the protests of pebbles' construction and the shoreline echo saying that there were revolutions over the iterators obviously shows that their constructions were far from unanimous affairs

but it also leads me to have a personal hc/theory that the gravel eating monks were not the ones to build the iterators

i mean think about it, the ancients knew that being too attached to the mortal coil is what caused echoes, so why would the monks want to build the iterators? they already believed in that before the discovery of void fluid, nothing changed for them.

so i think the iterators came from those who didnt want to put in the effort and just wanted an easy way out

and in the end the monks were right, the iterators were pointless, the ancients ascended through the void anyway, but those who wanted to enjoy the world were left with no alternative as the surface was turned into a hellscape.

funny thing is that if they spent all the time they used to build the iterators and instead used it to detaching from reality they would probably have ascended much sooner.

Honestly, I’m such a pathetic excuse for a vegan. Every Christmas season, when everything is cheap and in bulk, I buy Pavs, chrissy cookies, ice cream, discounted milk chocolates anything go make me feel better after such a horrible, wasted year. On new years I sit back and look at myself pigging out on all this junk I swore the year before I wouldn’t eat and say “Next year” but I keep doing it, again and again.

I want to be vegan, i don’t want to eat this horrible junk, not after I’ve seen what happens so they can get it. I know its bad for my body, I know everyone I know says I shouldn’t but I cant help myself. Pathetic.
