Idea: In the best ending for Chrono Trigger, mystics are generally accepted in society, meaning that “fiend” is probably a slur, however, Chrono, Lucca, & Marle probably grew up calling them “fiends” so I’d imagine there’d be a few slip ups.

Yeah, but they’d eventually learn to get it completely out of their vocabulary.

Do you think they’d still consider their town on their isolated continent their home? I could see after a while they’d open up to eventually let humans live there, as we saw humans at the taverns and shops there towards the end of the game.

(Talking about the mystics here btw, to clarify)
