i’m so annoyed with how parents can get away with stuff but kids can’t. for example my mom gets mad a LOT. but when she does it it’s all “oh don’t upset her more” and “oh i know she’s a pain but deal with it. but god forbid i show a fraction of the anger she does (which i learned from HER) and it’s all “your so disrespectful and ungrateful!” AND IM THE BAD GUY WHEN SHES JUST WORSE.

“i was so young when i behaved 25…and now i’ve found i’ve grown into a tall child” i’ve always been told how mature i am for my age, but what if there’s a reason i’m like that? what if so much is expected of me i HAD to act so much mature than i really should’ve been at that age. and maybe as i got older the pressure was slowly lifted and i was able to be happier and myself again.
