Putting out another warning for the user dreamerdollface for likely being a potential scammer for the following suspicious behavior:

Inconsistent language: they say they're a domestic abuse victim trying to escape & that they've managed to physically save up, quote, "$267", but when they're updating the post on how many donations they've received, they use pounds (£). Idk why you would start off by using one & then changing the the other. Proof below for that

Allegedly no social media presence outside of tumblr: Their paypal username that they give (@DahliaArt206) seems to suggest they are an artist, but this user has never posted any of their own art & does not give any other social media accounts where their art would be active otherwise. I've noticed this is a trend with scammers to say they are an artist, but never post any art (OR they'll post stolen art)

Evidence of possible backtracking: their blog has allegedly been up & reblogging a few things since 2021, but their reblogs don't show up in the older notes (meaning, it's likely they backtracked, since notes are not affected by backtracking & will not appear older than they actually are)

Inconsistent proof/information: The have a profile picture showing what is probably allegedly of themselves, but in the "proof" they give of their donation post is blurred, and then a face is also shown on their paypal. Why would you blur out your own face if you're cool with showing it in the other two, and you're trying to prove this is you? But even when blurred, the face looks like a white person with a completely different face than the other two, who are Asian, and ALSO look completely different from each other. The "proof" photo has a much longer, pointier nose & a longer face than the tumblr pfp, and the paypal pfp also has a longer nose than the tumblr pfp (which has a quite short nose). These literally all look like different people. Mismatching evidence is also a common tactic because its stolen from multiple sources, & so is obscuring certain photos or information to try make it look more plausible or like it adds up. (Proof below.)

Similar behavior of language/behavior as other scammers: they have a similar cadence & ways of speaking as well as the same inconsistencies of information (like with photos or information on their location/currency) as other scammers such as fairyfungirl, nevermindblog (who also was allegedly from the UK but asked for donations in American dollars), & jezzzzmm (inconsistent photos, censored some photos but not others, asked for donations in American dollars but claimed it was for a nonamerican relative). They've also been @ing many of the same users on this site to get them to reblog their posts (in particular MANY popular Black users on here, which is vile to do on BHM)& scammers usually like to continually go to the same people to get them to rb different scam posts, & I've had to warn several users of this

Two replies have already been hidden on their tumblr donation post, and replies have been turned off. This is a big red flag of scammer behavior & a very common tactic due to scammeds turning off & hiding replies as soon as someone calls them out or questions their behavior (Proof below)

I quit. Half a year too long of supporting and promoting what is clearly wrong.

TW swearing, performative activism

So. Recently I've learned quite a bit of information that I did not acknowledge until far too late into my burnout. This post is intended to sum it up, explain my choices and spread the word. I'm no longer going to be covering Royale High updates, I'm quitting the game and I am refusing to enter it even to check out anything new. The blog will be kept to archive that which was posted.

Details, distasteful language, rant and sources below.

Royale High was my childhood game. I always idolized the developers, believing that they are just like me, designing something that they love for others to enjoy. I was a young fool, unaware of what was actually happening behind the curtains on software I never touched. I liked participating in the community, I liked being helpful, I liked getting back home from school every day to play it with my friends.

That was then. And this is now.

I've dug into some areas to look for more details regarding the upcoming waves for the new school, and I've found some unsettling things on the bird app that I cannot quite get over. This includes the following: (note: this is all old. i am behind the times. however, it is still very much an issue and nothing has changed.)

Performative activism during 2022 Valentine's Event - still not settled. You may have heard what happened during 2021's event, but you may not know that multiple black creators and activists were asked for their help with the BHM stand. None of their work was accepted by nightbarbie, and a part 2 for that part of the event was cancelled with barely no communication to the team contracted for it. Sources: twitter, wayback

Over 400 people were not paid properly after making faces, clothes and hair textures for Royale High. For a game that makes thousands DAILY off of their work, they should at least return some of that money to artists who carry their success. Diamonds, badges and lofty 'exposure' does not pay the bills or fill the belly. A majority of the people who submit their work are minors, and they do not know better. They think that compensation in exposure is enough - and oftentimes, they don't even receive that. Here is a spreadsheet of all the unpaid artists.

Possibly silencing people speaking up against them on the basis of the in-game Code of Conduct!!! Despite me agreeing with safety policies to protect younger people, the way that it is worded allows the developers to ban the community for saying anything that they don't like. If anything, that should have been the biggest waving red flag for me from the very beginning.

I'm done with this fucking dev team, done with the community, done with the economy, done with everything being pushed back and back to cover ANY form of dissidence. I'm not going to handle this anymore! I quit!

As WHM (that I'm using as an extension to BHM) draws to a close, I want to take this moment to bring a special Black Woman to your attention.

Shiyiwe Mantfombi Dlamini Zulu

Queen of the Zulus (1953 - 2021)

Her Majesty Queen Dlamini was the Queen of Eswatini (formerly Swaziland 🇸🇿) in Southern Africa, as well as the Queen Regent of the Zulu Nation of South Africa 🇿🇦.

