Bippity boppity boo. I can't really stay out of this little universe. Also when I said no character death, I mean no character death. Just pain.
the memories of you, excerpt 5.
Previous part
No one questions why Porsche sits on the couch at the end of Kinn’s hospital bed like Cerberus in Tartarus, his eyes tracking the movement of everyone who comes to see him. Tankhun pokes fun at him in his own way, joking about his rigidity but he gives Porsche a look and a pause before he leaves that tells Porsche that he appreciates that he’s watching over his brother. Kim and Chay come together, Kim standing awkwardly as Kinn lays motionless and various drips hanging from a metal pole next to his bed. He looks lost but not in any tangible way that anyone but those who know and truly know him would see. Kim nods and Chay gives him a hug around his shoulders that he doesn’t return because it would detract him from his task, whispering in his ear, “It’ll be okay, Hia.”
Kinn’s father quietly asks for a report, which Porsche gives him, outlining what had occurred prior to how Kinn had foolishly chosen to save his life over his own. Porsche feels that look on the side of his face, examining him, trying to see what worth Kinn found in him to choose to do what he did. He, as always, gets the feeling he is lacking.
He doesn’t ask where Tawan is, his name isn’t on the approved list Korn had given him and he isn’t going to be the one to add it.
“Take care of my son,” Korn tells him as he leaves and it is in no uncertain times that should it be required, he must die to save Kinn. He accepts the knock because he doesn’t disagree.
People come and go but he remains.
It gets to after visiting hours and it’s an ambitious nurse trying to tell Porsche he can’t stay that gets him puts his hand on his gun that Pol brought him when he brought him a change of clothes and his computer to work on, so he’s left where he is. He has two bodyguards on the door and three monitoring the entry and exit points, so they should have known that it isn’t going to fly.
He puts on his comfy clothes, a pair of straight jeans and a t-shirt with his converse and he types away, one eye on the steady rise and fall of Kinn’s chest.
He writes his formal reports, admits his faults, and makes his recommendations for future events. Pete will review and make his comments in the morning as Porsche’s backstop. Folding the lid closed, there is nothing left to do but wait. The doctors told Kinn’s father that his gunshot wound was non-life threatening and his body was trying to heal and there was nothing to do but let him decide when he was ready to wake up.
Porsche looks at the door, almost like a naughty child, before he sits in the chair next to Kinn’s bed, his pale hand laying by his side and his long eyelashes a dark sweep against his cheeks.
He looks small in comparison to his personality. Kinn isn’t loud or brash like Porsche, instead, he dominates with his presence but even that isn’t what he thinks of when he thinks of Kinn. He thinks of the big wide smiles that he hides behind books or turning around because he doesn’t want people to see them. He thinks about when Kinn walked back into the compound at twenty-three, face impassive and spreading into his best smile when he saw Porsche, lighting up not only his face but Porsche’s.
Porsche doesn’t want to admit that he felt it then. The trickle of a feeling that he knows he should never have felt. It was hidden in the depths of his pride as Kinn walked over to him, hair slicked back off his face and his body strong under his suit. He was a man, but he was also a man. Porsche walked him back up to his suite and Kinn had waited for him to come inside like they were old friends seeing each other after such a long time. The confidence was so easy to be intoxicated by because Porsche was finally seeing the person Kinn was supposed to be, outside of the compound, outside of his father’s influence, and he looked good. Amazing. Magnetizing.
They stand somewhat awkwardly staring at each other because this terrain is new. Kinn wipes his finger over his bar with a fond look on his face of someone coming home to their parent’s house for a visit rather than home to his own place.
Porsche doesn’t know how to act. His place was always one of protection and structure, but Kinn now engulfs his frame with his own. He saw it as Kinn approached him and offered his hand to shake like a consummate businessman. His palm was warm and dry, with the right level of strength without overcompensating. Porsche felt his stomach drop in a way that it hadn’t in a long time. The clear and open signal: oh, he’s handsome, but not in the objective bypassing way, in the entirely subjective to Porsche’s very specific preferences kind of way. Like, he would have tried to pick him up in a bar kind of way and it throws him because Kinn isn’t that for him. Kinn is small and sweet, easily tucked into Porsche’s pocket. So, he immediately took the feeling and chucked it out as far as he could.
“You have a few grey hairs,” Kinn points out with amusement, and Porsche huffs from where he’s stood, legs slightly apart, arms behind his back, bodyguard stance. “Come in, this isn’t a debrief.”
“I’m ten years older than you, if I didn’t have a few grey hairs, I’d expect you to get out garlic and a stake,” Porsche jokes as he relaxes. He doesn’t make his way further into the room, just relaxes his stance until Kinn comes back over to him and stands in front of Porsche.
They look at each other for a good minute or so, Porsche wonders how many extra smile lines or crow’s feet he has in comparison but he also can’t stop looking at how Kinn’s eyes sparkle. He looks so much brighter than when Porsche saw him last.
“You look strong,” Porsche tells him and Kinn closes his eyes with an almost bashful smile.
“I figured I needed to listen and bulk up,” Kinn opens his eyes and his amusement is plain again.
“Must have taken a lot to build this up,” Porsche glances down and appraises Kinn openly. “All functional?”
“Of course, pushing to get that 350lb bench press, but I’m not religious with it.”
Porsche thinks that’s bullshit. Kinn is the most regimented person he knows.
“Let me know how it goes,” Porsche tells him because he’s interested in knowing but the conversation naturally ends and Kinn doesn’t attempt to pick it up with something else so they’re left looking at each other, Porsche into familiar brown eyes that remind him of someone much younger and the problem that led to this distance.
Kinn’s eyes flick down to his lips and Porsche follows him. It’s intentional, Kinn grew up in this house, and he knows how to hide his emotions, but he lets his face show open wanting: his eyes get hooded, his mouth drops open a little and his breathing slows. Porsche thinks he’s going to be kissed, so he steps back, breaking the spell.
Kinn looks at him, his face now indescribable. A son of the family.
For his part, Porsche feels relieved because Kinn had reasserted that jumble of feelings in his stomach that he can’t disentangle. He knows that if Kinn had kissed him in that moment, he would have let him and he can’t explain why.
Actually, he can, but he can’t be that person. He can’t be the person who abused his position, no matter how much time has passed.
“Kinn—”
Kinn’s shuttered expression hurts in a way Porsche didn’t know it could, “Porsche, maybe it is better that we have a debrief.”
He feels restless and useless in this hospital room. He holds Kinn’s hand because the warmth of it reminds him that he’s okay. He’s alive. The beeping of his heart monitor becomes the music Porsche listens to as he puts his head on Kinn’s stomach and feels Kinn’s heartbeat through the press of his ear.
He’s so well used. Like a thoroughbred racehorse, he’s lying on his back in Kinn’s bed, his breaths coming in pants as he laughs and Kinn tucks up the sheet around his waist. Everything hurts and aches in the best way possible and he can’t help but let his legs splay openly and Kinn’s hand rests on the inside of his thigh, sliding up and pulling little shivers out of Porsche.
Porsche looks over at Kinn and his expression is raw like everything took all his walls down and all that’s left is the person he used to be. Porsche cups his face and Kinn leans down and kisses him, slow and thoroughly, till Porsche’s lips are tingling and sore and he’s leaking little noises even though they won’t amount to anything because of how wrung out he is.
Kinn lets him go and kisses the tip of his nose, “I missed you.”
Reality crashes in on him. The years and space collapse on themselves and suddenly Kinn is eighteen again. Kinn doesn’t notice the change, but overwhelmed, Porsche kisses him back, dragging Kinn across his chest until he’s forced to reshuffle so that he’s lying between Porsche’s thighs and giving and taking all the kisses he wants. Tears prick up behind his eyes and he pretends. For a whole moment, he pretends this could be something and it’s perfect.
