Two cookie monsters
I found this recipe on Tanya Burr's website and have wanted to try these cookies for a while now and today seemed the perfect chilled day to try it!
White and Milk chocolate chip cookies
I won't try and pretend there is anything healthy about this recipe but they taste so good !
You will need:
200g Unsalted butter
300g Caster sugar
1 Egg
200g milk and white Chocolate
325g Self raising flour (If the dough is too dry add a dash of milk )
Oven on a 200 degrees celsius  (Bake for 10 Mins only )
*Missing from pic is the milk chocolate
I don't have an electric mixer so creaming the butter, egg and sugar took ages !
Next we mixed in the flour slowly and lastly the chocolate chunks.
Made the dough into fist size balls and onto a baking tray.( I only did four at a time as they spread out when cooking )
Only bake for 10 mins max and leave to cool. Enjoy !

Hoping this is it..........
So I have had a baby before so I should know if this is the start right?
But I am not ! Yesterday I didn't feel like eating much which is not very like me ha ha!
About 8.30-9 pm I started to get a few aches in my stomach and my back constantly ached with a tightness But these aches were not contractions feelings. Then (TMI ) an upset stomach on and off until around midnight. Determined to get some sleep I went to bed and woke a few times in the night with back ache and that horrible acid feeling but this has become the normal night pattern for me for sometime now.
We normally go swimming as a family on a Sunday, So off I waddled and I really enjoyed the weightless feeling and spent most of time floating not swimming, looking so attractive I bet !
I left my two water babies in the pool to play games and went into the Jacuzzi to do some more floating but with bubbles !
We got back around midday and I have had a few aches but not contractions since we have been back.I am hoping this is the start of early labour.
Going to have a lay down and hope that the next time I post it will be with our baby .........
Okay so it is later I have had a lay down and.................................
Nothing  :(   I don't think it will be today now, however Richard is happy for the baby to come anytime from now as the football has just finished and Chelsea won the league!!!!!!!

Packing the baby's bag again......
So packing mine and the baby's hospital bag has been an on-going thing for the last few weeks lol !
Above is what I have finally decided on and anything I have forgotten Richard can always bring back to the hospital before we go home.
I can not wait to use my new pacapod changing bag!  A friend recommended this brand to me for how easy it has made things for her,  it has many different compartments with smaller detachable bags inside for milk/food and nappies, also the main body of the bag is great for all my bits. A bit more pricey than your average changing bag (or the free boots one I had last time!) but it is a good quality leather and I could use it as work bag also. I was lucky enough to receive one for Christmas from Richard. I was very happy Christmas morning :)
For nappies I have gone with pampers again as I have never had any complaints using them in the past. Again water wipes have been recommended to me so I will review them at a later date once I  have had a chance to use them.
The bunny rabbit Freya picked out as the baby's first teddy, Freya had a tiny grey Elephant which she still has.
The blanket was Freya's it makes me feel quiet sentimental using it.
This cute badge I found on Amazon and we plan to give it to Freya when she come to the hospital to visit the baby.

Journal
Hey guys
I really wanted to share this idea with you as I am so glad I did it.
I decided to keep a journal of my pregnancy for Freya and the new baby to look back on once they are older. (I started to write keepsake letters for freya when she was 2 years old) I have included entries on how I was feeling at certain points of my pregnancy like first moments and Freya's funny comments and excitement towards the bump. Its also kind of a scrap book,  as it has our scan pictures and pregnancy stage pictures I found on the NHS website to show Freya the baby's development.
I plan to keep going after the baby is born with feed and sleep times etc

A yummy afternoon
I recently went to a local hotel for afternoon tea, it was a much overdue catch up with close friends and my sister. We were able to choose from a selection of teas which were presented in a gorgeous box and there was a written guide to help you understand and choose which tea. I decided on  the English breakfast tea to have with the sandwiches and Double mint to have later after the cake.
 x
I really enjoyed myself not just because it involved tea and cake (although that was a bonus! ) but the relaxed atmosphere and a chance to have a good gossip with friends. Our lives are so hectic with our family and work commitments it can mean that time can pass by so quickly and you suddenly become aware its been ages since you last spoke in detail and not just a quick text!
My friends are important to me and I plan to make regular quality time for them and of course if it does involve tea and cake that would be great !

Telling Freya 17/11/2014
To be honest I was never really sure we would choose to have anymore children. The time surrounding my pregnancy and birth with Freya wasn't really a happy one (I may go into detail on a later blog) and I found it a very lonely time.
Freya has always wanted a brother or sister, I suppose most kids do! I have a sister and Richard has brother, so we never wanted for siblings. I was so excited to tell her and waiting until our first scan felt like eternity !
This is the video we took when showing her the scan picture, amazing moment to capture :)

Letters from Mummy
I remember reading this in a magazine in the dentist waiting room of all places and thought what a great idea but also a bit sad as Freya was a little over 2 years so I had missed a lot of milestones already. (This is where I got my idea for my pregnancy journal)
I have since written letters to Freya every so often telling her lots of interesting facts about her that I might forget or not get to tell her. Things like what she is like at the time, butter wouldn't melt or demon child ha ha ha ! her favorite things to do, her first day at school or  when she learnt to ride her bike without stabilizers.
I really hope she enjoys reading them when she is older.
