Hi! I was wondering how we track our package? I have the code but which shipping company did you use?

Hiya! I’m really sorry for the confusion, bigcartel didn’t have the option for our local carrier so I couldn’t write down its name ;; I use Pos Indonesia, and you can track your package here!

Previously, I used Tictail’s service and they could track down the number just fine, which is why I never had to specify which postal service I use, but apparently Bigcartel doesn’t offer the same service...💦 The tracking site doesn’t seem to have an English translation, but I’d be happy to help if you have any problem with it!