“I’m sorry, Kinn,” Porsche breathes, “For all of it, but I’m most sorry I hurt you.”
The machines beep and Kinn breathes, but nothing changes.
“It’s hard because I see who you were and I can’t—” He doesn’t know how to phrase it, “But we’re not those people. I’m not your father, your uncle, or your cousins. I never was. But you trusted me to be there and take care of you.”
He tries his hardest to impart what he’s trying to say, saying more words than he’s ever said on the matter, “I wish I’d met you a different way. Maybe in a bar, hell even the alleyway of a bar, and you were you and I was me. We’d’ve been perfect for each other.”
“But now, you’re the person I love, and I think I’m the person you love,” Porsche wipes his face but he knows some of his tears are wetting Kinn’s blanket. “And it won’t change.”
“I know I’m the problem, but can you please—” He takes a big gulping breath, “can you please wake up and help me figure it out? How to take out this ugly feeling in my chest until it’s just you?”
He knows he’s talking to himself and Kinn is still sleeping but he squeezes his hand tightly and hopes that somewhere in there he can hear Porsche speak to him.
“Wake up, Little Dragon, I need you.”
It feels blasphemous to say, but he does. Porsche can’t do it on his own and he’s never known how to let anyone in to try.
He cries and wipes his face and then dozes on Kinn’s stomach until the nurse comes in to take his late-night obs and he moves to the fancy pull-out couch he doesn’t bother to open and sleeps with his hands crossed on his chest and his feet hanging off the end.
When he wakes up, Kinn is sitting up looking at him with tired but oh-so-familiar brown eyes.

I loved the cousin drunken bonding in latest Progression chapter. It was so hilarious and cute. I am absolutely blown by Macau/Kinn though. I don't think I have ever read about these two together, even talking more than few words. While Khun/Vegas is cute and can be seen, Macau/Kinn is such rarepair cousin bond than I immediately started to ship them hard (not ship as romantically but as in cousin bonding). I can't wait for the next chapter. I hope ultimate shippers, Chay and Porsche, can see their appeal too. :D
Hello! I'm glad you liked the bonding between the cousins. It was definitely fun to write. I will say my favorite cousin dynamic tends to be between Tankhun and Vegas. They are the oldest sons and Vegas never treats Tankhun with disrespect - even after getting hit in the head with a tray. The most he does is attempt to stare him down, a challenge he quickly backs down from in silence, which is surprising when he had been smugly challenging Kinn through tense conversation just seconds before. The most negative thing he says about him is that he is "something" (at least going by the English translation). I like to think that they loved each other at one point, and maybe Vegas looked up to him and feels some semblance of sadness when he thinks about what Tankhun went through. Tankhun was old enough to be the big brother Vegas desperately needed - and maybe once had before their families became too strained and set on competition.
As for Kinn and Macau, they have a potential dynamic that interests me too. I can see Kinn as someone who wants to be both a protector and a friend to his brothers, but it is difficult with their very different personalities and the wedges forces between them due to their trauma and their overall situation. He was likely conditioned to be a protector by both his father as well as himself after Tankhun's kidnapping happened. While he likely adores his older brother, is present for him, and makes sure he has guards who are more suitable as friends, rather than just staff, there is likely some resentment, heartbreak, and grief for who is older brother once was and will likely never be again. His relationship with Kim seems like a distant one. In this story, this result is due to an upsetting incident during their childhood, Kim struggling to connect and express his emotions, and Kinn being the most involved in the family business while Kim wants nothing to do with it. There is likely resentment from Kinn as well, that Kim gets to follow his dreams while Kinn has to stay back and do all that is expected of him.
While both Khun and Kim genuinely love Kinn, there is a distance that Vegas and Macau simply don't have. While Vegas always feels like he is getting pitted against and beat by Kinn, he is more successful than him in at least one aspect: he actually has a healthy relationship with his brother. Macau is the youngest and not involved in the business either. Like Kim, I see him holding very little interest in it. However, he is present for his brother. He supports him, spends time with him, and is openly affectionate with him in a way that seems to come to both of them easily and without hesitation, which is something we don't really see between the major family brothers (although Khun does seem to want physical affection from him).
To me - at least in this story - Macau represents what Kinn would ideally want in a sibling. Macau may not show interest in any mafia business, but he also likely doesn't share any old lifetime goals Kinn once had for himself. On top of that, Macau is loyal. He is the one member of the family who successfully does his own thing and stays out of the business, yet stays loyal to his brother, who is very much tangled up in the expectations their family has. He is present, loving, there, and was never in a situation where he stepped back from previous responsibilities like Khun did. He also never distanced himself from the entire family due to his lack of interest in their operations like Kim did.
In some ways, Macau just being himself and resistent and avoidant towards the mafia/his father while remaining close and loving towards his brother makes him the most ideal sibling in either family. He is also the most "normal" by far. Kinn adores his brothers and wouldn't trade them for anything, but I think Vegas got something that Kinn simply didn't by having Macau as a brother: a healthy brotherly relationship that somehow was strengthened by their circumstances rather than tainted and strained. I think a lot of that deals with how Macau operates, which brings out Vegas loving, affectionate, protective, and nurturing side. This is a side Kinn has as well, but since his relationships with his own brothers were strained, that side sort of remains stagnant.
It's been coming out more that they have all become closer, and Kinn is incredibly grateful for it. That being said, he feels like a third wheel at times, and his role as heir/head made Tankhun and Kim hesitant to share certain things with him. Despite Vegas also being heir/head, Macau never faced this predicament. So when Macau and Kinn get drunk together after the cousin reconciliation and the two are left alone, I feel like Macau's sincere side comes out, all while Kinn's protective and caretaking side comes out. Talking with Macau was likely very easy in comparison to opening up with his brothers. Despite it being alcohol fueled, he felt genuine connection with his (now second) youngest family member. It felt easy, like how brotherly bonding should feel like.
We definitely might see more Kinn and Macau moments! I can see Macau just randomly inviting Kinn out to go jet skiing or something and Porsche being like, "Huh???" all while Kinn leaves the compound with an excited grin on his face because he's getting chosen over Tankhun and Kim lolol. But I think Chay will be invested, and Porsche will too after getting over his confusion.
Anyway, this turned into a rambling essay that got away from me lolol. But thank you for the ask and I hope you enjoy the next chapter!

Diving into trying to understand the level of Kinn's agency and Korn manipulation.
Third part of my reaction to @dancinbutterfly meta. (done for now ^^)
"The nuance, in this case is that Korn went at Kinn in a very specific way that in my opinion was different than the way it was largely applied to the greater staff. The word I am looking for here is finesse. Korn applied the BITE model with a maestro’s finesse."
As OP clearly demonstrates the major family definitly applies the BITE model to control its staff but I'm not so sure it does apply to Korn's own sons ? and if so how ? I need to ponder on this more.
Edit : on my nth re-read of the original meta, I finally shamefully noted that the emphasis made on the BITE checklist were on the criterias applied to Kinn and not to the staff as I understood it until then. And it is very clear and informative on the staff front but for Kinn, I'm less sure. OP would love to see more of your thoughts on the matter ! (a note to say that these posts are not there to contradict or correct you but just to help me formalize my understanding so I can make up my mind about it all)
So did Korn manipulate Kinn ? (well yes that is kind of his MO but I mean it in a self-serving/sacrificing Kinn to his own cause way)
Korn must also have been groomed by his father in becoming a successfull mafioso, one able to survive, thrive and even relish victory in this cut-throat environment, but I wouldn't define him as trapped by his upbringing (even if he may have his fair share of trauma based on what Gun infered about their "papa" ?).
Taking for granted that they have no moral dilemma regarding the Mafia, for him how would manipulatingly grooming differs from genuiningly teaching his child the skills he deems necessary to succeed in his foreseen carreer ?
