Hii how are you doing? I haven’t seen you in a while I hope you’re taking care of yourself :(
Hi there! I’m doing well thanks for asking. How about you? Sorry about that and taking so long to answer. I started college a few months back so I’ve been extremely busy and haven’t been on tumblr a lot. I just saw your ask now. I’m hoping to take advantage of the break to start writing again, although kpop might need to wait awhile cause I’m kind of obsessed with Hawkeye (the tv show not the character) right now and will probably write for that fandom first before getting back into kpop 😭
I hope you’re taking care of yourself as well and thanks for checking in. It’s really sweet and I appreciate it :) 💕

Hi, could I please request a scenario where Haseul is nervous and unsure about coming moving back to the dorm and restarting schedules not because she’s not ready but because she’s seen how well they’ve all been doing and is worried they don’t need her anymore? As a result, she starts avoiding the members and their calls. Angsty with some hurt/comfort and a happy ending please. Thank you in advance if you’re able to write it. If not, no worries
Hey Anon! I know it’s been like 2 months but I hope you’re doing ok. Thank you for sending this in 💕 I really liked the idea and you really helped me find some kinda footing with writing again! I hope you enjoy!
—-
Amber skies started back as Haseul beyond the train window, bringing both a sense of tranquility and dread from the morning glow. It hadn’t even been an hour since she got on but the cover of night made a point to stay behind the city’s outskirts as it allowed the bustle of a new day to begin. It didn’t feel like a new day. If Haseul was honest, every day for the past year had felt the same. But there was a promise in today’s air and a suitcase full of her essentials on the bench across from her; there was someone waiting for her at the next stop and ten more people waiting for her at home.
If she could still call the dorm home.
She knew she had a bed in one of the rooms, knew Yeojin and Yerim took it upon themselves to decorate it with things she left in their old dorm and then a few new items they picked up in between now and then, but it wasn’t really her home. No matter how many pictures those two sent whenever they added something new to her side of the room, no matter how many achievements and milestones they made as a group, Haseul wasn’t there. Haseul couldn’t rightfully be included. The idea of her was there but she didn’t contribute to the energy and hard work it took for them to become what they have. She stopped contact with most of them after christmas.
Not the youngest members though, she still got texts from Hyejoo complaining about how Sooyoung’s been too busy to pay attention to her overworking herself too much, calls from Yeojin where she just talked about anything and everything to keep Haseul on the phone. Yerim had been a little more reserved after she missed Yeojin’s graduation but she still sent random photos and stickers every once in a while.
As for the others..it felt like they had picked sides and it was easier to cut ties than to put up with the hot and cold she got from some of them. She knew they all knew her and Vivi mutually agreed to end what they had, she read the late night texts begging her to fix whatever mess she made, she saw the way the same people draped over Vivi during interviews as if to protect her from the world.
Not that Haseul needed protection too, she could cope with her thoughts better than she could’ve last year, but it stung a little to know they felt Vivi needed protection from her.
She closed her eyes as she swallowed down the familiar feeling of apprehension digging it’s way up her throat. Maybe they’d let her settle in first, maybe they’d be as excited about her coming back as Yeojin said they were. She didn’t get too much longer to think before she felt the train slowing down. The voice overhead confirmed it was her stop, the rest of the people in her cabin seemed to be waiting for Seoul too. She hung back until most of the other people were lined up to step off though. Her suitcase felt heavier than it did when she got on, heavy enough to keep her rooted to her spot if she lacked the will to get this over with. But she did move, with the line, through the doors that kept her separated from the city and towards the edge of the platform their manager always waits for her at. Except it wasn’t her manager occupying himself with his phone, it was someone closer to her height, newly dyed black hair hidden under a hood.
Of all the people to pick her up, she didn’t expect her. Yet Vivi was smiling as she walked closer to meet her halfway, “Hi Seul.”
“Kahei..”
“Manager-unnie’s been sick,” she explained, “and I wanted to talk with you, before we go back.”
Haseul tried to think of any reason Vivi would want to talk to her after months of radio silence between the two, but she couldn’t come up with anything. She opened her mouth to respond but the only thing that came out was a sigh. Vivi smiled again, this time a little more reserved as she reached for the suitcase
“We missed you, Haseul.”
She heard the unsaid ‘I’ in Vivi’s words. She almost felt dizzy from the transparency they hadn’t shown each other since they broke up.
“I missed you,” she finally found herself saying as she let the older woman pull her in for a tentative hug.
She had missed Vivi, even if she hardly allowed herself to admit it. But being this close to her, close enough to smell the change in shampoo since they last held one another, it felt safe.

