I am very glad to know a bunch of people my age or younger for many reasons

however. the fact that I was both expected to fend for myself in profound ways from a young age AND not properly taught how to do so is making things pretty difficult, especially considering I can count the number of people over 30 I'm comfortable being honest+vulnerable with on one hand.