Be it for his machiavelic needs or not, it seems telling that he is loved, trusted and seemingly not feared by his sons, most clearly by Kinn and Tankhun. They look to him for guidance, are open to him about their thoughts and feelings and he does seems to adapt his strategy to accommodate them. As an exemple, Kinn reveals his love for Porsche knowing it went against his father (anti)romantic advices but without looking even the least bit worried that it wouldn't be accepted
Do people feels that safe toward a cult leader manipulating them ? Don't they have a feeling even if they love him that they are not allowed to go astray ? I don't know, it may be the sign of a really skilled manipulator.
The only trouble seems that Korn has squeletons in the closet that wouldn't be a problem (well for their particular kind of moral compas) if Kinn was in love with anyone else. And I can see how he would want to avoid the problem by burying them and writing his own version of history.
On the other hand, I can see :
- the attitude of Kim hints at something more for now without explaining why. Kim is noisy but at the same time he doesn't seems to fear Korn (see, their conversation when Kim comes to sneak around but doesn't hesitate to question him openly about Big and Porsche ep5).
- There is also this major/minor dynamic that Kinn has been taught to be necessary because competition makes us stronger (what about now then ? was the lesson considered learned ?)
- The soldier child aspect that the boys were all trained to be killers (could it have been seen as necessary after Tankhun kidnapping ?)
- The singing competition interference (a blow for Kinn ego but well that's what money is for and seeing the way they interract it doesn't seems to be part of a greater list of stabs ? Kinn self confidence seems well established and indeed it needs to be for him to be a good heir)
So, am I missing something ? am I minimizing patterns of abuse ? Would love to be proven wrong and learn from it.
It makes me wonder about real cult heirs, are they really trapped themselves ? What would be the difference between a genuine cult leader and a trapped one not realising he is ? Does it matters ? why so or why not ?
In a more mundane way, I chose my career as a student based on my interest and validated my choice knowingly as an adult because I do like it. It is a path that aligns with what my family hoped for me. Not out of interest for themselves but because that was the way they thought would bring me happiness (understand : a job that is at least safe, stable and reasonnably paid). Was I manipulated in perceiving happiness this way ?
I guess the difference would be in wether or not my family would have respected my choice had it been different (allowing for some back and forth at first as they learn, adapt to the different way of seeing things that my choice may entails and reassure themselves that I will be fine. luckily for me, they did in other area of my life which makes me confident they would have).
So going back to Korn, I'm not sure I would call him manipulative toward his son and not accept at face value that he just tried to pass on the lessons he himself applied in his life (the rusty knife metaphor may have been genuinely given ?).
So the question would be, how would he react to Kinn leaving the mafia behind ? Would he try to break him into staying or would he stay emotionnaly calm, accept that Kinn's life isn't going that way, making him the wrong person for the role and find himself a willing and so more suitable heir (he may have to look for someone out of the biological family but considering the orientation of all his sons and nephews, letting go of the idea of blood dynasty seems to have been accepted some times ago)

Rebellion: Part 2 - Kim
Here's Part 1 about Chay.
=========================
Kim
Now here's the youngest of Theerapanyakul, and he lives away from his mafia family with his Wik persona in the music world he loves. Kim made his first appearance in episode 3, shown to have a conversation with Big about situations back home. But, even away, he seems to care about his family enough to notice something unusual about Porsche hiring and decide to visit his family.
While Kim was at the Theerapanyakul mansion, I felt Korn approached Kim differently. For one, he expressed his surprise to find Kim at his study, and offered a seemingly friendly pat on his arm, a gesture I doubt ever offered towards Kinn or Khun. At the same time, I also sensed he became alert, especially after Kim questioned his decision to hire Porsche, a question which, in the end, was kept hanging. After Kim left, he immediately checked the drawer and his folder. I wonder if he realized Kim had seen it. The way he stared towards the door was a mix of suspicion, discontentment, and maybe wariness. Had there been any situation between them where Korn realized that his youngest could be a threat the most dangerous when he put his nose on something?
Kim then decided to investigate Porsche. This happened after he met Chay, who happened to be Porsche's younger brother, at his university's open house. At first, he might only take Chay as one of his fans, requesting guitar tutoring to help him prepare for the university's entrance exam, which he softly rejected. But after knowing his connection to Porsche, Kim turned to approach him offering the guitar tutoring, not knowing he would be charmed by Chay so early during their first tutoring session.
Now that I think again about it, the first impression of Kim is calm, calculated, and firm. But after meeting Chay at their first tutoring session, I found it odd that Kim could get distracted and slip off words when trying to get Chay to talk about Porsche. In his honest and innocent way, Chay pulled the softness in Kim. When Kim tried to back off, Chay came to find him unpretentiously. And when Chay came to report on his passing the exam, say his thank you, and confess, Kim kissed him on the cheek. Their hug at the moment is everything. But soon, things happened very fast; Kim needed to pull himself out (again).
Kim Rebellion
Kim's rebellion might be presented more subtly than Chay's, which happened overnight. I didn't even think of his isolation as an act of rebellion at first, but looking further into the rebellion stages, it could be. Considering his age (22), Kim's rebellion at this point happened during the adolescent stage called trial independence (18-23), which is one step before young adulthood. But I suppose it started way earlier, although I would assume no earlier than his early teenage stage. When did he decide to move out of the family home?
At this trial independence stage, one is resisting personal authority as opposed to parental authority as they might have during the early adolescence. It goes from rebelling against the parents to rebelling against themselves. This is the period where they know what they should or must do but can't bring themselves to do it, especially under the influence of external forces. Bring this back to Kim; what does he know he should or must do, and why can't he bring himself to do that? Let's say I make one assumption about the scenario: Kim knows that he needs to return to the Theerapanyakul's home, but he can't bring himself to do it; why? What's the external force that holds him not to doing so? And not too surprising, Korn doesn't interfere. Again, because at this stage of rebellion, it's something that generally parents were advised to do. (Maybe this adds to Korn's character as the strategic chess player or mafia leader; he knows how to deal with each of his children?)
Partially, this rebellion theory answers my question of why Kim did what he did, regarding his family and Chay. I'm speculating here:
Keyword on Tankhun's "He's nosy; he must be got it from me." Even if Kim decided to leave the family home, it doesn't mean he didn't care. What if Tankhun's kidnapping affected Kim the same it did Kinn? The difference is that while Kinn was then forced to step up as the heir, Kim chose to follow his rage (by episode 12, we know what he's capable of feeling and showing; that he can be that scary and crazy) and step away, I think, with a mission in mind. I mentioned in my post here that I think Kim picked early on that something's off surrounding Korn's business. If he cared about the kidnapping, he might want to know why that happened and who was involved. And for all we know, he ended up with an extensive case board. He is suspicious of everyone, just like Kinn. That's why he checked about Porsche through Chay and discovered the connection between their parent's accident and the things he's investigating. But it looks like that's still not everything to it.
Kim didn't communicate his feelings to Chay because he was still confused. He's still rebelling against himself: I should do these, but I can't bring myself to; why? He holds this responsibility to act upon everything he comes to know, including realizing his feelings for Chay. But the complexity of their connection behind the scene, besides his mission, added to his confusion. So he delays his appropriate response to Chay. But until when? The club scene in episode 12 showed his wall starting to crumble. He lashed out at Chay in a way he never did before in response to his rebellious act, opposite the softness he always wore whenever he was with Chay. Kim is nosy when it concerns the people he cares about. The fact he'd been nosy when it relates to Chay, both in subtle and crude ways, should say something about how he feels about the boy.
