IT'S SO CUTEEE ♡♡♡ HOW TO BREATHE

I saw your repost back then, when you said you wanted to write a drabble of that one art, and OMG i was already over the moon I'm sorry, if I didn't answer right away, I just don't fully know how reposts work in tumblr and how, in principle, you can interact with people here eheh (´；▽；`)

Anyways, your fic is the first one that anyone has ever written inspired by my art and I am very grateful to you, sweetheart❤️

Your writing is always so fluffy and affectionate waaaah You were the one of some of the people who brought me here to Tumblr so my world just turned upside down today awhahja

detailed sketches

“can you draw me?”

albedo almost chuckled at the age-old request. he didn’t particularly find it annoying, he was always so willing to draw anyone whether they asked or not - it was another way for him to study their features and the stories told between the expressions on their faces. another way for him to admire the beauty of humans.

his boyfriend, however, asked him almost every day to draw him. he didn’t mind as he already drew kaeya in particular every single day. but this was already the third time he was asking him and albedo was almost laughing at how impatient the captain was being. he sighed, flipping the page of his sketchbook from the landscape he was working on - he was almost finished anyway.

“you want me to draw you?” albedo asked, nestled in kaeya’s lap.

“well, i only asked three times,” kaeya chuckled, causing albedo to smile.

albedo moved the charcoal across the paper, carving out the lines he spent an eternity memorizing. but something came over him - maybe it was the birds chirping in the trees, maybe it was finally seeing sunlight after weeks of being holed in the lab, or maybe it was just kaeya. albedo wasn’t sure, but he felt a wave of playfulness consume his body and he began to draw a more goofy version of kaeya, quietly giggling to himself at how it was turning out.

apparently kaeya didn’t find it as funny as he did, watching over albedo’s shoulder and whining about the sketch not looking like him at all. albedo giggled out loud this time, continuing to draw a funny version of kaeya.

“you don’t think this looks like you?” albedo asked, drawing curvy lines to represent kaeya’s hair. “i think it looks exactly like you.”

“albedo,” kaeya whined. “you’re making me look messy. my hair does not look like that! that doesn’t even look like hair!”

“it is hair.”

“no, that’s a raccoon’s tail.”

albedo yelped when he felt prickling fingers at the back of his sides. he nearly scrawled an unnecessary line across his sketchbook when he felt kaeya begin tickling him. more giggles fell out of his mouth, uncontrolled by him this time, as he slipped further down into kaeya’s lap. a failed attempt at running away from the devious fingers.

“nohoho- it’s y-your hahahir!” albedo insisted through his giggles, still attempting to draw kaeya. his arms were pressed tightly against his sides to protect himself and it made it more difficult for him to draw. “l-lohohook, nohow we j-juhust need your eye mahahask.”

and if albedo wasn’t laughing before, the gasp that came out of kaeya’s mouth sent him into a fit of laughter. he had drawn an eye patch on doodle kaeya but purposely placed it on the wrong eye - knowing kaeya always playfully got mad at him for doing so. you should know which eye it is by now! he would always say.

“albedo, you’re such a goofball!” kaeya exclaimed.

“noho- ack- hahaha!”

the charcoal and sketchbook flew out of albedo’s hands as kaeya wrapped his arms around his chest and began clawing at his ribcage. for added effect, small raspberries also began to sporadically pepper across the back of his neck and he let out cackles and squeals that he didn’t realize hadn’t left his mouth in weeks. kaeya laughed along with him, threatening that he won’t stop tickling him until he remembered which side his eye patch was on. and as albedo playfully insisted it was supposed to be on his left eye, he considered maybe making more “mistakes” on future kaeya drawings.
