I Think This is Where Titles Go?
Tumblr media
And the other stuff goes here!
PS: I like drawing doodles and putting faces on them. I also feel like it's a bit of a stretch to call myself an author, it's like calling someone who made one popular song a pop-star... has that happened?

I dunno if people look at this. I still don't understand how this site works and the only reason I'm here is because it makes me a little happier knowing that people might see my drawings and texts. Even if they aren't that good, it brings me just a smidgen of joy.

I wonder if people on here like literature...
If so:
"Anticipation."
By Oppo
Rujeli eyed the blade that twirled about magistrate Mercer's fingers with ease.
With a flick and a "fwoosh," the hilt of the blade spun onto his palm spinning.
Rujeli gripped his bow and arrow tighter, the arrow in his other hand had gotten slick from his sweat.
"Yeh sure you want to do this Mercer?" Rujeli asked, his voice teetering on the brink of total panic.
Mercer had been his best friend since the academy and now he wanted him to do this? Mercer was mad!
With another flick and "Swoosh," Mercer caught the blade and held it's grip with the sharp side facing Rujeli's bow.
Mercer said nothing and did nothing but give a slight nod from that point on.
For seven minutes it was silence and the breezing of wind through the mid-afternoon. The green trees swayed ever-so-slightly, the grass blew as a result of the wind a little and the stream somewhere west of the two rushed quickly but not harshly.
Rujeli pulled back the string of his bow, the arrow aimed right at Mercer…
then… there was a "whip" and a "fwhung," if you will, then once again a deafening silence.
The scene after was pleasant. Mercer sat spreading blueberry jam along his bread, whilst Rujeli spent the time writing in his journal of the situation.
A plaid blanket laid under the two, a basket in the center was nearly full of bread, jams and fruit kept in sealed bowls.
Mercer laughed as he watched Rujeli smudge the ink in his journal. His sweat, no doubt, having been the cause of it.
Rujeli sighed and put the journal away to continue later. With this, Mercer's laugh came to an ease and the two soon broke off into light conversation.
The green trees swayed ever-so-slightly, the grass blew as a result of the wind a little and the stream somewhere west of the two rushed pleasantly.
On the grass nearby them sat an arrow split in two.

The End!
Edit: I did the last bit (the picture) more for the sake of the colors than looks.

I'm using this as an avatar until I can figure out how to properly draw a rat. Wish me luck.

I also feel like this is the type of merchant that doesn't do his taxes... if you were wondering.

Honestly nowadays I make nonsense, mostly because I'm bored and because I can't wait to leave this place.

Saw that Unus Annus was ending, decided to write out my feelings.
He Who Lived, Infinite
He Who Lived infinity,
Was also he whom lived not at all,
He Who Cherished end,
Was also he whom found refuge,
In the void we fall,
It is a means to an end,
It is all we are if not grand,
In the void we fall,
We find refuge.
Momento Mori.