=========================
Remember this line: "Well, I'm scared that if I look at you, I'll cry. I've always felt that I'm an unlucky person. But today, I've realized that all the lucks I have are for being here with you. P'Kim, I love you." This kind of line, you can never say it if you never constantly feel unlucky. The "I love you" here is full of Chay's heart and hope that this must be it. That's why with all those things, the heartbreaks doubled. And Kim knows it.
But if they could overcome their current own inner frustration (for different reasons) and some external confrontation (with their family) heads on, who knows, they would go back and find home (again) in each other.
=========================
+ I think of all the main pairings in KP, Kim and Chay are surprisingly the characters I could relate to the most. The themes of stubbornness, suppressed emotion, rage, isolation, and extreme introversion speak so much for me. I hope I'm not too dramatic in writing my observation.
+ I need to rewatch their scenes (individually, with others, and them together) to complete these two posts, now with very different feels, and they hit me harder it's so damn hurtful my heart aches for them. +
+ This might be my last long post before the series ends; please, episode 13, don't change my mind, lol. +

KinnPorsche Review
Tumblr media
Tropes : Mafia Heir-Bodyguard love story - Enemies to lovers - Whipped boy - Jealousy - Some type of Love Triangle - Hidden Identity - Rich lead with Poor lead
Trigger Warnings : Graphic depiction of Vi*lence - M*rder - Du*ious Consent - Dr*gged - Sex*al Assa*lt - To*ture
Note : I am aware of the behind the scenes of the making of the show. After the fell off with the first production company which could resulted to the show being never made. The main lead Mile Phakphum used his connections to find a new company and accepted not to be paid for starring as one of the title character. The vast majority of the original actors came back and the production could start. However as much respect i have for them and love to see the actors being so involved in a BL production, i can't hold back the criticism i have for some aspects of the show.
Positive
The casting was wonderfully done. I had reserve at first for some of the casting but it vanished when the first episode aired. All actors embodied their characters perfectly.
A diverse set of characters as each one has their own personality and differentiated with others and were recognisable.
The acting is by far the most positive aspect I have with this series. All performances were magnificent. The fact that they could transmit emotions without dialogue and only with their facial expression proved what amazing actors they are. Especially since it’s the first acting role for some of them.
The chemistry between the romantic pairings and also the friend group was there. There was not one pairing that I felt was forced or hard to watch because there wasn’t any sparks. I was more scared of Porschay and Kim because of the real-life age difference that limited their interactions compared to the two others pairing but they did good.
Cinematography was really pretty and they found really great locations notably for the forest arc and Kinn x Porsche first date
You can feel the characters are rich and they showed it through multiple ways from the house, the cars, the jewellery. The rich lead in BL drama is no rarity but obviously for budget problems, others BL had a hard time showing the character richness.
The first half (up to ep 7) were the most interesting and gripping. Of course there were some problems for me like Porsche bodyguard training that I felt was too fast and maybe Kinn x Porsche relationship swift was abrupt but still good episodes.
The show had the best “vilain” by far that can almost be on par with Korean drama vilains and for Kdrama viewers, it’s not a small thing, with Vegas. The characterisation, the acting, the impact he had on every scene he appeared is promising for the future of BL.
I appreciate that there wasn’t the regular “internalised homophobia” or “coming out process” and that everything was not make a big deal with their sexualities. Just thoughtful conversations.
Negative
The humour was for me the most negative aspect of the show. At first, it was well integrated through Porsche clumsiness in a new environment and Tankhun eccentric personality but by the middle-end of the show, it became painful and cringey. In my opinion, it affected the characters and the storyline as we lost minutes of a too long comical scene ( Ex : the scary drama where Porsche was freaking out and punched Pol) that could have went elsewhere and dumbed-down what should have been clever and insightful characters.
Uneven screen time between the pairings. I know Kinnporsche is the main pairing as they are literally in the title of the show and it’s their story but they had 2 others pairings that were also important, one in particular, that ended up being underwhelming because of the lack of screentime they had. I think for Vegas and Pete, they were probably scared to put too much of them because of the backlash due to the graphic nature of them but if it was the case, why did they were heavily promoted through interviews and had their solo trailers + they were immensely toned down compared to the novel. At the end, Vegas and Porsche shared more scenes together than Pete and Vegas. I was angry that episode 12 put only VegasPete scenes at the beginning of the episode and then it was all Kinnporsche. For Porschay and Kim, I think they didn’t know what to do with them honestly as their pairing do not have much importance in the novel.
Bad management of the budget. From what I have seen from the behind the stage, a lot of scenes could be last minute decision, notably the Kinn x Porsche underwater scene that was not on the script but one of the director thought it would look good, except that it was going to take a good chunk of their budget and to be honest, the scene didn’t even look good. I thought that every underwater scene were badly filmed but budget was lost in there. Bad management of the budget had repercussion to a lot of stuff, notably the five stars hotel gala in episode 2 that looked like a disguise party.
Disappearance and under-utilised characters, the friends of Porsche disappeared at the end of the series for Porsche to stay with Kinn’s friends that were also under-utilised especially since a love triangle (Cheating ?) between them and Porsche’s friend was teased during the bar scene in episode 3. Tankhun and Kim should have had more time for them other than Kimlock Holmes which led to nothing, especially since Kim was really intriguing as a character. The other just being the eccentric older brother that is coming for his comical scene and used as a plot device notably for Pete disappearance. The fathers were also not really present when they could have been important. Same for Macau. Characters introduced that disappeared like the doctor and the female assassin and extras where the bar and the mafia house were just empty at some point.
The second part of the show (ep 8 to 13) was weaker in my opinion
Kinn and Porsche were sacrificed and their ship became painful during the second part of the show as they were used as a plot-device by giving them a lack of trust, constant misunderstanding and lack of communication. In the beginning, it was okay as they just started to know each other but at the end, we just went back and forth between betrayal-reconciliation- once again betrayal-reconciliation. Also the fact their funny scenes were longer than any serious conversation was annoying. The scene where Porsche keep retaking photos because they didn’t look good during their first date was longer than their conversation after the Tawan incident. If it wasn’t for Apo and Mile amazing acting and chemistry, Kinnporsche would have been really different and not in a good way. A lot of their useless screen time could have went else where to develop other characters or pairing
The uneven time spent for comical scene and serious scenes that ruined a lot of scenes in my opinion. Comical scenes were unlimited while serious were short and ended almost instantly. I think the producers were in a twilight zone, because of the show adult nature that is quite rare in the BL genre and may not fit the teenage demographic of BL, they didn’t want to lose too much of an audience so they went to the standard BL route with the funny moments and stuff except they went too far and so lost the mature audience that waited for this type of series for a long time. They didn’t think that instead of the average BL viewers, new viewers were going to come in and they did. I have seen a lot of people who had never seen a BL, intrigued with Kinnporsche and started to watch.
I had also problems with the filming that I thought was shaky and not symmetrical at some point, action scenes in particular. The lightning was also bad even if I appreciated that they gave each character a colour to represent them. Of course, the mafia aspect was forgotten but I was told it was never a mafia story but a love story…
Introduced plotline that were dished like Kinn always going out with body guards for his safety and then at the end, he can go out by himself normally. No consequences for Ken, Big, Tawan actions/demise in the long term.
Rating : 6/10
Favourite episode : 7
Worst episode : 8
Rewatch Value : Yes
Aging like milk : No, I think it still going to hold it’s own years after
Entering my top 10 BL : Yes
Impact : I really hope this drama success is going to push mature BL with good quality, work in the script and good acting. I am not talking about producing mature BL like Check out or Unforgotten Night.
I just wish one day BL from any countries could come close to the quality of Korean dramas.

You didn't select any words so I used the same ones as you: shiver, sleep, dark, light and sigh.