Her marriage to the Zulu King, His Excellency Goodwill Zwelithini kaBhekuzulu united the Zulu & Swazi kingdoms. When King Goodwill passed away, it made Queen Dlamini the Queen Regent of over 11 million Zulus in South Africa, & a little over 1 million Swazis in ESwatini, the largest kingdom to sit in subject under one Queen in modern Africa.

Both King Goodwill & Queen Dlamini both passed away of mysterious causes in 2021; he returned to the Ancestors only a few months before she did.

Both the King & Queen, & the Queen especially, expressed strong Pan-African ideals/values, & had high aspirations for for both their respective homelands.

A global African Spiritual ritual (which I personally took part in) was held in May of 2021, to help usher Her Majesty to her place amongst the Ancestors.

Korede's sister Ayoola is many things: the favorite child, the beautiful one, possibly sociopathic. And now Ayoola's third boyfriend in a row is dead, stabbed through the heart with Ayoola's knife. Korede's practicality is the sisters' saving grace. She knows the best solutions for cleaning blood (bleach, bleach, and more bleach), the best way to move a body (wrap it in sheets like a mummy), and she keeps Ayoola from posting pictures to Instagram when she should be mourning her "missing" boyfriend. Not that she gets any credit. Korede has long been in love with a kind, handsome doctor at the hospital where she works. She dreams of the day when he will realize that she's exactly what he needs. But when he asks Korede for Ayoola's phone number, she must reckon with what her sister has become and how far she's willing to go to protect her.

When I first found out about this book back in 2021, I had just started dipping my toes into the vast world of diverse novels. It was right up my alley: Black protags, murder, and the serial killer was a Black woman??? (Sign me up!) However, I was never able to read it until recently. I'd like to think my patience was well rewarded because I thoroughly enjoyed myself the whole time I was reading. It's a fast-paced novel that you can read in a day or two and it has a story that will stick with you, especially if you can relate to Korede in some way or another.

Pros:

The characters aren't black and white. They're morally gray and complex and because of that, it makes them feel more human. Seeing how Korede and Ayoola's familial trauma shaped them into the people they are present day, and how said trauma can make one overlook negative and potentially dangerous qualities of loved ones because of shared blood fleshed out the characters in a way that wouldn't normally be possible in such a fast-moving plot.

Braithwaite's masterful portrayal of the lived experience of a dark-skinned Black woman. Korede's constant experiences with colorism in her life leave her somewhat bitter and cynical, and at times resentful of her sister who is significantly lighter than she is—not because she envies Ayoola, but because of how she is viewed and treated in comparison to her.

Cons:

There is a lot of Yoruba in this book, and not much of it is translated. I found myself constantly having to stop in the middle of reading to look up translations of words or phrases (which was surprisingly difficult because I could barely find anything). This is probably just a nitpick on my part, but I would've personally appreciated a glossary somewhere in the book so I could understand what I was reading without having to constantly jump from book to Google/Wikipedia for the possibility of a translation.

All in all, this was a charming novel. It's not a "feel-good story" by any means, but it was certainly a dark and funny romp. If you are interested in reading it, as always, please check for trigger warnings here! Over all the word meanings given under each paragraph are very useful for the students who joined in the course of Organon and also many translations for the German and Latin words used in various aphorisms and foot notes of every aphorism is very much appreciated .

The alphabetical arrangement of the words given in each paragraph is very good but I feel the words may be used in the same order as they are used in each aphorism would be very easy and quick reference for the students to refer

The frame of every edition of Organon is clearly mentioned with all novelties introduced in every edition.

Clear Demonstration of 5th Edition and changes of 6th Edition are mentioned wherever it is required

Over all the Font and Highlighting of difficult words with their meaning is appreciated.

Comparison table of various paragraphs of different editions is good

Few editions of Organon of Medicine by Samuel Hahnemann are now not available in print form but in this book there is a reference of all editions i.e., 1st,2nd, 3rd , 4th, 5th, 6th are mentioned in last pages and the addition and deletion are clearly mentioned.

At a glance by reading this book we can have a clear idea of what Hahnemann has changed in the various edition and what he emphasized more in each edition as per then existing condition of his personal experience in formulating the proper guidelines for Homoeopath to study and pursue Homoeopathy.

This book is very useful for the students as it has a quick reference of the meanings of various Latin and German words and appropriate understanding of Hahnemann’s idea of using those words and a quick reference in examination point of view also and for Practitioners also.

About Author:

Dr. Mahendra singh is very known for his treasure of Organon of Medicine and I heard from my Teachers that he has all original manuscripts of various editions of Organon. He did extreme work to give the accuracy for understanding Hahnemann’s idea of Homoeopathy in practice and Strictly abiding to the guidelines given by Master.

Now Dr.Subhas singh took all pain to make and publish the corrected edition of Organon with word meanings as continuity for the work of Dr. Mahendra Singh for enriching the Homoeopathy.

She is highly experienced in a variety of dance forms including contemporary, Afro contemporary, Jazz, Horton, Flamenco, Lindy hop, tap and Khatak. Fumy Opeyemi is known for Yellow Fever (2012).
