The Sirsasana or Headstand Posture is called the king of all asanas as it is a pose that involves balance on the head/crown. This is an advanced yoga asana that must only be attempted under the guidance of a yoga instructor. This asana is very popular due to its multiple health benefits. It speeds up the blood circulation and ensures that the brain receives sufficient, well-oxygenated blood.
It's also one of the more difficult posture to master and, if done incorrectly, can cause serious injury. This post requires long hamstrings, flexible spine and shoulders, and solid upper body strength. It's important to ensure you're focused, conditioned, and using proper technique before attempting the pose on your own.

The term Natarajasana can be broken down into โ€œnatโ€, โ€œrajโ€ and โ€œasanaโ€ which mean โ€œdanceโ€, โ€œkingโ€, and โ€œposture'' respectively. This Lord of the Dance Pose seeks to honour the Hindu God Shiva who is recognized as the King of the Dance. It is a graceful yogic posture that helps improve the bodyโ€™s posture and balance.
Natarajasana is performed standing on one leg owing to which it requires the practitioner to be strong and have good balancing skills. The spinal muscles are stretched each time Natrajasana is performed and are bent backwards. This backbend interspersed with intense stretching makes this a challenging pose that isnโ€™t easy to hold.

Chakrasana (CHAAH-kraa-SUN-ah) or Urdhva Dhanurasana โ€” also called as Full-Wheel Pose and Upward Bow Pose, is a backbending posture that opens up the chest, tones the thighs, abdomen and arms, and engages the whole body. As a heart-opening stretch, this pose helps release sadness and depression. It gets its name from the Sanskrit words, chakra, meaning wheel, and asana, meaning posture.

Holding both hands together closest to the heart chakra indicates the prayer position. Moving hands to the center facing the teacher (or yogi) acknowledges and thanks the teacher for the practice.

Eagle Posture looks like your stereotypical idea of a crazy, twisted-up-like-a-pretzel yoga Posture, but it's not so difficult if you break it down. It is a balance challenge, but since the limbs are drawn into the body and the bent knees mean that the center of gravity is low, Eagle Posture is less precarious that most poses where you're standing on one leg. It also works the difficult to access glutes and inner thighs. Additionally, the Posture is a great shoulder stretch.