All the stories are for KinnPorsche the series.
shiver, Stereotypes are Bulls**t, KimChay, 11.3k, a/b/o
Kim watches fondly as Chay is reunited with his brother, bristles a bit at Porsche accusations and can only feel dread when Tankhun sweeps into the room, loudly demanding an explanation. He does not want to have this conversation, ever, but especially not now, now he just wants to curl up with Chay and ignore the world for a while. He can only watch helplessly as Tankhun hones in on the Kittisawat brothers, shrewd eyes taking in the both of them still embracing in the lobby. A shiver runs down his spine when Tankhun suddenly beams. “Oh my goodness, look at you, you’re all big doe eyes and fluffy hair aren’t you? So adorable.” He coos, fucking coos at Chay. Kim is doomed. “Don’t worry sweetie, Big Brother Tankhun will take care of you.” Tankhun sweeps Chay away, leading him in the direction of the family quarters and Porsche follows, mostly because he has yet to let go of his little brother. Kim leans down to grab Chay’s abandoned bag and trails after them. He sees Kinn do the same from the corner of his eye. Looks like it’s going to be a full family discussion, Kim can only hope that their father doesn’t show up, he’s not sure he could handle it at the moment. “Do you watch series?” He hears Tankhun ask Chay. “Oh, hmmm, sometimes.” His Angel answers politely. Shit, Kim should have warned him.
sleep, Angel Mine, KimChay, 2.2k, rule 63
There's a body in her bed. She shuffles closer, keeping her steps light and her hand on the knife strapped to the small of her back. She's not too worried since nobody unauthorized who could make it past security would be doing so to sleep in her bed. Once she gets closer and can make out the face of the person occupying her bed, she has to do a double take, rubbing her eyes and blinking to make sure what she sees isn't a sleep-deprived hallucination. Chay.
dark, by the morning, my love, KimChay, 3.9k, explicit (part 1 of the "need you to believe" series)
“Don’t drink that.” Says a voice right in his ear. “You should always pay attention to your drinks being made and keep an eye on them at all times.” Chay turns his head to look at the person talking to him, only to come face to face with the most gorgeous man he’s ever seen. Longish dark hair falling artfully around his face, dark eyes that seem to glitter in the strobing light of the club and a few earrings glinting along the shell of the one visible ear. His pink, full lips are stretched into a small smile and Chay has never wanted to kiss someone like he does right now.
light, Keep Calm and Hop On, KimChay, 3.3k, magical realism and crack treated seriously
He’s a little late getting home that day, having stayed at school for a study session, and when he gets in Kim is sitting on the floor of the balcony, looking out and absentmindedly strumming at his guitar, a few sheets of paper strewn around him. The way the slowly setting sun hits him contrasts with the light sheen of the curse’s magic and Chay can See it, the same strange spot on Kim’s back where the magic is different that he noticed that day. Gaze fixed on that spot, Chay walks quietly to Kim and drops to his knees behind him, putting both hands on his back, on either side of the spot. Kim startles and starts to turn but Chay stops him, hands firm. “Don’t move. I wanna check something.” Kim stills obediently. “Hello to you too, Angel.” There’s a laugh in his voice. “Did you have a good day?” “I love you,” Chay responds because those words still, every time, make Kim’s breath hitch and the magic go wild. And there it is, that spot reacts differently, expanding and constricting as Kim fights the magic. Chay wonders if he could Touch it. He’s felt like maybe he could, sometimes, when every sense is heightened by the feelings Kim provokes in him and his hands are on Kim’s skin when the transformation happens. Like he can suddenly Feel the magic under his fingers and not just See it.
sigh, "That's my family", mostly Gen, 1.7k, the Kittisawats adopt a stray Kim
"Ah shit," Porsche swears when he sees a pair of legs sticking out from behind the dumpster. Another drunkard, too far into the bottle to make it home. Porsche himself had been heading home after his shift at Yok's. "Hey buddy, you can't sleep here." He calls out, heading for the body. He nudges at one foot with his own and that's when he hears the ragged breathing coming from the prone form lying on the ground. Leaning down, Porsche notices two things at the same time. One there's blood pooling around the boy. And second, it is a boy, not much older than Porsche's own little brother from the looks of him. "Shit." What the hell happened to this kid? "Fuck." There's no way Porsche can just leave the kid there to bleed out. With a sigh, he bends down to gather the kid up in his arms and take him to the nearest hospital. The kid moans as soon as Porsche starts moving him. "No." The pain-filled voice is thready, almost inaudible. "Easy, kid. I'm not going to hurt you. I'm taking you to a hospital." That seems to agitate the kid even more. "No. No, they'll find me." That raises so many questions. Porsche wonders what he's unwittingly managed to get himself into, what sort of shady dealings this kid could be involved in. Then again, Porsche himself isn't exactly trying to draw attention these days, what with the loan sharks and the illegal fights and his very-much-under-the-table-until-he-turns-twenty job at Yok's. He'd gotten custody of Chay as soon as he turned eighteen but the slightest misstep could mean losing his little brother. Well, let's hope the kid doesn't bite the dust on the way, Porsche thinks as he changes direction and heads home, and that we have enough first aid supplies.
I'm tagging @xxatlasxx & @sweet-william-writes (and anyone who wants to do it) with the words: moving, snuggle, rescue, separate & glare.

A thing that bugs me about episode 7, and I haven’t seen anyone talk about or mention this, is that Kim did NOT go to see Kinn in hospital. Like, what?! Kim, do you actually care about your family, your brother? Kinn being in hospital would have been a great time for them show Kinn and Kim together. I mean, come ON! Tankhun visited him, even though we didn’t seem him with Kinn at the hospital, Tankhun was there. Papa Korn visited Kinn with Chan. Even Tay and Time visited him, (No I’m not counting Vegas because his intentions weren’t kind or concerned of heart, he was there for malicious tendencies only). But no Kim?
That would have been a perfect opportunity for them to give us a Kinn and Kim scene. I mean Kim, do you care that Kinn was shot, that he almost bled to death, that he almost died?! And yes I know Kim was too busy snooping around Porsche’s and Porschay’s house for clues and finding out that Porschay actually has a huge crush on him, but there still would have been time to show a small scene where Kim comes to visit his big brother in hospital with a gift or something and they just have a small conversation (just a little one at the very least) and then Kim leaves, but at least we still would have had that. But he didn’t and it makes me sad. Like does Kim even care?
I mean, everything else about Ep7 was amazing and brilliant and I loved all of it but I can’t be the only one who noticed that Kim didn’t visit Kinn in hospital, right?

Hey, you guess it Kinnporsche anon here!!
Hope you are doing good today!!!
I just finished episode 5,AND I JUST WANNA SCREAM. First, Kim and Chay are the cutest, my heart can't handle. Kim is already going soft for Chay, too precious. I'm sure if he is going to execute his plan, bc we can already tell he is going to fall hard for Chay!
Chay and Porsche reunion was so cute!! I hope we can see more from them!! (Chay making his way too my heart, he is so cute! If something happen to him, I am starting a war)
Vegas was so hot this episode. Like I know he is sus, and is probably plotting something really bad. But not gonna lie, him in the motorcycle scene was a yes for me
Now. Kinn and Porsche. HAVE SO MANY THINGS TO SAY!!!!! the first scene in the bed where we can see Kinn worries omg, this was so soft!! Then the parallel with their respective hook up mix with flashback from their night together??? So hot????
Plus, the tension between them, like we can feel they want to jump on each other and kiss, the actors are so Damn good for being able to make us feel that. Chief kiss really.
My heart melt when I saw Kinn's reaction when he realised he hurt Porsche (and, I'm sure Porsche was not just talking about the punishment). His walls did fall, he was really vulnerable for some seconds there (then he came back to his old self, but these few seconds was so 😍). Then the last scene, Kinn was so cute, trying to follow Pete advice. He is trying to make things better with Porsche. I hope they are going to have a real conversation, heart to heart, so they can kiss.
