I fully support the idea that in an alternate timeline five created the briefcase because he was missing his powers. Like he created the commission he must have created the briefcase right? It’s the same color as when he time travels without one it seems impossible that he wouldn’t have made it.

I do also use this to support my theory tho that they will get their powers back. We see five lost his arm and never got it back when they were in the founders chamber. but our five gets his arm back, so if five gets his powers back he’d never create the briefcase/commission if he is able to hone his time travel skill on his own with his powers.

S4 predictions (part 1)

Currently in a rewatch (just of season 3) and wanted to talk about this show and the direction it’s going in towards season three. A small 3 part series about what I think, SHOULD happen, WILL happen, and BS that will fly out of left field aka more random one off theories and loose ends

What I think SHOULD happen/ what makes the most sense

- #1 - five dies. Ima come right out and say it in in the group that thinks five is gonna die. So let’s talk about it. Five is so substantially younger than all the siblings I don’t see a future/ending where he’s alive and well with all of them. It seems impossible for an ending to be reached where five stays alive because how would that work in terms of post show. He isn’t technically even a real person given he was missing and hasn’t aged a day. In a new universe he’s just some random kid with a group of adults.

Not only do I find it impossible post show but during the ending. How would five ever fit into their lives again or even into their world. He says it himself. He isn’t looking for happiness he’s looking to keep his family safe not even himself. So I foresee a self sacrifice in his future. Maybe he doesn’t die but he’s not gonna be in their timeline or whatever. Longer post will be made about this I have a lot to say

- #2 - the siblings don’t stay together. In some sort of end all that looks and is able to achieve returning to the OG timeline and such for them all to be happy they wouldn’t be happy together. Viktor was happy with sissy, Luther with salone, Allison idk new universe maybe, Diego anywhere with Lila, klaus probably with Dave or the og universe, and five wants them all to be safe. But end of the day in order for a like achievable happy ending I feel like they won’t be staying together in the end.

- #3 - they get their powers back (also in my what I think will happen list). This show is gonna be weird without them having their powers. I’ve made a post in the past explaining why I think they still have their powers or at least able to get them back but either way without their powers show is gonna be weird. It just doesn’t feel right and I think it will be a bit boring and it will be impossible to achieve and ending to this without them having their powers back. They’re in reggies world it’s not gonna be an easy fight.

- #4 - no more apocalypse. Like yes this is their whole thing but no more apocalypse. The next season is only 6 episodes there’s not enough time for an apocalypse plot.

One thing that bothers me about the TUA fandom is how they’ve made Five into this romantic, smooth, “call me daddy” type guy. Five is a dork. He spoke fluent Italian to Delores. He’d send his partner a graphical function, tell them to type it into a graphing calculator, and it’d be a heart. He would tell you the Latin names of the flowers he bought you. He is a Fucking Nerd and I love him for it.

So I rewatched s3 again. I wouldn’t hate Allison that much, hell maybe not at all. If it wasn’t for that scene in episode 5. The more I think about her and her arc this season the more it makes sense but writers. WHYD YA MAKE HER DO THAT-

the more I think about the Allison and Luther thing in s3, the angrier I am. like, I would have been on her side if that wasn't here. it would have been a Wanda Maximoff.

but they decided to add the SA scene.

I know it's to show her solitude and how she feels like no matter what she does it will never matter because everything keeps getting rebooted, BUT THERE WAS OTHER WAY TO SHOW IT. PARTICULARLY WITH STAN DIEGO AND LILA JUST THERE.

BUT NOOOOO THEY HAD TO PUT THAT SCENE.

and the way it had almost no consequences on Luther's mental health is surrealist. wtf.

I'm just angry at the TUA scenarist.

five hargreeves: was isolated in an apocalyptic wasteland for 40+ years, buried his own family and invented a relationship with a mannequin to avoid losing his mind, starting when he was just 13 years old. served as a literal assassin for an organisation who most likely experimented upon him, killed thousands of people just to get back to his family. watched his family DIE, multiple times, always the last one standing. is known to abuse alcohol to deal with his problems, gets black out drunk numerous times. not to mention, was subjected to an abusive childhood like the rest of his siblings.
