I have a big problem with ot7 army’s who act very very weird towards jimin and jungkook specifically when it’s both of them involved in something and I think it’s quite a problem too. Ot7 army’s insinuate anything to do with Jikook as shipping and it’s lowkey an insulting way to think because can’t you see their friendship outside of a sexual and romantic relationship, yk the funny thing about that is they ‘hate’ shipping the boys but they can’t see jimin and jungkook as just friends. It’s always about a ship with them and they can never let anyone enjoy the moment.

What triggered this thought was the response to this tweet where the interviewer asked a question where he mentions jimin and the response was so wholly negative and I get that he didn’t ask the best questions but if it was namjoon mentioned for example or maybe even taehyung I know and believe the response probably would’ve been entirely different. And adding onto that when the GMA host asked about jimin they were mad again? But like what do you honestly expect jimin was also in the country with jungkook so they’re gonna ask about the member he’s with. What really annoyed me was that I and the rest of the fandom were mad for different reasons I was annoyed because she outed that jimin was there and it wasn’t common knowledge but the rest were mad just simply because of the mentioning of his name….

I’ve seen it’s such a widespread thing amont majority of the fandom to diminish or ignore jimin and jungkooks bond or what they obviously have. I saw a popular tweet saying jimin could pull namjoon and I honestly believe that and the comments agreed and mentioned yoongi and taehyung a lot but not once jungkook… i questioned whether we’re seeing the same content because not one mention of jungkook THAT MAN IS WHIPPED for jimin😭it’s not even that big of a deal but it is since it’s such a popular thing. And also jimin went to nyc to support jungkook no army talked about it only jkkrs.

Sorry I’m just gonna have a rant about some other thing’s because this feels like a safe space.

I also wanted to talk about the lack of action against tkkrs especially by ot7 army’s. And I have watched this from once again a neutral point of view as someone who doesn’t indulge in shipping. Tkkrs legitimately run the fandom they make up at most 50% of it too. So wherever you go you will see atleast one taekooker and by now I would’ve thought they would decrease in numbers but they haven’t and they’re running wild. The YouTube videos they made of jimin, the tiktoks spreading mistranslations, the SA tweets they make about him and just all the verbal harassment as well as defamation. And when I see these things happen it’s a big big deal but it’s never talked about and the one time they did which was that one twitter space where this old lady was talking none of the accounts got banned 💀 and I had reported them each 20 times. They also had posts accusing jimin of harassing jungkook which are reportable but the account managed to stay up even after it got more than 1mil views on their hate tweet?. I don’t how the account still being up can be explained other than by the fact that barely anybody didn’t anything. And the grouping they do is outrageous

I get that some/quite a big of jikookers are bad but they have never done what tkkrs do and continue to do. They use it as deflection they say “all shippers” and never explicitly mention that literal cult.

And I used to follow this one army who had been exposed for being a jimin anti and friends with vile taekookers mind you they had 20k followers. This person liked tweets by vile jimin anti (not the anti ones themselves) and was in a gc with taekookers who while she was in there shat on Jimins name and hated him. And yet no ot7 army called them out only pjms and jikookers. They still have an extremely large following. As well people jumped to their defence even when they themselves had none??? But then I saw them giving hate too a jimin bias army who by the way had never been an anti but just didn’t post about other members as much. The energy is always directed in the wrong directions and I think it’s purposeful.

1. I'm an OT7 army and while there are quite a few of us doing what we can about tkkrs. The point is valid

So Quackity announces he’s adding live translation ai (exact same thing Dream just announced yesterday) to the qsmp saying it’s the first multilingual server with that mod which prompted a copypasta that’s like “I’m stating the [blank]SMP, the very first multilingual smp to have live translation AI” that even George and sapnap and some Spanish ccs were getting in on. The clowning is because dream announced an smp with this mod just yesterday and so q’s announcement (without any acknowledgment of Dream whatsoever) felt a bit weird

So thennn George went live on HIS new smp called the slutsmp (💀) which was basically a crack server where they goofed around and made slight digs at various controversies and QSMP. That server included a lot of dsmp members (+ sylvee) because George pinged that discord to get people online. The stream was really vibey and fun I highly recommend it for early dsmp vibes

AND THEN Ranboo made a tumblr post praising and congratulating quakcity for his stuff he’s been doing recently, which angered a lot of dtblr bc Dream has been doing those same things quackity has, and yet not a peep from Ranboo about how awesome and cool dream is.

