Quite interesting. I mean you were sort of confronted with all the overwhelming amounts of products we have nowadays. Walking through the supermarket looking at hundreds of different yogurts and sweets made me realise how insane our system is. 

Animal righst activism (including veganism) and environmentalism has changed my life in so many ways:

I learned how to cook

I learned how to argue and converse with people

I learned to live without certain things I thought I couldn’t live without

I learned that most human habits are without any reason, most of them are excuses

I learned that leaving the comfort zone isn’t as painful or annoying

I learned to be fearless and speak up for myself and others

I see many things from a different point of view now

I set new prioities, especially when I buy things

I save a lot of money and started spending it on the right things
