Oh lord, I have too many to count. One of my absolute favorites has to be the painted bunting, they're so cute.

I like black skimmers too, I managed to see a bunch of them on a little sand bar, only for the tide to come rushing back in 😭

SHHHH1!1! Don't tell anyone I said this, but the conquest of Vort by the Irken empire was an inside job!!!1!!!1!

At the time of Impending Doom 2, Vort was under control by a sadistic dictator. She rose to power while relations between Vort and Irk were crumbling, using promises to annihilate the Irken race to woo Vortian citizens over, officially turning Vort into a prime enemy planet for the Irken empire. Turns out she was anything but competent, in fact she was the one responsible for turning large masses of the planet into prisons. Although there were still "free" zones on Vort, the Vortians were always on edge. Their leader would often imprison or even kill them for no logical reason, usually because something they did mildly irritated her.

Once Invader Larb arrived at Vort after being assigned by the Almighty Tallests, he was offered full control of the planet by the dictator. Thus, the responsibilities for her horrible crimes would be transferred to the Irken empire. He accepted, and she fled the planet soon after.

She was eventually found and beaten to death by a mob of Resisty members, womp womp.
