How did you find your style? Im still trying to bring my mc to life and im still struggling with the process :( I feel so weak. Im trying to spot the mistakes but im repeating them T.T Pray for me plz

Try something new until you find it! works for me, and in my opinion, art style can be changed based on the fandom you are in.

This is what I drew in 2011, the beginning of my digital art, (I still do not have a digital pen, or tablet drawing at that time so I have to draw with a regular mouse)

As you see, the big anime eyes, the art style was based on an old anime I watched back then. (such a sailor moon, magical girl, Conan, sugar sugar Rune can't remember this one but the mc is only 11 bruh)

Okay but move to the next era of my art style, it's my kpop stan era (2014-2018), my art improved a lot because I have the motivation for those boy groups, I want the best for them, and they're the reason I started drawing men. (they are everything to me back then, I'm so cringe, I turned my bedroom into a little museum of them +i still have a pic lmao💀)

Okay next is my Jojo era (2018-now), I love what Jojo did to me, it turns me 100998% gay I draw nothing but gay men (my blonde men obsessed started from this era, DAMN YOU DIO AND GIORNO), and enjoying it, helps me improve my anatomy a lot. trust me Jojo really turns people gay and quite muscular.

And it turned to looks more western(?) artstyle when I started playing DnD and the franchises game such a The Elder Scrolls, Dragon Age, Fallout, Baldur's gate, Assassin's creed and the Witcher in 2019, with all the materials they had, it made me draw JAWLINE. a lot of jawlines.

I want you to know that Artstyle is very unstable it can change over and over , even you didn't notice— like literally just look at Agatha LMAO it's only 4-5 months apart.

So please don't give up! I'm sure you'll find yours soon!✨💖 it's about times, practice and patient.

आप अगर मेडिकल लाइन में अपना करियर बनाना चाहते हैं तो आपके लिए बेहतरीन मौका है। नेशनल सेंटर फॉर अंटार्कटिक एंड ओसियन रिसर्च (NCAOR), गोवा ने अंटार्टिका में अपने रिसर्च बेसेस के लिए मेडिकल आॅफिसर के पदों पर भर्ती निकाली है। इसके तहत Medcial Officer के 5 पदों पर भर्ती की जाएगी। मेडिकल आॅफिसर के पद पर कोई सर्जन/फिजिशन आवेदन कर सकते है। ध्यान रहे यह भर्ती संविदा के अधीन की जा रही है और मेडिकल आॅफिसर को केवल 14 माह के लिए नियुक्त किया जाएगा। यह भर्ती वॉक-इन-इंटरव्यू के द्वारा की जाएगी। इच्छुुक और योग्य उम्मीदवार अगले माह 4 जुलाई को होने वाले इंटरव्यू में शामिल हो सकते हैं।

मेडिकल आॅफिसर के लिए शैक्षणिक योग्यता और अनुभव — मेडिकल आॅफिसर के पद के लिए आवेदन करने वाला उम्मीदवार किसी मान्यता प्राप्त यूनिवर्सिटी से M.B.B.S. की डिग्री ले रखा हो। साथ ही उसे दो साल का किसी क्लिनिक पर काम करने का अनुभव हो। — MD/MS/DNB में पोस्ट ग्रेजुएशन करने वाले कैंडिडेट्स को इस भर्ती में वरीयता दी जाएगी।

कॉन्ट्रेक्ट पीरियड के दौरान मिलने वाला वेतनमान — MBBS की डिग्रीधारी और चार साल का एक्सपीरियंस रखने वाले कैंडिडेट को 100998 रुपए प्रतिमाह वेतन दिया जाएगा। इसके अलावा पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट क्वालीफाई बंदे को 117831 रुपए प्रतिमाह सैलेरी दी जाएगी। — कॉन्ट्रेक्ट पीरियड 14 माह का होगा और यह इस साल अक्टूबर-नवंबर माह से शुरू हो जाएगा। कॉन्ट्रेक्ट पीरियड का टाइम आवश्यकतानुसार बढ़ाया भी जा सकता है। साथ ही यदि अभ्यर्थी का कार्य संतोषजनक नहीं रहने की स्थिति में उसे बीच में टर्मिनेट भी किया जा सकता।

वॉक-इन-इंटरव्यू में जाते वक्त ध्यान रखें ये महत्वपूर्ण बातें — वॉक-इन-इंटरव्यू में जाने से पहले अभ्यर्थी अपना मेडिकल फिटनेस सर्टिफिकेट साथ ले जाना न भूले। — हाल ही में व्हाइट बैकग्राउंड पर खिंचवाई गई दो फोटो साथ ले जाएं। — यदि अभ्यर्थी के पास पर्सनल पासपोर्ट की कॉपी है तो उसे भी साथ में ले जाएं।

कैसे करें आवेदन: अभ्यर्थी NCAOR की आॅफिशियल वेबसाइट www.ncaor.gov.in से एप्लिकेशन फॉर्म डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं। इसे निर्धारित प्रारूप में भरकर साथ में क्वालिफाई सर्टिफिकेट्स की कॉपी लेकर 4 जुलाई, 2018 को वॉक-इन-इंटरव्यू में शामिल हो सकते हैं।
