realized that I’m traveling for work to three different regions of the country over the next few weeks just in time to get home and settled before having all of my wisdom teeth removed. Agh needless to say, updates for Silent Night will be slower or nonexistent in May. 🙁

Something Left to Save is not abandoned. I laugh (and cry) when people get excited that I’m back. I totally understand it feels like I’m gone since I don’t update often, but for me— I didn’t go anywhere. That story is literally always on my mind. It has been for years, it will be for more years. I know it sucks to wait on a WIP. I’m ridiculously grateful for everyone who’s commented and encouraged me. I promise it’ll be finished one day. It’s entirely mapped out in my head, I just need enough time to write it down.

A reminder to all my lovely fellow writers: progress is progress, even when it isn't. Writing four thousand words in a session is progress. Writing a hundred words in a session is progress. Removing an entire scene because it doesn't flow well is progress. Rethinking your plan for the plot in order to get unstuck is progress. Development looks different for every writer and every story.

david tennant did the bafta host with his nonbinary pride pin and fuzzy sweater and a cutedog , songged his wife on the red carpet and then subjected everyone to his funny weird dynamic with micheal sheen , did not dis anyone , did not make an aweful comment about anything, wore stellar outfits being the most gorgeuse person out of everyone, give everyone proper respect and attention, finished the job and went home to do an eye mask and rest his feet.
