Are you addicted to social media too? This is best solution for you
Are you a person who wastes hours on social networks like Facebook and Youtube?
You know, this is also a mental problem. The latest research by psychiatrists has confirmed that social media addiction is a mental illness. There are a number of reasons why this is the case. Let's see what this problem is and the solutions to it in this article today!
Getting addicted to social media
Spending about an hour a day on social media is usually not a problem. But some boys and girls hang out on these social networks for 10-15 hours a day. They have no life other than Facebook. Posts 20-30 per hour. This is called addiction. Do you do this? Are you losing your other work and keeping your face on Facebook? Then you have a problem.
Why do boys and girls become addicted to social media?
Something in life, a person who is anxious, stress, depressed, lack of work to do, loss of true friends, loss of more contact with parents and siblings is the story behind everyone who is addicted to social media. So we can't blame anyone who is addicted to these things. Because we do not know the story behind it. Whatever the reason, it is not a good thing to be so addicted to these things. So if you have an addiction like this, talk to someone else about it. But there is another problem here. That is, someone who is addicted to social media does not see it as a mistake. They think what they are doing is right.
What should parents do?
Does your daughter or son hang out on Facebook for 10-15 hours a day, closing the door to the room? Some children sit at the table and eat while sitting on the phone. So if your child has a situation like this, pay attention to it. Some parents think that their children's addiction is good. They are so busy. They do not have time to find out about the children. So it's a great relief and freedom for parents when their children are hanging out on social media. There are such stupid and irresponsible parents in Sri Lanka today. The whole fault lies with those parents.
Solutions for this
Have you noticed similar traits in your child recently? Then talk to that child. Find out if he or she has any mental disorders or grief. You know that there are people who use social media to seduce their children. I don't know if your child has been subjected to such a victim.
If you have this problem
Do you have no way to waste time on Facebook / Twitter? Why can't you devote that time to something productive? Read a book, or exercise, and practice growing in a greenhouse if you have space. If your addiction is severe, talk to a doctor and do not be ashamed. Understand the ill effects of social media addiction. It can make you mentally and physically ill by sitting still. Do not make it a habit to chat with strangers who come to befriend you through Facebook. They may be trying to seduce you.
You control yourself
Have you lost all your other work and are hanging on to Facebook? Lose your other connections because of social media? Are you losing your studies because of Facebook and living a miserable life in the future? Do you stare at the screen and weaken your eyesight? Think about those things. Understand what your parents are saying. All this is for your own good. You will not get money or anything by wasting hours on Facebook. All you have to do is enrich the social media company. That too by making your life miserable.

Turquoise Necklace Facts and Beliefs
‘Pieces of sky.’ That’s how turquoise was called by some Native American tribes. Indeed, it requires no great stretch of the imagination to understand why turquoise was referred to as such. Just as the heavens could be a peaceful or stormy blue, so could turquoise seem to express different moods with its different shades of blue and green. Wearing pieces of sky in a turquoise necklace is a provocative and attractive idea. Known as the birthstone of December, turquoise can be opaque or translucent, and a turquoise necklace made of beads conveys an iridescent, whimsical effect. Some jewelry designers set their turquoise necklaces in platinum, silver, or gold; at times, they use other gemstones in conjunction with turquoise for a complementary, enhancing effect. Chokers or neckbands decorated with turquoise are also popular as fashion accessories. Necklaces made from Persian or Iranian turquoise are the most expensive, since this variety of turquoise is considered to be of the highest quality. However, less expensive varieties are available from Mexican, Chinese, Egyptian and American sources. Turquoise necklaces are popular items in Native American and Southern jewelry collections, but by and large, they have found their way into mainstream culture. They are perfect for casual wear, especially during summer, but can also be worn combined with other jewels for more formal occasions. Socialite Nicky Hilton, country singer Lari White and actress Ali Landry are some of the celebrities who have been photographed wearing turquoise necklaces. According to gemologists, turquoise is believed by people of different cultures to have healing, protective, and restorative powers. Folklore also tells us that turquoise would fade or change color when the wearer was in danger or if a lover had been unfaithful. Whether a person believes in such tales or not, the fact remains that a turquoise necklace and other pieces of turquoise jewelry are not only fashionable and beautiful dress accessories, they have also played a major role in the shaping of various cultures as well.