AND THE LAST IMAGE??? Where are they?? Ugh I can't wait to watch next episode!!!!! (if I saw correctly, they are handcuffed together, which is going to be interesting)
Also, Pete the first shipper of Kinnporsche. (his friendship with Porsche is everything!).
I still have so many question for who is the mole???? Maybe Kinn friends with benefits???? Big and the other one?? (I find their meanness to Porsche very sus) (please Big, don't be a bad guy, you're too pretty to be on the bad side).
Korn is also very sus?? He is always associated with the chess, maybe a image for him Controlling everything?? I'm sure he has something to do with Porsche. Why he is acting the way he is with Porsche when he never done it before?? Maybe he is the one that killed his parents?? Or maybe his parents was working for Korn, and they died while working?? Maybe that's why he is so trusting of Porsche, bc he knew him since he was a child? Or he trust him bc of his parents??
(sorry it was quite long, but I have many things to say after this episode, hope you don't mind!!! If you do tell me, I making it shorter next time!! 😊)
Have a good day darling!!!!
Hi! my darling!!! first at all I love your long anons so don't worry about it!! 💗💗 it's so fun to read your comments and thoughts about the series!!
So now!!! SCREAM TOGETHER ABOUT EPISODE 5!!!! 🤩🤩 So Kim, he really thinks he is being subtle about all his investigation with Chay lol honey you are not, he is lucky Chay is his fan and oblivious but, yeah Kim is going to have a hard trying not to fall for Chay because he is so precious.
Chay and Porsche 🥺🥺🥺 my heart, they are so sweet and cute!! Porsche loves Chay so much and viceversa! I can't! If something happen to Chay I'll be 🔪🔪🔪
Now Vegas, where can I start with him? he's wow but also 👀👀 because we know he is plotting something to defeat the major family but I can't stop looking at him, I'm the meme of 'I'm looking respectfully' hahaha 🥵🥵 (Also I know something that's gonna happen but I won't spoil you jijiji)
Ok KINN AND PORSCHE OMG!! the bed scene, Kinn knows he did it wrong and he is trying to kind of apologise but he is so bad at it!! (you dummy) and Porsche is so confused, I think it is because he didn't expect to feel what he felt!! 🥺 Then the way they tried to be professional and Kinn being scold by his father don't help their situation so a mess! But they can't resist each other, when Kinn was 'I don't care what you do' and then at night he was waiting for Porsche!!!! (I wanted to scream 😩) And the parallels of them trying to hook up with other people but they can't! AAAAAAAAA They are ruined for other people right? 🤭🤭 My poor loves!!!! 🥺 Also they are so stubborn!!
Thanks god for Pete!!! Telling Kinn that Porsche seems strong but inside he is a sensible person!!! You Go Pete King!!!!!!! 👑👑 also Kinn trying to control his temper was so funny!!! at least he is trying lol
Apo and Mile (Porsche and Kinn) are such a good actors 🥰🥰🥰 they are doing such a good job with their characters!! standing ovation really! Love them 💕💕
YES THEY ARE HANDCUFFED TOGETHER! I can't say more but next episode is 😍😍😍😍😭😭😭😭
About the mole, I'm sure Vegas has something to do in there but I don't know who can be, I'm like you here. I really think Big has a crush on Kinn hsjsjjss so that's why he hates Porsche so much lmao
Korn is really an enigma right? He has everything calculated but I think he didn't expect to Kinn being so affected for Porsche! I feel bad for Kinn because he wants to be a good son and good for his family but he deserves happiness too 😭😭
Look how long this answer is hdhsjjss ohhh an important thing, when you finish the 6th episode you have to go to YouTube and watch KinnPorsche Side episode!! It's important for the plot but I think they have to do it like that because episode 7 has a lot of things! The side episode it's only like 8 minutes but what 8 minutes 🤭🤭🤭
Anyway see you soon!! I'm having a lovely day thank you!! Hope you are the same!!! 💗💗💗😘😘😘

Ep 10 plot holes, general doubts and notes off the top of my head after first viewing
-why did Kinn let Porsche go? He could have told him then and there that he believed him. Vegas had presumably left already. He could have even told him to go back to the cell to try to keep fooling Tawan
-Other people commented this even before 10 aired: htf do you plug in a USB you know comes from a suspicious source in a network computer?
-Did they not put extra security on Tawan? Even if Ken was helping him, it should have been more of a struggle for him to escape
-Both the first and second family should rehaul their security. You let a masked guy in your complex, let him go to the restroom(nobody told him where it was, how was he supposed to know?) unaccompanied, forget about him or assume he's taking a foot-long shit...
-They missed the opportunity to call that folder "Pr0n" or "evil deeds"
-Why did Vegas just not shoot Tawan the moment he arrived as if he had been trying to rescue Porsche? (Esp since later Kan later tries to play it off as Vegas double crossing people for the family) Had he already decided to get rid of Porsche?
-Center mass, blah blah blah, reserve one for the head ffs, this worm has already survived once
-What is it with everybody playing meat shield? Tawan wasn't even that far, if Big was going to get shot anyway he might as well have tried to tackle him. Instead he was a dead weight on top of Porsche. Also Tawan at that point was just hitting Big on purpose since he was at close range, had extra bullets for Porsche, and the bomb if everything else failed.
-And why was Tawan wearing a vest but not anybody else? Fucking Kim with his edgy bad boy black tank top.
-This is just a personal thing, but they better come out later saying that Big was badly injured, needed extensive pt and they thought he may not work again. They left the possibility open and they better take it. He was a fucking jerk but also a loyal, earnest idiot and I've adopted him. And get him a boyfriend or a support group.
-What about Chay now? He was already kidnapped once. Are they presuming he'll be safe from now on? When the second family knows where he is? Did they put protection on him? Did he talk to Kim or know he'd been there to rescue him at all?
-Who knows about Kim and Chay now? Does Porsche know who that other guy who arrived with Big was? Did Kim and Kinn have a conversation about why and how Kim knew Chay had been kidnapped?
- Re:the message about Chay's whereabouts, wasn't that phone in the house the whole time? Did Kim read it or not? If so, was he getting reinforcements and is that why Porsche arrived first?
-Were any of the goons in the warehouse second family bodyguards? If so, how does the second family justify them being there? Do they play dumb?
-Vegas villain-monologued in front of Porsche. He was there when Kim and big arrived, pointing a gun at Porsche and having shot Tawan(bullets and bullet casings, witnesses inc the yakuza if they want to try that avenue), Tawan villain-monologued in front of everybody. Pete supposedly sent evidence to Kinn. How is all that ignored? (probably Korn playing the long game again but really, now)
-Missed opportunity to make Vegas more of a sympathetic antagonist imo. He could have said something in the vein of "they never considered us family or equals" or talked about how everybody always puts Kinn on a pedestal. There is a difference between coming from a place of pain or a place of derision when it comes to hate. It could have confirmed that he mixes truth with lies when manipulating.
-Poor Tankhun. I loved how his scene fleshed him out even more, showing he is definitely not faking trauma, but hated that he had to go through it.
-Kinn and Porsche sweeping things under the rug and magically solving issues once again, and now we have 4 episodes left with no falling-out to justify the "I'm on your side" (never trust a thai bl trailer)
-It's one thing for Kinn not to remember Pete. But everybody else? Including his roomie Porsche who last time he saw Pete was in a fight with him? (I get since he went undercover they may have told everybody else he was on vacation)
-We are probably getting a VegasPete-centric episode, which checks out with how much they have to cover, congrats to all of us
I welcome comments and speculation

Hello :) Kinnporche-anon again !
