Tumblr pleasr help me for a bit

its nonsensical but for context i read messages then replicate them similarly to reading outloud, and or replicate what i mean despite no one else seeing it, so i thought i could replicate hitting someones head with a pan hard with..slapping my leg because i was having a conversation about potention weapons?????

so i for example send a message but then read it iut loud or act it out with hand movements or overall movement as i talk to myself, like reading outloud but snippets and its usually involuntary/an itching urge because if i dont do so i feel understimulated??

im already diagnosed with adhd but im not sure if this is mainly affected by something else since i am currently looking at an autism diagnosis

vent about a pretty stressful situation (related to being sick) tw

pov ur sick and are miserable and almost thought you went deaf in ur left ear because it was ruptured cuz you had tubes in ur ears around when you were born and and one ear didnt heal completely and now it got clogged because of how stuffed ur head is
