within five minutes.