Fear street 1978 thoughts
Movie spoilers below
I absolutely loved both movies. The first one was gay as fuck and the second one had two sisters as the main relationship which I love to see. Gotta say tho, still can’t get over that 1978 ending. Like, I’m seriously glad Ziggy survived and all but also, like, how??? I admit, I kinda suck at anatomy and medicine and all that but I’m pretty sure cpr isn’t supposed to be able to save someone who has just been brutally stabbed to death???
Also, can we just talk about how Cindy died thinking she was unable to save her sister? Honestly, her screaming “just let my sister live” gave me absolute chills. Amazing acting and just heartbreaking when you realize her last thoughts where of how she failed to protect her. And Ziggy is such a tragic character. Yes she lived and all but is what she’s doing really living tho? I don’t think so. Nick might’ve brought her back to life that night but let’s be honest, a part of ziggy truly did die that night with her sister and it’s never coming back. It’s almost cruel the way they had them die together just to rip them apart once more by bringing her back. The Ziggy we got to know throughout the movie is gone.
Last thought, Alice. Poor Alice. She deserved so much more. It was obvious her death was about to happen but still, like damn. Let the poor girl live. She’s just given a hell of a speech and is ready to take the fuckers down and she gets axed just like that. RIP alice. Can’t wait for the third movie and to see more of Sam and Deena. They better give them a happy ending and not go bly manor on us.

Tw // abuse mention, psychological/mental torture.
So earlier today, a court ruling dismissed a regulation that would have banned a GED, a shock device used to punish autistic/disabled people's ND behaviors. This device has caused many autistic people psychological and mental/emotional trauma and we need your help to stop this. This isn't just activism, this is basic human rights on the line. More info below:

What you can do to help is to fill out this form below against the use of the GED or any other kind of torture device used on disabled people. As an autistic woman, I am practically begging you to take action with me. (Please note this can only be filled out by US citizens!!!!!)

Always Hate Me
This is part of the drabble challenge
The first time Taeyeon saw Jessica after she left was during an awards show. Logically, she’d known it was going to happen sooner or later but even so, she never expected how much it would hurt. While she hadn’t been sure what to expect, maybe a glare or some anger, or maybe even indifference, the small smile she shot her when their eyes met was worse than anything else she could’ve done.
As long as she’d known the other girl, Jessica had always been one to keep her emotions in check. No matter how she felt, she never had any problems putting on a mask in front of anyone. Anyone except Taeyeon that is. Taeyeon had always been the one person she couldn’t lie to, nor hide in front of. Which is why seeing the same small smile she shot everyone else being directed towards her hurt more than anything else. It was like she’d already forgotten everything that had transpired between the two.
Like she was nothing more than someone from her past now. Logically, she knew that she was partly to blame for everything but even then, some part of her couldn’t help but believe that they would still be able to fix things between them somehow. Someday.
Instead, she realized too late that while she was stuck pining after someone she could never have again, the other girl had already moved on, forgetting everything they once meant to each other. Looking back, she knew that she was holding on to the good they once had, before her jealousy and paranoia had ruined them for good. So much for the promise of forever.

Ghostin
This is part of the drabble challenge
Jisoo stood in the dark kitchen in the BlackPink dorm, waiting for the water to boil. It was nearing two in the morning and despite her longing for bed, there were more important things to take care of. Namely, one that went by the name of Jennie. Kai and her had just broken up for what felt like the hundredth time and so the slightly younger girl was currently crying in her bed. Lisa and Rosé would usually be the ones comforting her but as it happened to be, both were currently visiting their families back home in Thailand and Australia respectively.
As such, the responsibility fell on the oldest member´s shoulders. It wasn´t that Jisoo didn´t want to be there for Jennie. In fact, the older girl was usually the one the members went to whenever they were in need of advice or comfort. When it came to Jennie´s boyfriend problems, however, it was usually understood that Jisoo would maintain her distance until things had been fixed and Jennie was no longer a crying mess.
It wasn´t so much that she didn’t care as it was that she cared too much. More than a friend should. Then again, she and Jennie had never truly been “just friends.” Not really. Although if asked, the other girl would surely try and deny it. After knowing each other for so long, if Jisoo was certain about something it was how good the brunette was at avoiding anything that scared her.
And while Jisoo could understand why she was so scared, knew that she should be as well, the truth was that the only thing she felt when she remembered the late nigh cuddles, the hidden kisses exchanged whenever no one was looking, was longing. Longing for their trainee days when everything was so much simpler. Logically she knew that longing for those days where exhaustion was their constant state of being and hopelessness lingered everywhere was crazy, especially since she finally had what she’d been practicing so long for.
Fame, recognition. Everyone knew their names. Their music videos had millions of views within minutes of being uploaded for goodness’ sake. So then, why was it that the last time she remembered being truly happy was before she got it all? Why did it feel like she’d lost her dream instead of accomplished it? Jisoo knew the answer to these questions but she refused to contemplate on them, knowing that once she did it’d be too hard to take it back. Instead, she poured a cup of tea and made her way to Jennie’s room, ready to comfort the person who still held her heart even after shattering it so long ago. If only she was as good as Jennie at suppressing unwanted feelings.