So I just finished episode 9 and i have so mnay emotions :((((
Well first off, I loved seeing them learning how to be a couple together, they were so adorable omg, with their first dates, and Porsche being so nervous about the novelty of it all and Kinn learning to open again aaawww...And they did an underwater kiss??? The Evak vibes of it all, all gay couples should have an underwater kiss, let's make it a rule ^^ But yeah I really love how their relationship has so much range. They can go from being the cutest goofy couple to be so beautifully tragic, and through that having incredible chemistry! Also I remain on my Porsche-is-meant-to-be-a-mafia-lord agenda, like the way he immediately sees he is at advantage and plays on it during a conversation, even when the person in front of him tries to intimidate him, for exemple when Kinn is jealous in episode 7? And how he manages to command so easily and with so much confidence Kinn, aka the Big Mafia Boss so used to being the one in charge? Sure, the fact that Kinn is super whipped kind of play into that, but I'm pretty sure Porsche could make anyone whipped for him if he wanted to so ^^ (altho i guess the fact that he can't lie to save his life could be disavantage but we'll see if he gets better)
So yeah I loved see their honeymoon phase and I knew it would not last so of course Kinn's dumb ex had to come back >:( He just framed Porsche who, tbf, made it very easy but well I can't blame him poor sweety is just in his first relationship he does not know how to handle jealousy I get that, and again very mafia-vibes to immediately jump on the spying-the-ennemi tactic ;) But i'm 100 pourcent (99 pourcent?) sure that Kinn does not actually believe Porsche betrayed him but had to act like that to save his face as the Big Leader, like he did after Porsche got drugged and Kinn punished him? Also very curious about what Vegas's attentions really are, bc he SEEMS to be sincere with his feelings for Porsche but also is very creepy and defintely sus...Kind of like Kim with Porschay altho in this situation, the fact that he truly is charmed by him is made more evident, and their first kiss was so cute but if he hurt baby chay I swear X((((
Anyway that was my rant, hope you had a good day :)
YAYYYYY KP ANONNNNNNNNNN
Oh god yes. The end of ep 9. Porsche's heartbroken 'ai Kinn' repeated over and over. It ruined my life but I also loved it so much because GIVE ME ANGST. Also I was exactly like you in terms of speculating that Kinn was just putting on a show. And I'm guessing by now you know we were correct in that assesment. Still, dumbass screwed up on not telling Porsche from the beginning. Sigh.
Them learning to be a couple and us getting to SEE them be a couple is the absolute best thing. I loved so much that the show allowed them that time. We got to actually see them as giddy boyfriends. Also yes, the gays own the underwater kiss. I don't make the rules. Thems facts.
Your 'Porsche-is-meant-to-be-a-mafia-lord agenda' makes me so happy by the way. I love your assessment and I can't wait for you to see the rest of the season and see how that plays out. Porsche is no wilting flower for damn sure. But I love the back and forth with he and Kinn. Because the love between them makes them both so damn vulnerable and neither of them are used to that. So allowing one another to see that vulnerability and trusting in one another enough to be all in when it comes to their relationship is honestly pretty beautiful. And it's very well demonstrated in scenes like the end of ep 7 (my all time fave scene btw - it just doesn't get better than that mix of love/lust/angst). And p.s. I love seeing big mafia Kinn, as you say, be so totally soft for Porsche. "Whipped" doesn't even cover it lol.
So I will be interested to hear what you think of Tawan (aside from the obvious hate because honestly I wanted to smack the shit out of him from the second he appeared on screen) and that arc. It is one place in the show where I think a lot of potential was lost due to the introduction of other storylines and more rushed pacing. But there's some satisfying stuff for sure (badass Kim!!!!). And oh god... baby Chay. Yes. Must PROTECT!
As always your rant makes my life so thank you so very much!

Hello, Kinnporsche anon here!! Hope you're doing OK Darling!!
I just finished episode 12 and omg, how are we supposed to wait a while week for the next episode?? I'm a on edge really!!
Kimchay is really hurting omg. Poor Chay, he looks so sad during the whole episode. I can't deal with it. He doesn't deserve this. I didn't understand why he threw out his application at first, but we saw Kim goes to the same uni. I can relate to that, I wouldn't want to goes to the same uni as the man who broke my heart. He gave up on his dreams bc of that, like it's not fair. Him dying his hair after his heartbreak is so relatable. And Kim, how your friend knows about the tutor situation? Did he talk about Chay?? I want to believe it 😭 he seems worried about Chay when he learn that he didn't go to his interview?? And the scene at the bar omg!!! So many feelings. Chay didn't look at himself, he want to put on facade kind off? He seems so sad. I was hurting for him. Idk something feels off with Chay, poor thing. I was so scared for him, like he could have been really hurt or in bad condition!! But Kim came to save him omg. The way he handle the situation??? (Jeff is so hot, I can't.). He is the most powerful brother, like he just put everyone in place by throwing one punch and pointing someone with this finger??? He is?????? (I had the tik tok sound '' sit back down. I'm sat in my mind when I saw this scene). Kim seems so angry at what Chay did, he was ready to murder someone. This scene just prove that Kim cares a little bit (a lot) about Chay. He is going to have to face his feeling and apologize to Chay!! I need my baby happy.
Can we talk about Porsche and Chay this episode?? Truly siblings goal. They care so much for each other!!! Porsche went to Chay first day with him. So cute. He was so happy that his brother go to uni, it's so refreshing to see. And at their house, When Chay said that he want his brother happy. It's so refreshing to see such a loving brother relationship, they are not unashamed for their love for each other!! (Chay please, talk to your brother about your heartbreak, he will be there for you)
Now Kinn and Porsche. What can I say appart from the fact they are so in love???? Really??? It too much to handle. It was so funny seeing Porsche and Arm having secret code. Arm is the number one fan in the Kinnporsche fanclub! (I mean, it could be have cute to have Pete in these kind of scene).
I cannot believe that they communicate with each other??? The scene after Porsche learn one part of the truth was so beautiful. They talk about their problems, it's so satisfying to see!! And Kinn, love you are the ideal boyfriend. He apologized for his mistake and explain the situation. He didn't try to make excuse. He took his responsibility. He seems genuinely sorry and hurt about what he cause to Porsche (I don' t know you notice but Kinn was shaking his head to say no when Porsche was talking, I love this small detail omg). He was listening to him and didn't not invalidate his feelings!!!!! They are such a good relationship. Other should take note
Then they want to confront Khorn. Kinn was by Porsche side, confront his father and said he went too far!!! What a evolution omg. He is not on his father side anymore,m. It think it a important thing to remember when we are going to have the big battle. Like it would be so good to have Kinn says no and do what he think is besg to his father when he tell him to do something omg!! This will show that he is not the heir anymore but the leader!!! I found Khorn very sus, I didn't believe him one second, it was too easy for an explanation (and I was right!!), what he is hiding??? I want to know (please Kim, stop being in your feeling for only one second and found out us. You can go back to Chay after that).
The scene at Porsche house was too cute. First we have the conversation between Chay and Porsche. The we have Kinn saying that Chay's life is as important as Porsche's life. He is telling Porsche that he cares about his brother and will do everything for him, like the most important person in Porsche life, the one he loves the most and is ready to give up everything just to make him happy and to realize his dream??? Then Kinn say that where Porsche is, is where his happiness is??? If it's not the most beautiful love declaration from Kinn I don't what it's. I saw people saying that Kinn still hasn't say love you to Porsche. But he has, so many time. He doesn't have to say the word to say I love you he is showing Porsche that he loves him and will do everything for him since the last two episode!!! (since episode 6 in my opinion). Porsche is it for Kinn. And Tay conversation with Porsche prove that too!!! (but first I need to say, I need more Tay in my life, second Time you are a dead man for hurting Tay). It was such a good conversation, Tay is basically saying that Kinn is so much in love with you, he will do anything, that Porsche is it for him!! (also I need to know why they trust Kinn and Time in the kitchen?? Like we can see from 10 miles away that they are not great in the kitchen)
Then Khorn make a come-back. I wonder why he does all of this??? I am sure that he feel some kind of guiltyness from what happened, but it's why he does all of it??? What does he have in his mind?? I really hope we learn his master plan really, I sure it's so complicated and interesting!! (I know for a fact when we learn it, Kinn is not going to be in his father side hehe)
Really Kinnporsche make my heart melt during this episode. The '' your parent would be proud. I am proud of you '' and Porsche breaking down in Kinn arm make me cry a little. This was exactly what need to happen!! Then we Kinn make them start over (sorry but Kinn looking really hurt about how things went down!!!!!!), it was so cute!! And what Porsche say omg. He says that he love Kinn, but most importantly that he knows Kinn love him!! He doesn't have to say the word for Porsche to know!!!!!
