theres this (bad) webcomic i read sometimes called “That Awkward Magic” by “Somebunny” on webtoon and awkward is the EXACT word I would use for some of those scenes theyre so out of place and weird so i’m picking up the characters by their little shirt collars and going “mine now!” and here they are. The plot is basically tbese two have to pretend to date so that Evan’s crazy ex girlfriend will leave him alone but also Ansel inherited magical powers from his mother and grandmother and hes the only male witch ever.

there IS a third character i wanted to do but i couldn’t find a good pose for her so i decided to not. Her name is Allison though she is the aforementioned crazy ex girlfriend. Let me know if you want me to draw her too i guess? i might also do some panel redraws.

i did also steal this character design format from lemonmoonlavender. Argyle background is good.

apparently people are now purchasing thick water to make slimes with because of a trend on tiktok

thick water is for disabled people who can’t swallow properly. stores usually have extremely limited supplies of it.

please don’t buy thick water for fun or to make slime with. it’s literally the only way some disabled people can drink anything. It’s not a fucking toy

I’m like, personally offended that achilles wasnt in the underworld saga at all. the conversation he has with odysseus is really fun.

this segment from the odyssey is really cool, this is the first thing Achilles says to Odysseus in the underworld. He characterizes Odysseus by his wits, and simultaneously refers to him as “Incorrigible”.

Achilles and Odysseus are parallels. Achilles knew from the beginning he was never going to return home, and Odysseus’s journey home is literally Fucking Cursed to be deadly and dangerous. They are the mortal parallels to Ares and Athena, Wrath and Strategy. They are one in the same, and all too different.

Ok so today I was on the bus with another trans guy and we were talking about how hard it is to get testosterone. The waiting lists, the price, all the doctors you have to go to, that kind of stuff. Except, we were calling it ’T’, like you do when you’re both closeted and in public.

Then suddenly the elderly lady sitting behind us was like ‘young men, either I’m going crazy or you both have never heard of supermarkets, they have shelves full of tea there! Do you need directions to one?’

To which my buddy starts to explain, because why not. ‘Well you see, we’re both trans, and… ’

The lady didn’t wait for him to finish his sentence. ‘Oh no, I don’t mind that at all! Now do you want to know how to get to a place that sells tea? I’m actually heading there right now!’

We let her take us to the supermarket. We let her show us, excitedly, where the tea was. We both bought loads.