To Build a Home
This is part of the drabble challenge
Seulgi stared at the house in front of her. The silence of the early morning battling with the noise of her memories. Phantom images appeared everywhere she looked, reminding her of everything that had happened. This house had seen everything throughout the years. Sometimes, it had been the one and only constant in her life. Now , however, it was finally time to move on. After all, there wasn’t an inch that was not tainted by them. By her. And it was clear that moving on was not a possibility while her ghost continued to haunt her every thought.
Phantom laughter rang from the kitchen, the voice of Seungwan scolding Yerim and Sooyoung for stealing the still-cooling cookies before they were ready. Loud screams coming from the living room and combining with laughter as Yeri and Seungwan teased the scared Sooyoung and Seulgi, holding each other tight as the horror movie played on the tv.
Seulgi closed her eyes tightly, imagining the scenes as though they were playing out in front of her. No matter how real they felt, however, she knew they were nothing more than memories. After all, all three of the girls had left long ago, itching to get as far away as they could from the place where tragedy had struck. Seulgi, on the other hand, had stayed for as long as possible. Living in the past being the only way she could hold on to the present. Otherwise, she wasn’t sure she would’ve survived as long as she had.
She tried to remember the three of them, to hold on to those happy memories but despite her best attempts, she walked into the frame, reminding her of why she’d stayed for so long. The ghost of Joohyun stood leaning against the doorway, smiling fondly at her four younger members. Her eyes met Seulgi’s and the fond smile turned slightly mischievous as she gestured at her to come closer. Seulgi opened her eyes with a gasp, quickly stumbling backward. Her gaze stuck on the doorway where Joohyun now lived only in her memories. With one last look, she turned around and walked away, leaving all the memories, and most importantly, leaving her, behind.

Falling Apart
This is part of the drabble challenge
Jiwoo sat in front of the fireplace, holding a cup of hot chocolate. Next to her laid a second cup, liquid now cold. She clutched her own cup tighter, trying to hide from her memories. The past, however, has a way of always coming back to haunt us and so, despite herself she couldn’t help but remember the past, back when things had been so much simpler.
She could see the snow falling down outside the window and it brought her back to that day, so long ago. The day she’d first met Sooyoung. She’d been babysitting her friend’s son and he’d dragged her to the park so he could slide down the small hills on his sled. After much begging, she’d finally relented and decided to give the sled a try herself. He was right. It was a lot of fun. At least, it was for the ten seconds it lasted before she was sliding right into a woman who was standing in her way.
The next thing Jiwoo knew, she was laying half on the snow and half on the sled with an unexpected weight on top of her. The woman quickly stood up, apologies falling out of her mouth as though it had been her fault. She reached down to help Jiwoo up. The woman started saying something but Jiwoo was deaf to it all. All she could focus on was the beauty standing in front of her. Her long, black hair framed the most gorgeous face she’d ever laid eyes on.
The woman slowly stopped talking, as though realizing her voice was being wasted on deaf ears. Instead of looking offended, however, a sly smirk grew on her rosy lips. She offered a hand out to Jiwoo and it was all the shorter woman could do to force her hand to work. She felt a slip of paper being slipped into her hand before the other woman walked off with one last smile. By the time Jiwoo finally regained her senses, she looked down at the work card in her hand. It was mostly blank, containing only a name and a phone number. Ha Sooyoung. Jiwoo smiled at the sound of the name, liking the way it sounded.
She decided to give the other woman a call later that day, once she’d worked through the panic and remembered how to actually communicate with a pretty woman. Also, once she was no longer babysitting a kid. With that last thought, she turned around and started the climb back up, oblivious to all the pain and regret that phone call would eventually cost her.

In Another Life
This is part of the drabble challenge
Nayeon always knew that this was coming but even that knowledge didn’t make it hurt any less. It’s always hard to say goodbye but knowing what she knew, what Jeongyeon didn’t, only made it worse. She knew she was being a coward and while she’d tried to fight it, had tried to stay, she couldn’t run from who she was. And Nayeon was someone who always took the easy way out.
Her heart hurt at the look of confusion in Jeongyeon’s eyes, wondering why she was making such a big deal of this. After all, she was coming back in a few days, wasn’t she? It’s not like Nayeon could just tell her the truth. Tell her that the reason why she was looking at her like she was trying to memorize every inch of her lover’s face was because it would most likely be the last time she ever laid eyes on her.
And so, she laid one last kiss on the younger girl’s lips before getting into her car. Fighting against every instinct that was telling her to get out, to fight for her, for their love. She ignored the voice screaming at her in her head that she was making a mistake, ignored the way each breath away from Jeongyeon was harder than the last. Most of all, however, she ignored the one constant thought running through her mind. “Maybe in another life.”

Drabble Challenge
Hey, so I’ve never really written short drabbles before and I really wanted to practice so I decided to try a challenge I saw on ao3. Play your favorite playlist on shuffle and for every song that starts, you have the time from when it starts to when it finishes to write a short drabble inspired by the song. Do this with 5 songs. I decided to give it a try so here are the 5 drabbles. Hope you enjoy :) and remember they were all written in minutes so they might not be any good. The title is the name of the song which inspired it.
In Another Life (Nayeon-Twice)
Falling Apart (Chuu-LOONA)
To Build a Home (Seulgi-Red Velvet)
Ghostin (Jisoo-BlackPink)
Always Hate Me (Taeyeon-SNSD)