So we finished the episode with the uncle coming back. Now, I have a lot question. First, why did he come back now???? How did he know to talk about the major family and the car accident??? Who tell him do come back to Porsche??? The mean guy in the beginning??? Khorn???? Like give me answer now!!! I really hope Porsche goes talk to Kinn about this, and not accepting his uncle offer bc who know if he is going to tell him the truth!!! If he doesn't go to Kinn, we all know this is going to end up in another miscommunication situation, and I don't want the angst. I hate being left with this kind of cliffhanger omg!!!
Now, what we all wanting for. VEGASPETE!!!! LIKE HELLO???? I AM SCREAMING?????? I cannot believe wele had only two scene with them. I need more. I need one entire episode, no one season, no one saga from them. Like Build and Bible did such a good job portraying these characters?? They are so good omg. And for the scene they did, I gave them all the awards of the world.
I love how Pete is becoming more comfortable with Vegas. He was making sarcasm with him. And then, he was exposing Vegas like a true king. This scene was important, we learn more from Vegas?? Like, he really associated being sensitive with being weak. For him, showing emotion is not something you do without being weak. And he think love is not something for him (I hope he is ready to be submerge with Pete love). Then his little buddy d!ed, seeing him so sad and vulnerable make my heart Ache. He is trying, once again, to please his dad with the hedgehog, which is only a set up to make him fail (his dad deserve to suffer a lot).
He let a chance for Pete to escape ( I wonder why?? Maybe he doesn't want Pete to see him sad and vulnerable? That would make sense since he doesn't want see as weak. Or maybe a other things??). But Pete doesn't. He goes to Vegas to be by his side!!! Vegas look actually surpise to see Pete by side, like he fully expect Pete to leave him, like everyone else, but not he stay!!! Then in the bedroom, Vegas being open to Pete was so beautiful to see.
THEN WE HAVE THE FAMOUS MOMENT BETWEEN THEM OMG. Like Vegas asking consent (king)!!! Pete caving in!!!! Their kiss was so perfect, the way they smile at each other after it omg!!! I can't believe Pete got his a$$ ate. That what he deserve. Then we have THE Scene. Pete giving the rope to Vegas is such a good imagery. All the scene we saw of them since the capture, Pete was tied up by Vegas. He didn't have a choice, he was restrained, he couldn't do anything, he was obligated to stay there. Then, in a moment of intimacy, where he is free, he is asking Vegas to tied him up. He is choosing to be restraint. He is choosing to not be able to do anything. He is choosing to be with Vegas. (also, the amount of trust you need to do these kind of scene is insane!!! Bible a'd Build are amazing actor).
I cannot wait to next week really!!! So many thing to unpack!!! I wonder if Vegas is going to rebel against his father next episode or if we are going to have to wait for the last episode (I cannot believe only two episodes left, I wanna cry)
Oh you received your ali stuff??? Did you like it?? It's as cute as the picture you shown me?? 🤗
Oh yeah, you have to come back and climb the stair!!! The view is so beautiful from up there!!!
And your pc is homophobic for not letting you do giftset!!!
So, I will see you soon, I can't wait to read your reaction!!! 🥰 Bye bye!!
Hi darling! I'm sorry for being so late!!! I'm still feeling a little bit off but better than yesterday! Hope tomorrow I'll be fine!! I need all my strength for KinnPorsche's day!! 😍
So KimChay!! omg poor Chay, he really is heartbroken!! my baby!! I yelled when he trowed the uni papers!! I was 'NOOOOO don't do it. It's only a guy. I didn't think about the possibility that Kim was in the same uni because I forgot they are supposed to be students lol but you are right!! that's the reason! also dying his hair! we all have been there not only for a breakout haha relatable. Now Kim, darling, you still care about lovely Chay!!! I was so relieved when Kim appeared at the bar but then they fought again!! Nooo!! I understand Chay because Kim broke his heart and still trying to be around so that's why he was mad but Kim cares about him!! He tried to protect him! I don't think this season we will have a happy ending for these two 😭
Now Kinn and Porsche!! please they need to stop being so f*cking cute!! I can't with all the cuteness haha no but really they are so precious!!! Porsche being jealous is so funny to me lmao Arm what a king!! he really put a thing to spy on his boss for his bestie because that bestie is his boss' boyfriend hahaha love it!! I love the way they communicate now!! they really grow!! like if we compare it with the first episodes and now!! wow!! amazing!! the way Kinn was behind Porsche when he confronts his father!! that was so big for him!! and as you said about the 'I love you' thing, Kinn is demonstrating it with acts!! the conversation with Chay!! Knowing Chay is a big part of Porsche and he accepts him because he loves him!! my heart!! also, Kinn being domestic!! it's adorable!! he only wants to take care of his baby and cook some noodles and cuddle until sleeps!! leave him be!! hahaha also Tay, my darling, leave Time I'll take care of you!! haha, Time doesn't deserve his boyfriend!!
Khorn giving Porsche that pic knowing it's not totally the truth!! what a b*tch!! he really is so suspicious!! I was so happy when Porsche didn't kill that guy!! he's better than that!! also the way Kinn and Porsche hugged after that scene!!! 🥰️ they really support each other and their decisions!!! the meeting all over again was so precious!!! I loved that scene!! and how Porsche knows Kinn loves him!!! 💓💓💓 I really hope nothing bad happens to them in these two episodes left but who knows!!!??? I'm scared something could happen!! because the uncle hasn't returned to be a good guy!! so the uncle knew about Khorn all the time?? I have so many doubts!! I really hope Porsche and Kinn will communicate on this too!!
OKAY VEGASPETE!!!! their scenes!! omg their scenes!! I really need a whole season only about them! I can't with only a few scenes now!! I need more!! The way Pete is breaking Vegas's walls. I think he's trying to understand Vegas's character a little more! Pete is smart and he knows all the facades really hide something more so he's trying with all the questions and sarcasm!! and he is doing some progress!! Vegas opened up with him (okay maybe the death of his pet was the reason too) but Pete was there!! I was expecting him to stay but he really is too good and can't see other people suffering and leave them alone!! that was a crucial moment!!
Then we have THE SCENE!!! I was shocked because I was ready for this but I'm not complaining lol wow it was so good!! Pete giving Vegas the kiss! so he initiates the intimacy!! that was excellent!! consent is important!! yes!! The way Pete trusts him to be at his mercy!! He didn't hesitate!! he was ready for Vegas and the rope!! my mind really exploded at that moment!! also, Vegas using protection!! yes, king!! and well the 🍑🍑🍑 eating!! 10/10 hahaha Build and Bible did such a good job!! I love them!!
Tomorrow is the next episode and still not prepared because I'm still living in episode 12!! how do we only have two episodes left??? I can't believe it!! it seems is confirmed season two but how am I supposed to wait??? hahaha I love being dramatic hahaha
So this is all for now, it's not long as always but I tried my best!! I'm going to rest again!! hopefully, the cough is gone by tomorrow!! Hope you are having a lovely day!! See you soon, darling!! 💜💜
