I’m not holding back no more. Before I just advertise the traditional Way. Go along the traditional path ! following the traditional route! Don’t give up. I will never give up! I’ve been through a challenge time myself once again, as some of you know regarding losing my vision. However I do practice what I preach. 🙏🏼 I stand by that ....you should always hang on to hope!🙏🏼😇💕😍 Hope does let you find a hope of solutions, hope of change and gives you your power back from feeling defeated and helpless!😨😇😀 You yourself might be down right now, but don’t stay there forever. It might take a while to muster the strength, but rise again.You have no idea how you are still managing, I totally understand that but somehow we do. 🥰👨‍🦱 Do you feel like you’re hanging by your fingernails, by a thread, by the skin of your teeth, etc.? It’s usually right at your most absolute, most desperate, weakest moment that things suddenly change. STOP OVERWHELM IN ITS TRACKS If you're feeling overwhelmed or unsure of what to do next... Can I please remind you that you have the option to do LESS? 🙂 WHAT??? I here you scream lol!😂 Yes it’s so true stop the overwhelm right now!!! In fact, when you do less...you will likely start to get MORE results. It is no joke when it comes to potential distractions and things you COULD be doing. It is designed to overwhelm you, So ...... step back slow down...because “Those who work SMARTER will always prevail”. If you're not sure what to do next, here is what I recommend: * Write a list of ALL the things you think you .... *should* be doing. * Prioritize those items as "must dos", "good idea to dos" and "maybes". * Put the "maybes" away for now. * Look at the "must dos" and figure out what you can outsource...delegate as much of it as you can. * Pick a "good idea to do" and do it 100%. Learn from the process and see what worked and what didn't. Throw out what didn't and keep doing more of what did. Overwhelmed again? WHAT YOU FOCUS ON GROWS TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR ANXIETY BY CONTROLLING WHAT YOU FOCUS ON RIGHT NOW. Ok it’s so hard not to focus on the lock down right now and like me I’m sure you are losing your patients. It’s the frustration of the limitations of the current situation, It is a very difficult time for sure. However we need to remind ourselves that, what we focus on grows. The point is our conscious focus acts like a magnifying glass and therefore the longer we focus on a certain situation it gets larger in our perception. The problem with focusing to much on things we have no control over (like this pandemic )it can make us convince ourselves that we are out of control of everything. This can then spiral as we start to focus more and more as we grow our thoughts with all those things that we are no longer in control of, before we no it we feel out of control of everything in life in general. Yep there is ANXIETY! This is where you need to be choosing where your focusing your thoughts the most. It’s time now to be choosing to focus on the things you can control. This is how you start to feel in control and less anxious. So of course you won’t avoid the upset and frustration going on in the world right now, but it is so important we limit our time and emotional energy on what we can’t control and don’t lose our focus on the things we can control and start enjoying Life. Of course we are invested in the outside world, and yes there are bound to be aspects of what is going on right now that upset and frustrate us, but it’s important we don’t lose ourselves in the things that are out of our control. Limit your time, focus and emotional energy on those things and live YOUR life. Enjoy the fact life has got a bit more simple and enjoy those aspects and don’t put energy into trying to solve a puzzle that can’t be solved, because we haven’t got all the pieces and it’s not yours to solve.
