Sasori rediscovered his muse in a boy who was stung to death. Pas de Deux: Chapter 2

Pairing: Sasori/Sakura

Rating: Mature

Summary:

Sasori made a name for himself performing in iconic ballets until a career-ending injury forced him into teaching. Sakura is auditioning for the leading role in the National Ballet School of Japan’s Giselle, and she has no choice but to defer to him and his harsh methods. She can do it. She’s not perfect, but she’s getting there.

Except almost good enough isn’t enough for Sasori, and Sakura is determined to prove him wrong even while she falls for him—even if it destroys her.

Her heart was filled with a passion that left her malleable and exposed. And if he ignited it with his touch and his gaze, perhaps she might ascend into greatness—and fly across the stage on the wings of his vision. “Some dancers must be broken before they reach new heights,” Sasori said to himself. He smiled wanly around his glass, making a silent toast to new beginnings.