And so the tags of ranboos post had a lot of hate and death threats from dtblr (not pog it just makes us look bad) and some big twitter boober put it on twitter and it got a lot of attention, and so Dream told his fans off for sending hate on his behalf on his priv

And me personally, I was mad because that boober is the same asshole who told all their 20k followers to harass techno in 2021 which lead to him being bullied off the platform so I kinda hope they explode but that’s unrelated to everything else.

I think vegas pete will remain a mystery to me. The popularity I mean. I saw 1 picture of them today with more than 20 000 likes on twitter. 20.000 likes. How ? For 4 episodes. Is it what peoples call pretty privilege ? Lol the ship is carried by bible. He is hot and the rest is history. Played by another actor, not as attractive, I'm sure it wouldn't have been the same.

They made them so dramatic in the last two ep it made them laughable to me. All the screams, the cries, the i love you, the pet and owner talk beside the pool at the end of the episode please 💀 their story didn't felt earned I'm sorry. Despite of the screentime they took from the main story for the last episodes may I add. 😇

I don't understand the popularity either, because the ship does not live up to the hype by any means. They get likes and whatnot, but it's all smoke and mirrors. The reason I say that is because you could see a single tweet with 20k likes for them, but the ship's hashtag barely even reaches half of the tweets for the show's hashtag in regards to the Twitter trends. Yesterday is a perfect example of this. By the end of the episode, the ship's hashtag pulled in over 80k tweets but the show's hashtag pulled in over 1 million tweets. That's not even a third of the show's hashtag numbers, which means the majority of the people who were using the show's hashtag to tweet about the show weren't using the ship's hashtag.

The ship's hashtag finally broke 100k tweets today. It took all night and some of the morning for it to finally get to 100k tweets for a show that easily pulls in 1 million tweets within an hour of the episode airing. That's why when I see stuff like that, it doesn't really make me think it's more popular than it actually is. It's just smoke and mirrors; it's an illusion. When you really look at the numbers, it's not as popular as you might think. I've never seen the ship's hashtag even break 500k tweets. Never. And yes, I do pay attention to the Twitter trends because that's just what I do.

Bible is attractive, but him being attractive couldn't save this ship. It couldn't give us chemistry and that's the saddest part about all of this. He's so pretty, but it wasn't enough to give us heat and lust. What a waste. Also, watching Pete give that pathetic speech made me lose my lunch. If you're into pet play, that's fine. But using that to bring someone out of grief and despair because their father just died is probably not the right idea. Pete thought the power of pet play would be the right method to bring Vegas out of despair, and I will never forgive the writers for that. I had so much secondhand embarrassment over that. I almost died from it!

This exposes me as such a millennial using Harry Potter houses but i believe that most Niall stans fundamentally misunderstand him because they think he’s a Hufflepuff when is actually a Slytherin (and not in a negative way)

Like he is SUPER ambitious. I’ve thought this before when I saw people discussing 1D solo careers and saw lots of people saying that they think Niall is content with having a middle of the road sort of career where he’s not a Superstar but his music sells moderately well and he’s played in Stores etc and has some moderate radio hits.

That’s absolutely incorrect from what he’s said himself, like he said on X Factor he wants to be the next Justin Bieber and sell out Arenas and that hasn’t changed one bit. His Flicker World Tour didn’t do that well (the last 3 shows didn’t even have 50% attendance) and he still for some reason thought it was a good idea to make the tour for his second album an arena tour with 15-20k capacity venues on average and it wasn’t selling AT ALL (Disclaimer: I’m just linking these tweets for the Screenshots, I don’t agree with the Harries dragging him or the Niall stans dragging Harry, I like them both), I remember how he was BEGGING people to buy tickets on twitter in late 2019 and early 2020 I think he was almost glad when he had to cancel it bc of the virus.

He doesn’t want to have a middle of the road career or moderate success, he wants to be a superstar (and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that, I like Niall!!!)

I think you’re right tbh.

But if that’s what he wants he needs to make better music 💀💀
