Don't ignore the amount of calories in spreads.
amount (per tbsp) :
1 spread of nutella = 100 calories
1 spread of butter = 60 calories
1 spread of peanut butter = 100 calories
1 spread of jam = 56 calories
1 spread of honey = 64 calories
1 spread of cheese = 44 calories
1 spread of cream cheese = 50 calories
you might wanna pay attention to these if u use them and have a low calorie deficit ♡

fasting is like a challenge, everything suddenly looks tempting. out of nowhere the home cooked meals served are your favorite, people start offering you food, u start craving foods that u never liked or didnt really enjoy that much. but you must remind yourself of the main plan. fasting might be hard but being f@t is harder. the feeling of hunger is temporary and its mental, while being f@t is permanent and physical. remember ur not doing this for ur current self but ur past and future self. make ur past self proud and make ur future self satisfied.
