Absolutely incredible

What I love about the way you write Oikawa is that his character remains consistent no matter what the genre or storyline

In this fic, he was so delicious, idk how to explain it - something about a man who is just a terrible person to his core and he knows it, that's just so great. What makes it even better, I think, is that usually men would try to curb or tone down the crazy, but he doesn't have to or want to

And the reader's father deciding that he's a necessary evil is great and all, but him deciding that Oikawa is the lesser of two evils is really what gets to me - how are you looking at this man and thinking, "Yes, he'll do what I tell him because I'm paying him"?? Especially when he noticed how fond Oiks is of the reader

Tbh, the only person (besides the reader) that I really feel sorry for in this fic is her younger brother - the father dug his own grave, and I don't like the sound of the step mother, so I don't really care about either of them

Now I understand why he killed the brother, but he better hope and pray the reader never finds out (let's be real though, she probably won't, and even if she does, what can she do about it??)

It was genuinely a surprise though, like I really didn't expect him to go full ham and kill everyone, so kudos to you for making him that crazy <33

Shame that it came at the cost of Ryo’s life, but at the same time… there was never gonna be a happy ending. Her father was never going to accept Oikawa and the reader being together, Oikawa’s possessive tendencies were always going to get out of hand.

the protests of pebbles' construction and the shoreline echo saying that there were revolutions over the iterators obviously shows that their constructions were far from unanimous affairs

but it also leads me to have a personal hc/theory that the gravel eating monks were not the ones to build the iterators

i mean think about it, the ancients knew that being too attached to the mortal coil is what caused echoes, so why would the monks want to build the iterators? they already believed in that before the discovery of void fluid, nothing changed for them.

so i think the iterators came from those who didnt want to put in the effort and just wanted an easy way out

and in the end the monks were right, the iterators were pointless, the ancients ascended through the void anyway, but those who wanted to enjoy the world were left with no alternative as the surface was turned into a hellscape.

funny thing is that if they spent all the time they used to build the iterators and instead used it to detaching from reality they would probably have ascended much sooner.

ohhhh yeaaahhhh. I love how we are also made to believe from the start the world sucks and ascension is the only way. But?? Really?? That’s what the ancients believe. Moon herself confirms that the void fluid was risky apparently. So they wanted a safer easier way out. But they didn’t even wait for it. The ancients didn’t NEED the iterators to ascend they never did. The iterators were there, because they wanted a safer way without doing WORK!! Vile.

Not to mention. Not every ancient could probably afford to live on an iterator. Or wanted to abandon their home yes! And the rain made it impossible to live decently. No wonder the ones stuck on the surface have so much negative grafiti art of those funky robots. They make life hell! Imagine eventually the rain doubling with Pebbles! SHEESH

Also I bet they were mainly the work force who were given all the jobs those above the cloud layer didn’t.. want to do lmao.

Ted Lasso review

did not know anything about it, saw it on my dash and oh boy i am so glad i watched it

Captivation: 9/10. It did a very good job at keeping me invested, especially as the show progressed.

Characters: 10/10. I loved the characters so much, oh god, I can't even describe it. I changed this position to characters because I feel like blorbo is not the right word in this case. Every single character had a place in the story, a wonderful growth thorough the story. Most importantly, the character growth was not done individually, but they all worked together somehow, making it so good and marvelous. Literally every single character. No one had a two dimensional role, no one was there to be a part of a trope that had to be done, these characters were amazingly written and man I am in love.

Visuals: 10/10. Listen, it's not an art film, but the scenes were cleverly shot and overall pleasing to look at. The little things make it worth it, how the frames were chosen, how characters came into our view, and it felt really well thought out and well done. Mwuah.

Soundtrack: 10/10. Oh, it was delightful! Not only was music used just as a background mood setter, but also intertwined into the story, and boy it was good music.

Humor: 10/10. Really vibed with the jokes and humor in this one, and it was all fun.

Plot: 10/10. I don't think I can summarize the plot, but it was there, and it was well thought out, and it was character-driven, but it also drove the characters, so um, did I mention it was great? Loved how they did not do expected tropes, how they stayed true to the characters and did everyone a great justice. Also loved how romance was not pushed as the major driving factor in the series, it was unnecessary, and it simply wasn't there.

Message: 10/10. There was so much in this show. It covered so many important things. But overall, the main point was even spelled out for us - to believe. To believe in kindness, hope, change, all the good things that one must believe in in order to keep on living. I don't want to sound sappy, but it really did show a great deal on why one should believe in good things, and that honestly melted my cynical heart a bit.

Overall score: 9,9

This is the highest score I've ever rated a show with, and I honestly recommend everyone to watch this show about football, even though you know nothing about football (I did not). It's all 3 glorious seasons that do not seem like enough. I still don't know anything about football, but I sure had a great time.

but this is actually perfect bc i was thinking of adding this for you so you sending an ask is literally ideal. this is usually how i make the wireframe for complicated poses to make sure that proportions are accurate! it's a great practice to do tracing, then looking at reference pictures, and then just trying to build a pose by yourself. it really helped me a lot w foreshortening and anatomy

and realism is a great skill, it's incredibly impressive bby. i knowww realism takes a shit ton of study and practice. if you ever wanna talk art you're more than welcome to hop into dms as well <333 or just talk in asks ofc mwUAH mwuah mwuah
