Anxiety
Hammering heart, stomach churning, amazing food smelling but so choked up with stress and anxiety you can't even move from the couch, let alone eat the curry you planned to make for weeks.
Starting the day furious and no complete nervous stressed out wreck because you have to deal with a terrible roommate who is being a man child and not the adult they said they were. What can I do...but lay here with a hammering heart and unmoveable body.

Good Evening
Hey everybody...
Just checking in as regularly as possible. I have found a accountability partner but am always looking for more people to be a accountability partner with as well. Today was probably the least stressful work day this week and it was my thursday! Thankfully its my friday and payday as well. Time to get back on track with my eating clean habits and hitting the gym as supposed to. I want to feel good and I have some goals to meet. I plan on going to Fanime in San Jose in May for the first two days and i have a family trip to hawaii next year to plan for as well. My folks are wanting to pay but I want to be able to pitch in from working hard and of course to have somewhat of a toned body for the beach. So any recipes or meal ideas to get on track I am all ears. I have a hard time trying to figure out meals ad such and I need some ideas that are budget friendly. We don't have an Aldis here for another 4 years at least and I wanna be able to stoo temptation.

Accountability Partner
Okay, I need an accountability partner to message me through snapchat. Just someome to remind me that junk food doesnt fix emotional problems, that I have time to go do things like gym or cook healthy, and pump me up to go work out at the gym. I'm not asking for too much i hope, but I would like a friend to talk to that is going through the same things I am and needing someone to talk to when they need it.

Rough yesterday
Okay, so I work fast food and I have a weird relationship with it. I don't like the people, but I love the act of working and my co-workers. Most days, I enjoy my job to the fullest, but I have days where I just push everything as deep down as I can, only for it to rear its ugly head once I am home. I binged on junk food and candy, no soda which I am proud of...but in trade it was Mikes hard blackberry pears....I am a lightweight and its pretty easy to get me drunk or tipsy. I wish I went to the gym instead and jogged it out instead of stuffing my face with junk. However, we all fall off the wagon and can get back on the next day. I plan on getting back on and holding on stronger than ever before.

So along with the activity shown bellow, I will be documenting all my workouts as well and at least a photo each week. I am not usually one to take photos of myself all the time so once a week should suffice. Anyway, I started working out back in September 2017 and joined a paid fitness group called LadyBoss. At first it was amazing and I worked out to some hard stuff, but I wasnt getting anywhere cause I couldn't afford to buy the healthiest foods either. I fell off the wagon alot due to stress. When I got back on, there was great support from the ladies on the page. However, now fast forward to Jan 2018. I don't post all the time like the others did, I am not one to post every day or message very much with strangers I hardly know. I noticed that non of the others were responding as well, and the posts i would read on the group page were mostly complaints from stay at home moms and older women in the 40's and 50's and hoe they are struggling and such. It was expensive to keep doing this stuff so I closed the account I had. I am grateful, it taught me a lot of things in the beginning and now i am trying to hang on tight and keep working out and eating well. I hope to see better results in time than when I did doing LB. It also helps not having roommates now that eat junk food 24/7 and there is only enough room in the fridge for unhealthy food items. Now with two new roommates with myself and my fiance, hopefully there will be better results with a stocked up healthy fridge. I want to feel better, I want to make change for the better, I did drop a bra size thankfully but not a cup size yet. There are results just not as much yet. I will tackle this. I can do this. I am proud. I am making steps.

This is this months data on my activity. I have been going to the gym and working out a different body part each day and cardio for 20 min after, I shoot for 30 but always feel ill when I am almost there and dont want to throw up everywhere. I weighed myself and still no progress on weight loss. I hope something budges soon, I am eating very healthy as well, ni sodas or juice, mainly water and teas, and I have a spinach salad almost 2 times a day. I see some muscle change but I am hoping for a weight change too...

New developments
So I have been itching for several weeks and finally went to a doctor. Come to find out I need to schedule an allergy skin test and face the 100 needles into my back. I have a phobia of needles..they scare me. Says the woman who wants a tattoo of all things. Anyway, tomorrow I go see an allergist and maybe I can finally put this all behind me. Though I have a feeling my allergy is gluten..I'm going to have a hard time if it really is.

No bake dessert: Energy Bites
I have seen a lot of posts about energy bites..in reality though, it requires more servings of honey or peanut butter listed to get them to actually form into the little round balls, defeating their purpose almost. Energy Bites are delicious though and very addictive. They are something you can enjoy and make plenty of. When I first made them, they were dry and would crumble every time I tried rolling them into the little balls. But after adding more peanut butter it rolled a lot better. They are definitely touchy and there is such a thing as too much peanut butter. Just cause I failed a bit, doesn't mean I don't want others to attempt it. I want to see other ways of the energy bites being made. I want to know what else can be done to make them better.
