Jaesoo and Hak met at anakt garden after their sponsors decided to take a chance at alien stage with their human “pets”

When it was their season for Alien Stage, jaesoo was among the first couple rounds, and his sponsor, who is one of the alien aristocrats, decided to intervene and fake his death on the competition in order to put Jaesoo up on his private exhibition (aka human zoo…). It’s not confirmed whether hak survived, but Jaesoo believes that she’s dead.

Hak is one of the more talented trainees amongst the anakt garden group, and her sponsor pushed her to try harder. She believes that Jaesoo is currently dead and is trying her hardest to survive.
