top 5 all time favorite red sox players?

I have such a bad memory for stats this is really hard for me to answer. A lot of my favorite players have been on vibes? Here is a list of 5 players I have really liked in some order:

5. Mitch Moreland. He played 1st base pretty well and was an okay hitter. He does not belong on a respectable list but I loved him. Big butt. Just a big thick man.

4. John Valentin. He hit for an okay average. He was our shortstop until nomar showed up and then he played third base. i was a shortstop/third basement in little league so he was my favorite player growing up. he turned an unassisted triple play once and made it look casual.

3. Mookie Betts. What the fuck man. I love Verdugo, and Connor Wong has actually turned out great behind the plate but how the heck do you trade away Mookie Betts.

2. Pedro Martinez. He should be number 1! He was like an automatic win every time out. It always felt like he had a no hitter in his pocket if he felt like pulling it out. They don't make a lot of pitchers like Pedro.

Dustin Pedroia. That's just a ballplayer right there. He was nothing but fight. If Nancy Wheeler were a prematurely balding second baseman approximately the same height as Actual Nancy Wheeler she would be Dustin Pedroia.
